Love this location. Very quick and clean restaurant. Always has plenty of people working and lots of food in stock. I do wish they would bring back the homemade cream, stuff was delicious. They always get my order correct and coffee is always hot.

Went there to try them out, friendly staff and solid interior. The food though is awful, my order was wrong, I ordered a farmer's bagel sandwich, and I got a bacon cheddar bagel, then I got their big breakfast burrito. The bagel itself is super tough, and barely anything on the sandwich, as for the burrito it just taste like cheese, I got sick after the third bite and basically threw out my entire order. As for the coffee, there's a bitter/burnt taste to their coffee. I never want to go back, for the price and getting poor quality product. Not worth ever going back

Normally, Einstein Brothers has the best egg breakfast sandwiches. I order them often from locations near my house. I decided to get one from the Middleburg Heights location since I was in the area. First, they made me the wrong item which I politely brought back and asked for the correct item. The said they'd make it and I thought all was well. They handed me the finished sandwich and I left. I'm not sure how they usually cook them but there was no evidence that heat was applied. The bagel wasn't toasted and the cheese slice was unmelted. The bagel wasn't sliced in half either so it made it rather messy to eat. It was made so poorly that it seems like either (a) the person was untrained on how to make sandwich or (b) they intentionally made it wrong. Either way, its a bad look and certainly not worth my money.

I got a bacon egg and cheese on a asiago bagel and a farmhouse breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar both are we're not good. Weren't even warm cheese was not melted lacking flavor and The bagel wasn't toasted, so needless to say I probably won't go back unless I'm in a pinch and I'll stick with bruegger's bagels their way better, especially for the money.

The general manager Darnell approached me in a manner that I found rude and unwelcoming. While I understand that closing procedures are essential for any business, customer service and respectful communication should not be compromised. Despite the restaurant having ample seating, the manager insisted that I leave without providing any clear explanation or accommodation.

This is a review I should have left a while ago. I had recently moved out of Lakewood, where I was used to visiting their Einstein Bros regularly. I was ecstatic to find there was one on this side of town as well, and an even better Einstein Bros at that! My first time in, I had asked about retail packaged Nova Lox which I used to buy from the Lakewood location, as I've found the kind they use here to be better quality than any I've found in a grocery store. The manager informed me I was the first person to ask for it in this location, and they didn't currently have any, but he would put in an order for it, and I could stop back in in about a week and he'd have it. Not only did he follow through on this, but they've had it in stock every time I've gone in since! Most of the time I just stop in for a bagel and/or a coffee, but it's nice to know they cared enough about my opinion as a customer to stock a product that I like. Always a pleasure every time I stop in, everyone here is kind, friendly, and efficient!

Have not had a bad experience here. Great location, taste, and rewards program. If bagels get low, just ask if there are any new ones in the kitchen. Some indoor seating has resumed, which is great to see.

Ordered 30 dollars in food 4 bagels and a cheese pizza bagel for my daughter. The bagels had barely any cream cheese and they put pepperoni on the pizza bagel. Waste of money. Thanks for the bad experience . With the cost of food the quality has gone to s@#t. very disappointed

First picture is what I received. Second picture is how it is advertised. Looked and felt microwaved. Did not eat it. Completely grossed me out.

Worst location by far! Both times I got coffee at this location they were different & never tasted or were even close to the actual drink I had tried for the first time at the Rocky River location. This last time, we were told there was no vanilla cream & we told to put our own cream in it. Which seems like false advertising to me, cause the picture of the drink is cold brew with flavored cream in it…which is what I paid for & apparently they don’t actually have vanilla cream like you would expect from what seeing in the picture.

Very upsetting experience. Dining room is now closed, the place looks run down with dirty ceiling tiles etc. When I arrived 30 minutes before closing only 10 bagels were out (of two varieties). Used to be a nice place, but now it’s a complete trash joint. Oh, and Matty was very rude.

Bagels are just O.K. The customer service is average and there is no indoor seating at all anymore. Disappointing!

I don't get here often but I truly enjoy the bagels ! I'm disappointed that we can't eat in there like we used to hopefully they will again soon

The food is whatever, but if I’m paying nine dollars for a bagel I don’t wanna eat it in my car. There’s no reason you guys can’t have the dining room open. It’s been months.

I had ordered an online catering order for about a week in advanced, I was really excited on getting this order since I live really close by and this was for a monthly employee breakfast our company does to show appreciation to our workers. Unfortunately when I arrived it was not in their system and the order was not made, even though I was given a confirmation email/charged my card. Needless to say I was pretty upset, but it is what it is. The 3 employees made the food super fast, they even locked the doors so they could focus on my order alone, offered to still deliver it (my job was too far, about 28mins away) and even gave a partial refund. I'm sorry, I didn't catch your names but Thank you so much for working really fast and making sure I still got my order. The workers loved all the food and everything was perfect! Next time when I do another online catering order I will be calling to double check the order went through lol. Thank you!

Came in while they were still open and would not make an egg for my order.

I absolutely loved this place. Sometimes nothing quite hits home like a nice warm bagel with a multitude of options to place between both halves. And this place definitely fill thall bill !!

I grabbed a pick up order from the app about a half-hour before closing time NYD, so this is somewhat understandable, but instead if my Asiago bagel, I got an everything bagel. It would’ve been better if I’d been told, at least, if they were out. *Upon further review, it seems my cinnamon sugar bagel was the one swapped out for an everything, and I’m a little more bummed than I was when I first wrote.*

The dining room is still closed to customers. Seriously!? No I don't want to order on your app while I am sitting in your parking lot.

I visited this establishment several times over the St. Patrick's Day weekend 2018. Let me first say how wonderful the staff was/is, specifically Dede and Daisy. The restaurant was packed (and I mean PACKED) over the holiday weekend and the entire staff kept calm and cool and worked their tails off.. all while remaining super friendly and patient (especially with those of us from out of town). The food was incredible, great tasting, great value for the money and extremely convenient to our hotel. Thanks everyone for making our breakfast experience and St. Patrick's Day in Chicago celebration such a wonderful time. We'll be back!

Have visited several times. The bagels are soft and fresh. Because of the pandemic they might be missing a few items but try something new. I have not been disappointed yet.

Love their bagels, especially the Nova Lox and Avacado Veg Out sandwiches. Employees are friendly and fast. It's owned by Panera so definitely a corporation type feel. (Overpriced) You can sign up for rewards which gives you a free bagel with schmear immediately.

Always good, and always fresh. But they tend to run out of certain flavor bagels all the time.

A facility, shorthanded, as many businesses are, have their hands full, at times. If the IT dept, would correct the deficiencies, on the app, it'd, more than not, assist with reduced labor. Reading past reviews, tho, the app issues have been aging, for 18-24 months, UGH!

The bagels were very good. I was happy to see the patio open. Keep up the good work DF.
