I
have
been
a
patient
since
moving
to
Florida.
There
have
been
times
when
the
doctor
I
was
seeing
was
no
longer
there
and
I
was
just
rescheduled
with
someone
else
that
I
didn’t
find
out
until
I
arrived
at
the
appointment.
Recently
I
went
to
Clearwater
for
a
week
and
forgot
my
medications.
I
called
the
office
and
was
told
the
physician
that
I
was
seeing
me
was
in
a
new
location
and
I
would
have
to
call
that
number.
When
I
did
I
found
out
the
new
location
was
in
Vero
Beach
which
is
45
minutes
away.
His
receptionist
was
not
helpful
but
she
agreed
begrudgingly
to
call
me
after
the
doctor
had
called
my
prescriptions
in.
I
called
again
at
4
PM
and
got
the
answering
service
and
I
was
told
some
offices
close
early
on
Fridays.
I
finally
called
the
office
again
in
Stuart
and
spoke
to
2
people
who
finally
said
the
prescriptions
would
be
called
in.
It
was
a
mess.
Thank
god
for
a
pharmacist
at
Publix
who
finally
gave
me
enough
of
my
medications
for
the
remainder
of
my
visit.
Unfortunately,
this
is
the
norm,
not
the
exception
to
medical
care
now
a
day.
PCC
is
not
the
kind
of
care
that
I
want.
