I have always gotten my tires at Discount Tire and have always received 5-star customer service and excellent tires, repairs, etc. They go far and above what you would expect from any tire company. As a widow, I feel very vulnerable when it comes to cars and mechanics. This weekend I hit some debris and needed more than a simple tire. The staff at Discount Tire talked me through every step of the process. The two gentlemen who jumped through hoops to get me back on the road as swiftly and safely as possible while providing 5 star servive were outstanding. Even though we had a really difficult time getting tires on my large rims with mud tires , Ron really made an effort to make things right, and finally got some on before my time crunch. He helped me order new tires that were similar to what I had brought them that couldn't be put on ... I was pretty frustrated since I had came from 4 wheel parts where they had tried to rip me off, and Ron and his whole team were really kind to me even though I was obviously frustrated. Really nice guys that work there and I appreciate them staying so nice through a frustrating process.

Price is good. But I've made an online appointment a week in advance and dropped the car off at 315pm and was told it would take an hour. It's now 5pm and the car is still sitting where I parked it.

Best tire guys in town. I buy all my tires here. Buy the extra warranty on them and any time you get a puncture they repair or replace the tire no charge and no questions asked. Its great because I get at least one nail a year and they always take care of me. also the staff is very nice and accommodating. 5 stars!

Great place to buy tires - friendly and straight up - no BS, no upselling, no pressure. I had a tire go flat on the freeway one morning on the way to work, had to get a tow, and I found Discount Tire was the closest place. I knew I needed tires, but just didn't have time to look at them and make an appointment, etc... so I was there, ready to buy one new tire, and they were not busy, they could get me in and on my way quickly and they delivered!! Great tires at a good price, no trying to get me to buy expensive tires and they had 4 guys work on my Jeep and got me on the road within 30-minutes... That was fast! Thanks guys!!

I had a tire start to go flat back in June and called these guys close to closing time as soon as I noticed it. I really don't like having to do that but felt it was an emergency. The manager told me to come in right away and he would definitely take care of me. I drove straight there, and ended up getting a great deal on two new tires. Justin, Dylan & Gene were awesome and I was very impressed with how nice everyone was and how clean the facility was. They were super fast and I was out within 15 minutes. This was the best experience I've ever had at a tire place, I will definitely be back even though it's about a 25 minute drive for me. It's worth it! Thank you again for making a stressful situation better!

I had to get my wife’s tire repaired before I left on a work trip. Gene was nothing but the best in customer service. He truly exemplifies quality service. While I waited I heard Gene on the phone with numerous customers and he was the exact same with each, pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I would (and will) recommend this specific location to anyone.

What is the purpose of an appointment when it is going to be a couple of hours just for a simple wheel rotation. Discount needs to turn away customers who don't have an appointment when they get too busy and prioritize customers who do. The store also did not have a pleasant smell and since when are people allowed to bring their pet dog in the store (not a service dog). Customer service has gone down hill. I would consider taking your business elsewhere if your time matters to you.

Got into a pickle due to FedEx being unable to deliver 4 tires 11 miles in 4 days. The team here is exceptional, they squeezed me into a 4 hour window with 20+ cars ahead of me. I appreciate the work, gents. Thanks again, Ryan!

My rims had a Plasti Dap coating that was damaged on 3 of the 4 wheels during the installation. I understood that this was possible, however one of the rims had additional damage to the aluminum edge. I am certain that it was not damaged before the installation. The black lugnuts were also damaged. The manager took pictures of the damage, but I have not heard back.

On the first snow day, they are very busy, which is very understandable. However, staff remained professional and courteous to its customers. Prices on tires are very reasonable

The online ordering system allowed for a low pressure store experience. Spacious, well maintained waiting area. Car taken back for service at 2:40 for a 1:15 appointment. The online tracking system never updated the 2:20 estimated completion time. Failure to follow the instructions relayed to the front desk and printed on the receipt will end up costing me the price of another tire. Tough call between 2 and 3 stars, I'd go for two and a half if I could.

We actually had a situation where our car was accidentally damaged but Evan made sure the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. Normally that would be an instant 1 star experience. But Evan took the situation seriously and acted professionally and promptly to resolve the situation. The customer service is polite, friendly and very helpful. Also, the price for the tires was excellent.

Incredibly clean. Really nice staff. I had a little miscommunication in the beginning that they worked out with me. If you are looking for tires for a good price and good service this is it. I will say they are by the book though. Look at your recommended tread depth. They are not the let it slide type of company.

This is by far the most professional, honest and reliable tire shop I’ve ever been to! The staff is super knowledgeable and ultra kind! They are very attentive and transparent. After listening to you, they actually provide a suggestion, but still show you all the options that suit you and your budget! Awesome place to come if you need tires from people you can trust! Noah and Evan are pleasurable and great faces for the company!

Avon, OH Location: Jake and crew did a fantastic job of switching out my old wheels for new ones. They handled my car with care, and I appreciate that they helped me load the old wheels into my car and included a neat box of the previous lug nuts. Would easily choose them again for similar work.

Best Discount Tire. Whole staff at this location Parma Ohio are very respectful. Customer service is top notch. Having people in and out very quick. Getting the job done on time as well I wanted to point that out. Just all around very quick and sufficient job that they do on customer cars. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve now gone here twice when I had a flat tire, both times due to nails. They are so quick. It’s a huge plus that they do complimentary tire patches and that’s why I initially have gone. But I will start taking my car here to get serviced. After going now twice it was a painless experience and every mechanic that I came in connect with was so nice and communicative. I felt at ease and I was in good hands.

This guys are world class customers services. I took my Tesla for a small air leak on one of my tires and get them rotated. They fix the problem rotated the tires on a timely matter and professionally. You have a client for life.
