They are absolutely wonderful there!! Anytime I had a question it was answered on the spot. The Customer service is out of this world which is super important to me when staying somewhere. Was having problems with the air conditioning and when I went to the front office they had somebody to the room to look at it so fast it was unreal. The air conditioning wasn't working so they moved our room immediately!! Thank you because it was hot!!! I travel a lot so it's very important to have what I need and have someone listen when I need something and address what they can means a lot. The staff is very personable and knows what Customer service really is. I would recommend for sure. Thanks guys!!!

My room was absolutely disgusting, blood stains on the wall and carpet. Mold in the shower on the walls and shower head, and broken appliances. My stay there was the furthest thing from satisfactory. I would give no stars if I was able to. When I asked for a refund I was offered 50% off of my next stay. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Do your self a favor and go to the red roof inn next door! It is very clean and cozy.

Basic hotel. Decor is definitely date and could use updating. The light by the sink with mirror did not work, and A/C was lacking grill cover If you need a cheap room for a night while traveling, it might just do it, but for longer stay it would not be my first choice. I'll update the review regarding the pool and complimentary breakfast that is listed on the website. If it's not offered, I'll have to remove one star - in my opinion, if amenity is no longer offered, it should be removed from the webpage. So, morning update pool has no water and there's no free complimentary breakfast. Plus I've noticed an insect on the bathroom wall - see pic. So, unfortunately, one star it is If breakfast and pool are removed from listing, I'd consider it 2 stars.

Absolute worst experience with a hotel I have ever had in my entire life. I called three times in advance of my reservation to get it scheduled and check that everything was set. When the 5 of us arrived at the hotel for our reservation, no one was in the office. We searched everywhere for someone to check us in, called multiple times, called the days inn customer service line and were told the only thing they might be able to do for us was possibly provide a refund if we decided to call them the next morning. No one solved the problem or explained why we had paid money and not received any room. Would NOT recommend.

The first room we were in had clearly not been cleaned well and smelled of smoke. The shower had mildew in it and the shower head actually popped off when I turned it on. We were moved to a second room that was much cleaner and the amenities (tissues, soaps) were stocked. In the bathrooms in both rooms, the paint was peeling and the furniture was outdated and run down. The TVs, microwaves, and fridges in both rooms were nice. There was trash in the stairway that was never moved in the approximately 20 hours we were there. The front desk staff was helpful and nice. The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and the area was nice.

Way overpriced for what they offer. It's basically a bed and a room, in desperate need of a remodel. No breakfast, no internet. I only stayed one night, and checkout time was 11 a.m. I believe. At 9:15 a.m. I hear a light knock on the door and a voice say housekeeping and they try to come in. I had the deadbolt on so they were turned away. But that's pretty ridiculous trying to clean the rooms that much before checkout on a Sunday. It wasn't even that crowded (judging by the parking lot, which probably only had no more than 15 cars). Also, beware and watch your bank account. They will charge a whole night's rate plus $50 for incidentals/damage. And they don't just put a hold for that amount. They actually charge that to your card and then refund it two days later. I saw the charge when I got home and called the next day. Woman at the front desk said that's how "the system" does it. I have NEVER had a hotel charge incidentals that way. And it's usually no more than $50. Plus, the room was so dilapidated, they would have a hard time proving that you did any of the damage. It's likely been in poor repair for quite some time.

I did not take pictures as I was going through a very stressful situation when I had to stay here. There were holes in the bedsheets, the room smelt of smoke, and the shower did not work. We couldn't open the curtains even if we wanted to because the curtain rod was broken. Definitely do not recommend. There are three other hotel/motels in that area.

It was basically clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast in the dining room was minimal but sufficient. It's close to the airport, which was needed. My complaint would be that the shower curtain has permanent mold stains and the room walls are permanently imbedded with the smell of cigarette smoke.

The shower was dirty (Had old soap and hair left in it) the floors weren't swept and the worst part was they had old sheets in the bed closest to the door. To explain, my wife and I went to lay down and we discovered an old sheet pushed down at the end of the bed and the sheet that was on the bed was soiled, With what, we do not know! After making contact with the front desk they advised us to come down to the lobby and would give us some fresh sheets, what?! We decided to change beds for night. The next day they changed the sheets, but did not clean the shower or the floors. Multiple attempts was made to get in touch with management over our three-day stay to no avail. After leaving the hotel it took almost a week to get in touch with anyone and then we were given the runaround. When we did make contact we were given nothing but attitude. Eric, the Front Office Manager was extremely unprofessional and you get nowhere with him.

Room had not been cleaned well. Hotel was in the middle of being renovated, and it needs an update badly! But the beds were comfortable, and we got a great deal on the price. Had a mini fridge & microwave in our room. Complimentary breakfast included scrambled eggs, waffles, and cereal. Location is roughly 25 minutes from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

Room was filthy, toothpaste spit smeared on mirrors, lamps all half broken. Cigarette holes in bedding. Looked under mattress for signs of bed bugs to find a dope spoon, crack pipe, and a ball of dope resin hidden. My kids were scared to death. We demanded a refund and left. Took over 5 days for a refund to be deposited on my card. Nasty literal crack house!

Never ever book this hotel. It seems to me that carpets haven’t been cleaned for years. Bathroom is so dirty. No breakfast, no pools and no wifi. I paid $130 for a night. I would book another hotel, but all of them were sold out in other hotels.

Do Not book this motel !! The filthest place I've stayed in years. I have traveled the country for work and stayed in some terrible places .This place just takes the #1 spot. Room filthy,shower disgusting ,not sure it worked didnt even want to brush my teeth in this place. The room smelled ,air conditioner smelled and was filthy, the bed scared me >the white sheets were clean is about the only compliment i can give. The pool was closed long ago,the breakfast was a no go, the grounds were scary. I used the restroom in the office .It at least was clean.The very worst part was watching a family come in the office area looking for the breakfast,. The look on the moms and kids faces when they saw no such thing as breakfast.That just hit me hard. Not only did they have to endure their room and then that disappointment. They they have the nearve to charge $150.00 cause its the weekend and ther was nothing else around. The place should be condemned. Micheal Healy . Toledo Ohio

We arrived at check in as soon as we got our room I had to go get a maid to come clean the room and put clean sheets on our bed.floor was coved in cigarette ashes so was the the night stand and desk. There were dirty towels in the bathroom as well even ashes in the drawers. Furniture is broken and very tattered I booked a over a week in advance as well.no breakfast as advertised. Thanks to the maid who spent 35 minutes cleaning my room.

Really really bad service and people are big lair. When we do reservation on phone they said they have breakfast they have internet service and when we came to hotel room was in the bad condition furniture was too old and dirty I open the mini fridge that was so dirty and someone’s food was there that was already smelly bathroom was so dirty and smelly just like I came in the horror hunted room . After they had no breakfast in the morning and no internet service at all . Then when we left the hotel they charge me twice for no reason . I am so much disappointed I will never recommend to anyone for this hotel . So so bad service and no manners to talk with their guests.

Most disgusting location. Got non smoking room when i came in it smelled like 20 people were smoking. Then we were told our room has no fridge and microwave because we wanted the “cheap” room....this is the days inn not a 5 star hotel. We know its cheap, dont be rude. I have stayed here multiple times, this is the second time this has happened, i tried to give them another chance by coming today, but i should have never! If i could give 0 stars i would! Disappointed
