No. Smoking room reeked of smoke. I went to store and bought cleaning supplies to clean and try to get rid of smell. Didn’t help. Obviously they rent the rooms out for people to live in. Located in a safe area of town but guests were sitting outside their doors and smoking and hanging out. Kind of scary actually. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The price is alluring, but you don't realize until you get to your room that you definitely got what you paid for. The rooms are non smoking which is OK, until you notice not one but both comforters on the made beds have cigarette holes in them. There are no amenities in the room so if your hoping for a safe, microwave, mini fridge, chair or table you will be sadly mistaken. You get 2 beds and a TV and you better be happy about it. They have wifi but apparently the password is a well hidden secret that we were not allowed access to. In a pinch, if you needed a place to stay for a night it will do, any longer than that go elsewhere. Unless you really hate yourself then be their guest.

I was weirded about about staying here because of things I heard, however it has been quiet , staff are friendly and housekeeping even came in to completely clean my room top to bottom and every time I ask for something they are quick to help. I am pleased with the service. It has gotten much better over the years !!!

I was originally going to leave a longer negative review but then I realized I had pictures showing this disgusting and dangerous place. Our room was so nasty that even after paying well over $100 for one night we opted to take the long drive back home. This was absolutely the worst room I've ever seen. Being middle aged, seasoned travelers we expect at minimum a safe and clean place but this wasn't the case. I guess I just don't understand how a big corporate place like Motel 6 can have such low standards. Trust me and never stay at this place and possibly any of their motels. Oh, and watch out for places that advertise weekly rates! There were shady people everywhere and the room smelled and looked like addicts frequented the facility. Update 2022. Company never responded to any of the many horrid issues there. I drove by there recently and it looks even worse than last time. Bring protection and sanitary cleaning aids if you plan on staying there.

Mary in housekeeping and the all the front desk girls are so helpful. They are nice and were very patient with me. I really appreciate that. Keep up all the great work you all do.

People hang out on the stairs all night. The workers don't wear uniforms but wear onesies and most of them are considerably rude. Like straight up ignorant. They do not have any working feasible wifi it's all blotchy. Their prices are way to high for the caliber of worker they have. The rooms are re done they are nice except you cannot lay flooring over a cat piss soaked sub floor. Hint IT STILL WILL STINK SMFH nice effort though good thinking I guess.

This was my first time in Ohio and I needed a one night stay close to the airport. The room is spacious and I've stayed in other motel 6 and they did not have a microwave or a mini fridge which I thought was really nice. My pros were that the roof kinda smelled like cigarettes, the floor was sticky, the bathtub didn’t look clean, the heater wasn’t working properly and they the bed didn’t have an actual blanket it have 2 comforters and im from AZ I got cold during the night and had to throw on a sweater. Out of all the motel 6 ive stayed at I did pay more then what I have paid for maybe because I booked it that same day but im glad it was in a nice neighborhood.

Came from outta state for a wedding booked ahead read reviews but what not one of the reviews stated they had roaches. Paid almost $200 for 2 nights for a cockroach infested room. But wait that's not all there was blood stains on the pillows and mold growing along the wall of baseboards. When asked about a refund was told they can not. Think twice before you waste/lose out on your hard earned money cause these people will scam you. Also wanted to add BBB and the health department we're called informed and a investigation will be carried out.

Has roaches and bed bugs. White spots all over the room that look and feel like mold and they refuse to give refunds. Good luck with this dump.

Idc what people say Motel 6 in Middleburg Hts is a good place my family and I have been here 2 weeks and the staff is great room was clean. I think there making great progress on there renovations there pet friendly residents are nice. Raul is a good manager housekeepers are nice. My family and I have been treated with kindness and respect. All in all good place good prices

The rooms are excitable up ro date . Very clean and smells nice..need to invest in newer covers for the bed (burnes) .cleaning ladies are very nice hard working ladies..front desk is very nice except one . But I won't post negative remarks this hotel is currently rehabing and looking good..its considered a 2 star but worth the money

We had a complete nightmare of an experience, apparently the hotel is under major, renovation and remodeling which was never told to us, our original room (2 bed) was literally in the construction zone, yellow taped off, a drill in front of our door and someone welding above on the balcony, we were able to have our room moved to a very stark room, only one bed but we were desperate at this point, no pictures, no table and chairs, we were told they had no more pillows, so only the two provided. Stood in line for a roll of toilet paper at 12 midnight the first night because we hardly had any, two other people in line with me, guy in front also needing toilet paper and the lady behind me needed a garbage bag (which I also had to request the next night). Water was off the following day from 12 noon until 6 PM which I was told after I paid and was handed my room key. One of our towels had a long hair on it. I stay at Motel 6 while traveling often and this location was horrible. When I was dropping off the room card key leaving there was a gentleman checking in with limited English and he was asking for an Uber to downtown Cleveland Immigration services and at first the desk staff was saying they couldn't help, then they said they could call a ABC taxi service...maybe..but it's hard for them (the staff) to make arrangements because these ride services need to speak to the actual person getting the ride...I really don't know the exact details, (I was ease dropping) but kinda sounds like BS to me and I felt so bad this man was getting the run around. I was running late for a doctor's appointment which is why we were in town to begin with since I have a chronic medical condition that I require frequent hot showers for relief of severe pain, ....another reason for getting a hotel room....so the no water was a disaster.

Had a very good stay the girls here are so friendly they help any way the can front desk she was so happy love being around happy people the room was done so nice new floor new beds so clean smelt like freshly cleaned thank you motel workers

Disgusting roaches, unfriendly manager. Does not feel safe. Police there at least twice during my stay, and the fire alarm went off twice in middle of 2 nights. Aside from the cockroaches, the filthy room, the broken equipment, and rude unwelcoming manager, the line-level employees were kind.

Motel has great location with many choices for food, last min grabs like razors etc. Rooms are basic but clean the staff is friendly and what I love the most is your fur baby are welcomed.

I love staying here I happen to stay in the new remodel room it was wonderful they are doing good job the house keepers make u fell like you are staying in a fancy hotel downtown the room was very clean the front desk girl is so nice it so wonderful that they are all family it makes it and friendly place the out side very clean and have a wonderful security man so if your looking for a clean family place and a safe place give motel 6a try I'll be back next month

The staff at this motel are amazing!!! Super helpful and very friendly. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Would recommend for short term stay or long term.

Very good space needed a handicap room got exactly what I wanted very good spot if need to go back and forth to doctors will be returning for my next appointment the girls are wonderful rooms so clean the front desk girl wonderful

I have been staying with my 2 dogs while I look for a rental and have no complaints, decent weekly rate and my room is taken excellent care by cleaning staff,especially when Lisa is on duty,clean towels and linens are provided daily.

Great location room was clean, comfortable bed. Great staff as well

Do not stay here I had to call the police Indian man likes to hold people's Amazon packages hostage told the man that I was expecting packages he said cool.Then I get the alert it was delivered then he ask me for ID huh so we both called the police the cops were shocked I was there.

Big problem their are 4oeople in my room we're only allowed 2 towels per room.twice I had to go purchase towels because they have poor house keeping so their are no clean towels in this hotel.front desk shows no consideration about the problem.

My only problem with the room I was in and I stayed at a couple of the Motel 6s is that the beds are hard as a rock I think it's time to get an operating quality of your mattresses not everybody to stays at a motel is an old person that sleeps on a rock some of us actually have curves and actually have bad backs

Made reservations for an ADA room in August of 2022 for October 2022, arrived and no ADA room, no apologies and front desk personnel very rude, made for a miserable stay of a week. Room was not clean, mold in bathroom, large gap under door which allowed the cold in and bugs, plus orher issues a very poor property and not a good example of Motel 6...completely disappointed

The room keeper Lisa is amazing her. Room was clean smelled good neatly set up and very palite I will return for my next stay if I can get Lisas room ty so much

This is the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed with. Arriving late in the evening the staff was dressed like they just robbed the joint. Large group loitering and partaking in drugs outside the lobby. Got to the room and it reeked of cat urine and couldn't determine if it was th beds or the floors that held the stench . Bathroom tub was filthy. Construction materials lying around the floors. Wretched. Just wretched. Don't stay here.

If your heater in your room doesn't work they won't care. If you don't smoke you'll be sure to get a room that smells so badly of cigarettes you'll be choking. You can be sure if you have to get up at work at 4:30 a.m. that someone will be talking in another language outside your door all night long and that the room next to you will have screeching dogs. I experienced someone pounding on my door as if they were a drug task force team and 20 people standing outside my door just to check the fan in my bathroom. All in all tolerable for the time being

Fast check in. They didn't ask for a deposit on my stay. The room was relatively clean. For some reason there was no toilet paper in the room. I guess it's optional 🤣.

Horrible place do not stay here unless you want the housekeeper to go through your belongings And this motel is a known drug motel we had an officer stalk us and told us this…we were unaware that it was that bad! But we left for work 9 am pulled out this officer was stalking us following us around the parking lot! I got pulled over for leaving the place!!

The room was nicely set up pretty clean for the most part. I spilled some water on the bathroom floor use the little floor mat to clean it up do some little bit dirt grime on the floor. I just stayed for a second visit on 11/19-2022 the tub was completely on clean nasty looking light fixture broke burn holes in blankets and sheets I got charged $76. for this stay

Beware of this place a live BED BUG was found in our room and horribly handled. Staff was friendly but manager Rashe that handled the finding was incredibly rude. He specified he would not communicate with a woman. And aggressively behaved. We did not receive a full refund or another room. Save yourself from travel challenges and bed bugs. Spend extra money elsewhere.

Take it as a sign when you can see what is clearly a bullet hole in the door. This is inexpensive but the rooms are shabby at best, poorly maintained as a rule, and barely registering as habitable. We all have to sleep somewhere - but this probably shouldn't be the place.

Stayed with family night of 19-20 June 2021. (Two apartments) Not worth $5.00. Air conditioners bashed in, never been cleaned. Door lock and doors cracked from bashing in. Wreaks of smoke. Drug dealers on back lawn with white pit bull off leash. Run! Go to hotel next door! Its worth the $300!!! Seriously, of the 16 motels and hotels we stayed at from Oregon to New York and back this one was out WORST stop!!! The manager was not awake by 11 AM and no front desk service. Many drug users around. The only positive thing is the hotel next door, Five Guys Burgers and Fries in back and an IHOP not two blocks away. Again, if you value your health and possibly your life Avoid Motel 6 at Middleburg Heights, Cleveland, Ohio!!!

I am very pleased with my stay here. My room was very clean and smelled good also. The staff and housekeepers are all very nice and they always have everything thing you need. They also have washers and dryers which is great!!! I would recommend staying here if you’re in town… By far the best I’ve stayed at in the area.

The ladies who clean the rooms here do their job and do it well! Cleanest pet friendly motel i’ve been to in awhile! Polite people
