So chaotic. I'm sure other locals know how I feel. The lanes seem to diminish as the traffic increases... At this point, just get all self checkout lanes if over half the lanes are closed!

Small store, not very clean or updated. Ran out of stock of sale item in one day.

Giant Eagle has been around for a month of Sundays. I have noticed Alot of prices going up but I believe unfortunately this mainly is the direct result of Inflation so to speak.

Went to this Giant Eagle in Berea Ohio at 9:25pm on Sunday. Needless to say the employee was rude telling me "WE ARE CLOSED". I said "YOUR WEBSITE HOURS SHOW THAT SUNDAY'S YOU YOU ARE OPEN TO 10pm". He said "Anyway we closed". You people need to fix the website so people don't drive here for nothing!

We will no longer shop for fruit at Giant Eagle. It doesn't matter witch Giant Eagle you go to the fruit looks good and you get home and try to eat it and it's always rotten inside. We have had this happen multiple times and it really makes us mad to spend a lot of money on rotten fruit. So we are shopping else where

This has to be the worst Giant Eagle store in northeast Ohio. It's small, not well stocked, bakery closes early and you pay the same high Giant Eagle prices here as at a 'fancy' Market District store but with zero perks of the bigger stores.

Food is priced at typical inflation rates, but the people in each and every department are so friendly. I have taken the survey online, praising the staff.

Very high prices. Checkout takes forever when it gets even a little busy with 1 cashier and 4 broken self checkout lanes

Self check out is down and they only have 2 cashiers.. to top it off their outdated register goes down making it even slower this is why Marc's is better

Always the last resort when I go shopping... Empty shelves and hard to find any help if you need something..

I do like coming here occasionally. It's a smaller store so it doesn't have everything I would be looking for at a grocery store. I will say though the employees are very pleasant to see, and kind to help out. It's just the smelly smell that smells smelly. I am not sure if it's because it's a smaller store and it just has the lack of air quality or if it's just the stores cleanliness. I think I have walked in here only one time where it didn't smell smelly and it was fine but when you smell the smell that smells smelly, you'll know what I am talking about. They also got their parking lot refinished... Yay no pot holes!

This store is really nice and clean. Great selection and their prices seem cheaper than Strongsville store. The check out process needs to be a little better. Only 2 open lanes available and they only have 4 self check outs.

Went in to buy one item. Self check lines only permit you to use them in you have a Giant Eagle loyalty card....therefore I could not use the self checkout, and I was not willing to stand in line for a teller for one item. Went to Aldi's instead....self checked my single item no problem....and saved a couple of bucks by NOT shopping at Giant Eagle.

I went to pick up my medicine they always have a friendly & awesome staff ! Staff is usually friendly when I do shop there !

Don't usually go here anymore due to their higher prices than other stores, but they do have a good selection of most everything. Check out in the self serve can be dragged out due to solicitation of their different rewards plans.

This was a great place to shop had a lot of things for me to buy including name brand products the store included a liquor store and a bank so you could do multiple things at one time they also have riding carts for the disabled plenty of parking helpful assistance to get your purchases in the car a little pricey

Out of all the Giant Eagles have been to this one is laid out a little weird so I felt like for my first time being there it took me twice as long to find certain things

On my trip through the county visiting every Giant Eagle because none of them has everything I needed I ended up at this one as well. Why do none of your self checkouts accept cash? Customers usually use self checkout when they have only a few items. Personally I do not use a credit card for small amounts EVER! Then trying to find a cashier that has no long waiting line. Giant Eagle is failing on so many levels, get your act together, there is competition, and your fuel perks do not make up for the failing service.

I got a cake for my twin siblings 29th birthday and let me just say they did amazingggggggg on the cake! It was awesome

Great grocery store, but be sure to check the hours. If you are in need of something, and it's getting later in the evening, they have new hours and close at 9:00 p.m. every night, now. Their vegan options are getting better, and a wider selection, also. The vegan options are spread out, though. Some in the produce section, some in the dairy section, so be sure to look around, depending on what you might be looking for.

Covid compliant. However with as physically large the store is and a part of a huge company, I was so disappointed that they did not stock espresso pods for nespresso like machines. 12/2022 I know it's just me but there is something about the smell of the store that is disagreeable to me. I could not work there and very rately shop there because of the smell.

I can't believe this place closes at 9pm. Berea becomes a food desert as soon as the sun sets. You have to become a member to use the self-checkout, and the prices are outrageous. I wish there was a Kroger in the area.

Understaffed and self checkout requires a discount card / advantage card. Had some guy who wasn’t trained on the registers acting as a coordinator. What a joke! If you are going to run three cashiers on a Saturday like Walmart, it would probably be a good idea for anyone to be able to use self checkout. Might also be helpful if your “coordinator” was actually trained. They are also overpriced.

Great store !! Not accessible on the Giant eagle App. But, the friendliest and best run Giant eagle I’ve ever been to.

I have been coming to this Giant Eagle for several years and I highly recommend this grocery store! This location is always clean and the customer service is excellent.
