{"0":"Don\u2019t agree with the bad reviews. I have been a patient for over 3 years. Sarah Mayer is my FNP and she is excellent. Can\u2019t say enough good things about her. She listens, she takes her time and she allows me to take charge of my health and we discuss issues together. She gives her sound advice and direction and I follow her lead. My health has improved as a result and I couldn\u2019t be happier. As far as the office staff, of course they are busy but they have never been rude and my prescription requests have been filled and my calls have been returned. Again, as a patient of 3 years I can assure to any prospective client that this office is efficient, courteous and my provider, Sarah is top notch. I’ve been going here for 4 years & it gets worse every year. The staff truly cares about money over patients & I get better customer service at Walmart. This is my second google review ever, but when it comes to your health, find a better office.

The front desk staff members are rude with poor customer service. The “office manager” also has poor customer service and communication skills. She was very accusatory in her approach regarding an incident instead of asking me what happened. I was already looking for a new PCP prior to this incident due to the decline in customer service and lack of knowledge by physicians at this facility. After my last experience I will never treat with this practice again. I would recommend customer service, diversity, and sensitive training for all staff at this facility. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have been a patient since moving to Florida. There have been times when the doctor I was seeing was no longer there and I was just rescheduled with someone else that I didn’t find out until I arrived at the appointment. Recently I went to Clearwater for a week and forgot my medications. I called the office and was told the physician that I was seeing me was in a new location and I would have to call that number. When I did I found out the new location was in Vero Beach which is 45 minutes away. His receptionist was not helpful but she agreed begrudgingly to call me after the doctor had called my prescriptions in. I called again at 4 PM and got the answering service and I was told some offices close early on Fridays. I finally called the office again in Stuart and spoke to 2 people who finally said the prescriptions would be called in. It was a mess. Thank god for a pharmacist at Publix who finally gave me enough of my medications for the remainder of my visit. Unfortunately, this is the norm, not the exception to medical care now a day. PCC is not the kind of care that I want.

I have been going here for almost 2 years now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I started with Jennifer Nahas who is NP, but she is no longer there. I loved her! Great bedside manner and truly listened to your concerns. I now have been seeing Dr. Perl and I couldn't ask for a better listening doctor. He actively listens and makes sure he has addressed all my concerns. I've never had an issue with the front staff or scheduling appointments.

Changed my GP to Dr. Hamilton and very happy I did. Dr. Hamilton was very nice, thorough and answered all my questions. Later, I had to re-do a prescription so had to call the office. A nice person answered quickly and they contacted the pharmacy right away got it handled for me. Good Job!

They go thru providers regularly. Everytime they get a good provider the end up leaving. Office manager is the worst, and has very bad people skills, she is in the wrong profession! Staff is rude and violates HIPPA like it does not matter. Company keeps getting bought out. My Provider is the only reason. I still go there.

Office staff is Extremely helpful and courteous ! Dr was very thorough and didn't push you out the door ! Would definitely recommend going there ! Happy patient !

They have horrible customer service and now have a policy to just cancel a scheduled appointment if you do not call and confirm the appointment you scheduled. One of the most unprofessional doctors offices I have ever had the pleasure of going to.

I do not understand the negative feedback on the staff. Every staff member I have dealt with from the front desk check in to the nurse techs and the doctor have all been very pleasant and professional. I always see the ssme doctor (Dr Perl who is awesome) and as far as the complaints about getting appointments, this clinic doesn't just take phone in but also uses the breeze app which let's you schedule your own appointment at ANY time which is beyond convenient, I have made an appointment at 10 o'clock at night using the app and was seen the next day. I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt because my experiences with this clinics staff has been nothing but good.

Dr.Trivedi was our doctor in Boca and when she moved up here, we followed. She is an amazing physician that truly cares about her patients. That is not something you can find just anywhere. The drive was just under an hour and certainly worth it. The staff was warm and friendly.

Staff is always friendly and takes their time. I am able to schedule an appointment quickly and there's hardly ever a wait before seeing the doctor.

I have been going here for years and love all the nurse practitioners and doctors I have dealt with. I recommend them to everyone looking for a physicians office to call home.
