First
time
visit
for
a
take
out
order,
40
minutes
before
closing.
Staff:
two
workers,
one
pleasant,
one
not
so.
Order
needed
a
roll
to
be
cut.
No
knife.
Guess
which
worker
had
already
stowed
away
all
the
equipment
for
the
night.
Friendly
worker
had
to
reset
the
workspace
then
food
was
promptly
received.
Quality:
toppings
were
good
but
the
bun
was
not
enjoyable.
It
was
moist
&
fresh
(good),
however
also
dense
&
chewy,
remininscent
of
a
bagel.
After
the
first
couple
bites,
discarded
half
of
the
bun
and
just
ate
the
sub
open-faced.
Not
the
food
experience
that
was
expected.
