Regardless of time or purpose I only ever seem to have poor experiences at this location. Between their poor store layout, lack of organization and lack of helpful employees I always walk out in a negative mood. My experiences have been so consistently poor at this location I donโ€™t know if Iโ€™ll ever step into this store again. 2 stars only because the cart guy is nice and courteous, now thatโ€™s a 5-star employee right there!

This is by far the worst managed Giant Eagle grocery store in NE Ohio. The prices are NEVER right when you check out and the clerks just do not care at all. They'll happily remove the incorrectly priced item from the computer but want absolutely no part of trying to find the right price to ensure customer satisfaction. It's hard not to feel as though this is done intentionally in the hope that shoppers won't notice, which is particularly problematic during a recession when inflation h. as most people broke and counting every penny. It's shameful either way

Watch shady pricing at this store. Weekly meal deal sign says save $10 if buy the liter soda with , but checkout charges full price. When showed receipt mistake to customer service two workers challenged me then walked over to read sale sign then begrudgingly gave the $10 refund. Also seven hills GE strudel slices $3.99 per 8 slice pack and NR also 3.99 then out of blue NR GE now charging $4.49 for same package. They simply price gouge when they see fit. Also they changed their sale policy. Now if a 2 for $6 sale on item the customer must buy 2 no more 1 for $3. Their real sales are gone and so are we. Going to Aldis. Not gonna pay $4.49 for one OJ when sign says 2 for $6. Inflation already terrible and the added stress of price scams just too much.

I go to this store often but their customer service is just garbage lately. I went to check out, light on, cashier in position, and next thing I know she left, half cart emptied and not a word from her. I was ghosted. Not only did the manager, Craig, I talked to lie and said she's new, she's cashed me out for years but he kept talking over me so I could barely tell him what happened. Sheesh, with as much money as it costs to shop here giant eagle should be better.

This is one of two Giant Eagles that I can drive to in under 3 minutes. The plaza it's in has multiple driveways that are quick and easy to access, and adequate parking close to the store. The people here are unusually friendly in my experience. The store itself is clean, and they almost always have two people cleaning carts in the outer entrance area. I think this is a nicely sized store. It's a little larger, but not a gigantic warehouse. I really like this particular setup because it allows you to quickly go to the section you're looking for instead of forcing you in a particular direction. Once you enter the store you can go in three directions easily. To the left you have services and pharmacy. Straight ahead you have floral, liquor, and the first of regular store aisles. To the right you have fresh vegetables and fruit, after which it curves left into specialty/prepared foods, bakery, wine, seafood and the deli. All in all, this is my favorite Giant Eagle.

Nice store, good selection. Like their pepperoni bread, fried chicken, and their firecracker coleslaw. Cute Holiday and Browns cakes! Friendly, helpful staff.

If you understand why the Oversight Committee exposes President Bidenโ€™s abuse of public office for his familyโ€™s financial gain you may already know GE's prices are up over 30% since 2020

Went in to buy jalapeรฑos today. While grabbing some packages, some had 1 or 2 in the bag, while others had 5 or 6. I'm not sure what was going on, but it had nothing to do with the size or weight. Also, the grapes looked like they needed some attention. A lot of the grapes looked pretty brown. I also noticed the bags of mandarins had some rotted ones in the bag. Now I'm starting to get a little disenchanted. Raising prices is one thing, but sticking customers with sub-par produce is unacceptable.

This isn't the main Giant Eagle that we go to, but been there more than a few times. A bit smaller than other locations, so it feels friendly and quicker to get around, as long as you avoid rush hours. This one seems to have a smaller organic produce selection, but maybe that's just my imagination. And this one has far fewer checkout stations than other locations. Unfortunately like at all Giant Eagles, most things are overpriced compared to bigger food stores, even when on sale. But overall a nice experience compared to the typical Walmart. We also got a booster shot here last fall, which was quick and no appointment was needed.

Now that you have to take your own bags, the cashiers either will not bag at all OR they slam your items into your bag with no concern and ruin produce and other items. I have had numerous produce items split, smashed, etc. As much as I hate to say it, might as well just put in only self checkout lanes, instead of just the 2 that are 12 items or less.

The store was clean. Most people were helpful. Cashier Daniel M was a no show on being friendly. I would say something and he did not even answer. Also he needs a new shirt! All tattered at the bottom and wrinkled.

We ordered lunch meat and cheese trays, they were assembled very poorly. The cheese was underneath the lunch meat, and the lunch meats were stacked in a way that only one was available at a time. I cannot fathom that anybody thought this was the correct way to do this.

This eagle's is smaller than the one I frequent. Can't get individual bagels. Donut selection more limited. A bit surprised. Thought they all had same bakery

I keep forgetting they decided to do away with the plastic bags but of course you can buy brown paper bags for 10 cents each. If you can do that just give them away, that is just good business. I am sure you can make that up with the price of the items sold.. So insulting.

People in the hot food section are so lazy. They never want to make anything you ask them. Itโ€™s always excuses if you ask for extra chicken if they donโ€™t have any made. Oh and donโ€™t even think about ordering a hot food order for an event. They will call you the day of the event and cancel with no care in the world. Not a place to trust if youโ€™re hosting an event.

Lines were very long and could have had more cashiers working.

Great store, great people, although I wish it was bigger and had more selections.

Located in the center of town. Also the singing shopping cart guy is a lot of fun. He brings a smile to all the people he greets.

I love this location except for one cashier in particular, Zach. This cashier preceeded to scan each bottle of wine separately, holding up the line, even when they were all the same. When I pointed out they were all the same, he became argumentative with me and cussed at me saying he got "bitc*ed" at by a fellow employee for not scanning each bottle. I find this hard to believe since every other cashier scans one and multiplies by the amount of bottles. I will wait in a longer line just to avoid his negative attitude. Please address this issue with him!!

My review is on the Deli, the rest of the store is good, but the Deli is somewhat unsanitary, every time I go to buy Deli Meat and cheese the employees have the same gloves on that they were using to clean the equipment with, so imagine they keep the same gloves on handling Lunch Meat, and using Cleaning Detergents, and touching what ever else, when the should be changing those gloves when they handle Deli food, I have had this happen twice now and both times I gave the product back with a confused employee, that is not good, needs fixed

It's not terrible. On the small side so it has limited selection. In a pinch it's fine.

Don't usually shop at Giant Eagle. Just ran in for a few things. They just started the "No More" plastic bag policy. Strangely the cashier just threw my items back into the shopping cart! Good thing to remember is always take in your reusable bags. Lesson learned make sure I keep them in my car!! Store was very clean, stocked and we'll organized!
