Room was big and clean for the most part. There was trash left in the bathroom when we got there. The beds are comfy. The pools are supposed to be heated but arnt they are cold. Also you can't just get into the pool with a keyboard you must wait for the front desk attendant to unlock it which if they are busy can take a min. We waited 15 mins. They breakfast is okay. The juice machine doesn't work well and the coffee was cold. There's alot of goose poop in the parking lot and in the grass area leading to the shops in front of the hotel. And when I say alot I mean you can get a step without stepping in it. Also there's only 1 elevator and it's insanely slow. Also every morning the women that clean the rooms stand right outside the front door and smoke cigarettes for about a hr then go straight to cleaning which is probably why the elevator stinks so bad. Update: since this review my wife and I have developed red bug bite looking bumps in the sides of our faces, bodies that were in contact with the beds. Not sure it it's bed bugs or what they are cleaning the sheets with.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast options. You get quite a bit for a two star hotel. I have stayed there multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We used their large conference room for my daughter’s graduation party. The room was perfect size, lots of room for 80 guests to move comfortably around. The staff was absolutely AWESOME! Everyone was so helpful and kind! I will be booking again for my oldest daughter’s bridal shower next June!

Check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean. Our room actually impressed us and again very clean. Nice staff, they even lit the firepit out back for our wedding party. The mag lock on the pool wasn't working so it had to be opened by the staff, other than that A+ experience for us.

I go there for some rest and sleep because of my disability they put me in a disability room next to the kitchen wake up 4 in the morning with pots and pan being thrown around on the wall into the sink waking me up no the night was horrible. Spending $150 in this day and age is a lot of money just to get some sleep. My wife thought it would be a good idea just get some quiet so I can get better and not even close with this hotel do not go there they slam the doors to all the night there was no consideration by anybody. The kitchen door was opening and closing throughout the night and it was just really bad experience. There are better rooms the only one disability room next to the kitchen and they told me they had these issues before so why in the world would you put a disabled person next to the kitchen when they need the rest they need. There was no note or sincerity when I said something to the people at the front desk some lady named Queen another guy I did not catch his name. With a matter-of-fact attitude like yeah we've had complaints about that before and I said then why would you put somebody over there I do not know sir she replied. I will be calling corporate office very soon it is 7:40 in the morning I'm back at home did he eat the breakfast didn't drink the coffee I just left.

I stayed here a few days over the weekend and at first all was great. The breakfast was really good as well. My last day that I was there the hot water didn't work and I find it upsetting that the hotel didn't even offer to compensate for the inconvenience. I had to leave out on my trip without a hot shower. When I called to complain I was barely refunded a quarter of what I paid for the last night for the inconvenience. Not saying this is not a good place to stay but don't expect much in return if something goes wrong.

How in the world did this hotel get so many great "Anonymous" reviews? The lobby and rooms look cheap and the atmosphere was inviting. Upon check-in, my room had a stench of mildew, sewage, and wet carpet. When I told the front desk rep, she said the only thing she could do is Febreeze the room. Fix the problem, not mask the odor! So she grabs a bottle of air freshener and proceeds to my room. Once she opens the door, she agrees the smell is unbearable. Lucky for me, they were fully booked for a wedding so she refunded my money. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Check in was a breeze and they were friendly. Entire facility clean and well maintained. Room was okay sized and had fridge with freezer and microwave. Balcony was nice touch but it overlooked parking lot and had no chairs. The bed area and living area should have been reversed. Pool area not accessible with key card, had to ask front desk to let you in. Breakfast adequate but limited choices for gluten free.

We had a fantastic experience for our wedding group. Room blocks handled perfectly by Kristina and having a close venue location with onsite shuttle was A+. Finally, location is perfect with a Giant Eagle and some bars/restaurants within walking distance. The whole team at this location made for one of the best experiences I and our entire group ever experienced, thank you again.

Great staff, they are very friendly. Plenty of resurants and grocery store to walk to in minutes. The pool is nice and breakfast in the mourning is good. For the price you can't beat it.

Clean, spacious rooms with a friendly staff. The location was very convenient. It was within walking distance of restaurants and at least one bar and a good grocery store with fun stuff to do within close driving range.

I’ve stayed at this location 2 different times (2019 & 2022) and have enjoyed my stay each time. My second stay was not intentional as we were booked for an Airbnb and it was not up to standard. The staff at Comfort Suites - Brunswick were so accommodating for our group of 8. This hotel is clean, modern, and in a nice area central to a couple of shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a place to stay I highly recommend.

Andy was amazing. I decided to leave a review just for him. He dropped everything to help us out when needed and even when he was swamped it didn't show. Thanks for making us feel at home during our stay.

Amazing, clean..great staff! There was an issue around 1 am on my floor with ppl being loud and disrespectful..BAD..so I called front desk and they politely took care of it! Which never happens at hotels! Breakfast was immaculate! I'll be staying again soon!

No hot breakfast for the second day in a row. We have 11 guys staying here working for the city. We are only able to work thru the night and always look forward to a decent breakfast after long shifts. Here they have dropped the ball. U can get a waffle, juice, or coffee. Not much more than that. This is discouraging considering this is a newer hotel. We will be staying back at the Holiday Inn from now on.

We stayed at this hotel many times as we have family here in Brunswick. The hotel service has become very poor compared to the early days of a new hotel. I know that covid has caused many issues and there is literally no housekeeping services when we book several days which we always do. This time after the first full day here they closed the pool for cleaning on Sat afternoon which disappointed our grandchildren and refused to open on Sunday as they are not willing to bring in the required maintenance person to open the pool. Again this is disappointing to my family as that is why we booked here. I am disappointed as I do think the service could be better in spite of post covid staff shortages.

It's sad that some people visited here on a bad day or even having a bad day themselves and are taking it out on Comfort Suites. I found this place very helpful and kind. My truck broke down and the staff were more than accommodating. The first couple of days I was unsure of how long it was going to take to get the truck fixed. It was only supposed to take a day and then they found another problem which ultimately caused the first and now my stay had to be thru the weekend. The hotel had a wedding party booked. They did some rearranging of the large party so that I didn't have to move. The staff here are really friendly and very helpful. I'd drive out of my way to stay here again. Thank you to the staff at this Comfort Suites.

The stay was great, although the bathrooms have a lot to be desired. The king size rooms need a curtain or a full door so water don’t get everywhere (on floors, door.) Need a place to hang towels and washcloths, maybe a rail in shower for wash cloths. There is no exhaust fan and the mirror gets fogged up. Shower head leaks, knob is loose, no bumper on top of inside bathroom door. The curtains don't fit door, there is still light coming in. When the construction workers stay, they smoke weed and that is rude for people on vacation staying here. The breakfast bar need bacon and hash browns. The orange juice didn’t taste right.

An outstanding facility for lodging. The place is about 4 years old and my room had 2 queens beds, a sitting area with couch, desk and chair, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer section that will freeze items, and a clean and functional bathroom. Staff is very courteous, always expressing a greeting and very responsive to requests. The outside area has relatively new tables and chairs with a fire pit. Breakfast bar had hot items such as make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, heat and serve breakfast sandwiches and cold items such as cereal, muffins, bagels, etc. The coffee machine has many choices including an espresso option and the coffee is of good tasting quality. The hotel is near a pond where fishing is permitted and a mile walking trail circles the pond. Also, within easy walking distance is a shopping area with a grocery store & restaurants. Easy access to the I-71 highway that can take you to downtown Cleveland in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Terrific, friendly staff. Newer clean, sizeable room with comfortable bed. All common areas clean. Hotel breakfast area offered many choices that was kept neat, wiped down and replenished as quickly as someone took things all while keeping up with clearing and sanitizing tables as quickly as they were vacated by staff with a big smile. Great, safe, well lit, quiet location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants! Well worth the slight cost difference of area 2 star hotels.

Erin at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. I showed up without a reservation. She got me a room and made sure my rewards membership was applied to the stay. Also recommended a place to eat that was still open late. Excellent service and attitude.

My husband and I spent a week here. The service was amazing. Missy, Jean and Joey at the desk were excellent. April always had a piping hot breakfast ready promptly at 6 am. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Kelli did breakfast one morning, worked the desk as well as drove the van. She safely got my whole family to the wedding venue and back. She is kind and patient. Mike from maintenance was very friendly. The grounds were impeccable and the building was in good repair.Everyone told me they loved working there which leads me to believe the manager must be good to work for.. She obviously sees the good in her employees and supports them doing their best. Comfort Suites can be very proud of their Brunswick, Ohio location.

Extremely nice hotel in a nice quiet area within walking distance to everything you need. I stay at this hotel one night every week. Comfort Suites in Brunswick is the nicest hotel I've stayed at and I stay at a lot of hotels due to being away from home for work. Jean always makes the checkin process fast and easy. She is always very friendly and full of information about the hotel, the breakfast, and places you may like to visit in the area. The rooms are exceptionally nice and clean. The breakfast area is always kept clean and well stocked with a great variety of hot and cold foods. If I could give this place 6 stars I definitely would.

Stayed at Comfort Suites in Brunswick Ohio. Room was very clean and comfortable. However the walls are hollow and the noise in the hallway was clearly loud through the door. Had a child crying in the room above for a long period of time and another running back and forth across the thin ceiling. The front desk the clerk was sleeping in his chair. We had to wake him up. Overall I'll give it a 3.
