Stayed three nights. A very clean, quiet, pleasant hotel. Nice, updated rooms. A very short walk to several restaurants, and convenience store. Delivery to hotel available as well. Friendly, courtesy front desk staff, and cleaning personnel. A continental breakfast as well. Pet rooms available, as well as plenty of outdoor space to walk them. Nice place. I highly recommend staying here when in the area!

I have been here 2 weeks and my room is never cleaned unless I complain to the manager. I have traveled for work for a long time and this has never happened. I hang their housekeeping tag on the door and all they do is take the tag, not the trash, not the towels, nothing.

The room was clean but it needs to be updated bad . The heater was off when I got there and my room was freezing . The rooms are small and need to be repainted. I can’t honestly say that I will be back. Great for a quick name and leave

I stayed here about a week ago. The experience was fine, nothing amazing or horrible. The only bad thing was stains on the bedsheets. Location is optimal: right near the highway. Toilet and shower worked, bed was comfortable, just clean sheets and/or throw them out next time! Cheap for one night. It was also really quiet, which is always nice.

They charged me an extra $50 when I checked. Said I would get a refund. Never did. Never had this happen at Quality before. I picked this place because of the price. False advertising. Don't know if I'll try Quality again and I go to Cleveland 2 or 3 times a year.👇

Stayed here while visiting friends. The room was nice and spacious. Housekeeping was very helpful and ready to assist with our requests. Front office staff on all shifts was very pleasant and helpful.

Had no TV the first night. Heater is either hot or cold. The front desk girl was very helpful. I would give her a 10. No such thing tho.

Ice machine broke on first floor. No king beds on first floor. No elevator. First room TV didn't work, and light in the shower kept going on and off. 2nd room was OK, but hasd to insist on changing that night, instead of next day.

Everything was fine. Rooms, keys, continental breakfast are all desperate need of updating. Also, safety was a slight concern with the door locks to the outside doors being broken and some shady characters hanging around outside.

I recently stay at the Quality Inn in Brunswick OH. 8/28/22. As a choice hotels member i booked the room for $90. Typical these days so I was fine with that. I am a truck driver so I was only there for the night. I have my own towel and toiletries. I showered and slept. I didnt even. Eat their breakfast and it looked good. When i checked out I was given my receipt for work showing the $110 I spent. All good. After looking at my banking app it shows i was also charged an extra $50. According to the hotel for incidentals. Where was the receipt for that or why didnt it show on the one I was given? I stay at a hotel 1 night a week due to work. In 5 different states and I have never been charged this. This is not my first Quality Inn or Choice Hotels. I think its unacceptable. I feel i was ripped off and I wont stay at this specific location again. Beware

The room was perfect for just myself. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff here are truly exceptional. They are sweet, friendly, polite and courteous.

This was the worst quality sleep I've ever had in a hotel. Our room was right beside the laundry room and front desk. It sounded like the dryer was running all night with shoes in it, and the staff was loud in the middle of the night as well. It was clean enough, and the breakfast was sparse but edible.

I picked this location because it had the most reasonable rates for staying with a dog. Other hotels in the Cleveland suburbs charge huge (and non-refundable) fees for bringing a dog with you, and this was by far the best deal we found. It turned out our dog stayed with a dog sitter and did not travel with us after all, but even still - this was a great nightly rate. This hotel is not a 5-star affair by any stretch, so let's be real - but I was actually very pleasantly surprised. Yes, the hallways still do have a lingering smell that you can tell people once smoked there a lot, but even with my super sensitivity to cigarette smoke, it wasn't bad enough that I reacted to it. Our room smelled completely fresh and the door shut out the cigarette smell completely. Our room was very clean, the linens were clean and fresh, and the bed was free of any little unwelcome guests (checking for them is the first thing we do in any hotel). The bathroom was a little tight (small shower plus a toilet, sliding door, nothing fancy) but perfectly doable. The sink was outside the toilet/shower area, which in reading reviews seems to bother some folks, but we're perfectly fine with that. We had a mini fridge and microwave in our room, so that was great too. I wouldn't say the bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in at a hotel (kind of woke up stiff and sore) but it wasn't unbearable. We didn't wake up early enough to get down for breakfast, so I can't tell you what that was like, but I do like that check-out time was 11 so that gave us time to sleep in a bit and then get ready. There's ample parking as well, and we were able to park right outside our room window. I would definitely stay there again the next time we're in town.

There are many reasons why this hotel is terrible but the two primary ones were the front desk receptionist who goes by the name Dino Patel and the rooms smelt like cigarette smoke, despite it being a non smoking hotel. Dino Patel was exceptionally rude and aggressive when inquires were made about getting an additional cot sent up to the room. He explained the policy rudely and when he couldn’t bamboozle me into getting a second room, after checking in my elderly parents proceeded to yell at me claiming my attitude was rude and followed us all the way out to our car yelling and threatening me, all because I had the audacity to refuse to book another room and found other accommodations and asked what his name was. He behaved like one who doesn’t care about customer service or concerned for his job and I wouldn't book this hotel if it’s the only one available within a 50 mile radius. Save your money (which isn’t much) and a headache and book elsewhere.

It was surreal experience. I came to stay for a liver transplant. You should close that pool up or make it a really cool outdoor area. It's only been closed for 5 years now. We should do something about it. Everybody likes an outdoor area or even a little garden thing. I would recommend and everything was clean.

What a surprise! There has obviously been a lot of renovations happening at this hotel. The carpeting is obviously new. The paint on the walls looks fresh (can't smell the paint, so it's been at least a little while). The shower was large and the pressure/temp was all I could have hoped for. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff when checking out was rude and almost accusatory that we had stolen items. Only after counting towels and making sure sheets were still on bed we got our deposit. The continental breakfast was a joke. Nothing hot. Stale mini muffins and Stale cereal was it. Big black eye for the quality inn chain.

This place is great. The energy is perfect. Everyone on the inside is helpful patient and gentle. They do anything they can to accommodate your needs. The hotel itself is horrible. Run down. The shower is super slippery and has no water pressure. I have a handicap room. Thank god I do because I needed to shave and couldn’t if I didn’t have help from the chair. Your essentials fall into the tub and everything. I parked in a handicap spot (I’m healing an injury). The lot by the spot is so icy! Why? Sad. No automatic doors so if you are actually handicap don’t come here. The needs they give you like soap and lotions are awful. I am a woman. One tiny bottle of conditioner did nothing for me. And you can’t take the cap off to add water to make it last. The soap is the size of an Andes mint and I didn’t even bother with it. Overall, just help this location out!! The staff is amazing and deserve appreciation.

Excellent room and front desk service. Very quiet and comfortable. Right off 71, so that was a relief. Serves only cold breakfast with coffee. Highly recommend and will use again.

Great place to stay for the price, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, well equipped, and everything works. They have a guest laundry and plenty of parking. There is no elevator but one flight of stairs to the second floor won't kill us right? I was staying there on a business trip, the wifi worked well and was decently fast, there was a desk and office chair in the room, which worked out great for me. The location is good, a 5 minute walk from the hotel to a couple convenience stores and 3 restaurants. Lots of restaurants in the area and shopping centers.

Desk agent was welcoming and efficient. Room was small but clean. Shower was good. Big let down was breakfast, just hot/cold cereal, toast, fruits, yogurt and muffins. But for the price I would stay again.

I honestly was shocked how great the room, service and price was! Super clean, quiet and cozy. Works perfectly if you’ve been driving all day and need a rest! We arrived at 12AM Completely last minute without a reservation and they had availability for us. Thank you for providing a clean and big free room. Major props to your housecleaning crew and front desk crew! 10/10 Attentive Clean Cheap 100% Worth While

From the very start the staff was friendly over the phone with scheduling our stay here for the night. I love that they are pet friendly too. To preface this review, I am a very fussy sleeper, but the beds here in my opinion are pleasantly comfortable (: I didn't have to roll around much at all! We appreciated the value here at this Quality Inn. With a little more curb appeal and some minor updates this place would be even more of a gem. Overall this location felt clean and pretty well managed.
