    Food was good. Fries excellent. Poor rating due to service. First time there. Told the cashier this. She said to let me know when I was ready, turned her back towards me and leaned on the counter. She then started small talk with the girl on the grill. While I had some questions did not feel the cashier was receptive to giving any help. After ordering I did not know how their system worked. Saw a woman at the end of the line getting her food. Noticed a sign saying food pick up. Answered my own question. Made my way there. Found the guy running the fry station to be pleasant. Like I said, the food was good. I just don't want to upset them by going in and ordering.

    This is the worst penn station I’ve been to. The blonde girl with the lip piercing was rude and did not want to take anyone’s order. Without your customers, you’d not be working so why ignore us? The guys with the tattoos was running around trying to do several peoples jobs however, he didn’t ask us what kind of bread we wanted so we were automatically given white bread. I wouldn’t have cared however, the bread was not cooked at all. It looked like pale dough still and tasted like mush. This is the second time I’ve been to this store and every time the workers are nasty. I work fast food so I know how you’re supposed to act. If you hate your job, then quit. Simple.

    This is by far the BEST Penn station. We recently moved 25 miles away and will continue to drive back for the best tasting food and outstanding customer service. They need to send staff here for training! Macedonia and Kent cannot hold a candle to this location. Manager Chris is awesome, his sister that works here and Tiffany have been absolutely great!!!

    I am obsessed with this place. I've been going here for years but since we now live in Ohio for the past 8 years they put in a new one here in North Canton off of Main Street in..... to die for. My kids now work there because it's close By ....they're hooked As much as I am. I love it it's the best totally recommended it is a Little bit pricey but it is steak and you can make It however you want great customer service just phenomenal. Stephanie she's the greatest!

    I stop at this store for lunch/dinner pretty often. Their food is great! Employees are friendly. I would definitely recommend Penn Station! 😊

    Absolutely horrible. I clearly stated no mayo and said it twice. She even repeated it back to me. When I got the sub, I took a bite and there was clearly mayo on it. I almost threw up. I took it back and they said they didn’t put mayo on it and would not make another one or refund my money. One bite was taken out of it. They have horrible staff.

    Started getting busy for lunch and were still very pleasant and friendly. She accidentally overcharged me for a sub and I didn't even notice,but she made sure to refund me. Great service.

    Took 25 minutes to get the food after I ordered. Mananger arguing with another customer about the same issue as I was leaving. That customer ordered before me and still didn't have their food. Just close if you don't have enough people to run the shift. Better to give zero experience than to give a bunch of bad experiences.

    The manager Tiffany is really rude. We had a small problem with our sandwiches and she laughed at us and told us to call corporate. I’ve worked in food service before and the amount of hatred this lady has towards customers is so unreal. Will NEVER be going here again. The company should be ashamed to have employees like that working for them.

    Sign says open at 11 am....their door is locked (11:15) someone in kitcjen made no attempt to even acknowledge us, so we went elsewhere

    The food was very tasty. We had the Philly cheese steak. My husband and I got a 6 inch each. The sub bun was a bit small, but it was filled with a lot of of the grilled items. Packed with flavor, I left full and satisfied, but my husband was still hungry. There was a bit of a wait with only 2 staff members working at lunch hour. We waited about 10 minutes for our sub. They were pleasant and did the best they could.

    Mixed opinions on staff & food quality. First time visit for a take out order, 40 minutes before closing. Staff: two workers, one pleasant, one not so. Order needed a roll to be cut. No knife. Guess which worker had already stowed away all the equipment for the night. Friendly worker had to reset the workspace then food was promptly received. Quality: toppings were good but the bun was not enjoyable. It was moist & fresh (good), however also dense & chewy, remininscent of a bagel. After the first couple bites, discarded half of the bun and just ate the sub open-faced. Not the food experience that was expected.

    Pop machine not working properly, tables all dirty 4 workers standing around. Kicked us out at 645pm said the dining room was closed.

    Placing order online was easy. Arrived at time indicated when order placed but the sandwich was just being started so there was a wait to get the order. French fries were fresh and hot. Staff friendly.

    Ate here today after a disappointing cheesesteak yesterday at steak and hoagie. This fixed that mistake! A little cheaper than steak and hoagie location but the portion size was great and no skimping on toppings and there was actually cheese on my sub! If you need a microscope to look for the cheese 🧀 they did not put enough on. Service was good, location was clean. I paid a premium but I got my moneys worth. The fries are good, fried in peanut oil blend. The lemonade is good and not overly sweet. If you ever get a sandwich like this to go, always ask for the oil and vinegar on the side so it does not soak through the bread. This is what a sub, hoagie, footlong etc. Should look like! They have public restroom so you can wash your hands after so they don't have the oil and vinegar scent on them.

    The food was delicious but the dining room left something to be desired. It was lunchtime so I can only assume they were very busy right beforehand. Every table was dirty and the pop machine needs a good scrubbing.

    The amount of toppings in the sandwiches was underwhelming for the price, but the flavor was good. This particular sandwich was supposed to have double steak, if that's double I'd be concerned ordering it with the regular amount.
