This place is dirty with garbage cans overflowing with trash, very unfriendly, distracted front desk order taker had to repeat my order three times until he pulled out a piece of cotton from one of his ear in order to hear my order, he was totally non responsive after I gave him my orders. My wife and I waited 14 minutes to get two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees, we did find a table that was not littered with leftover crumbs, the floor felt sticky not cleaned for a while, then finally we took our first bite of our breakfast sandwiches and both had cold cheeses, we threw them away along with the coffees we felt the staff would become confrontational with us, the place was empty with just one homeless person in a corner just sitting out from the heat. This place is totally run down, definitely needs a lot corporate office attention, and provide better training for their staff. I will not be returning, and I have told everyone in our building not to go here, there is a Wendy’s just a few steps away with better food and great customer service. Wish I could have given them a big fat 0.

Waited 20 minutes in line and paid $5 for this ! They mess something up every time and I don’t recommend this store! They dont care!

The BEST ☕️ coffee! Great donuts. Nice little (small) sitting area, and also you can sit outside, weather permitting. The 4 stars are because I went there twice so far, while on vacation, and the sitting area isn't clean. It really needs to be wiped clean, especially the window sills.

Inconsistent service and staff gives their friends free drinks IN FRONT of paying customers Waited by the mobile order pickup station for about 10 minutes until a pair of girls came in and went to the end of the counter in front of all the paying customers and asked their friend Marlin to make then free drinks with a giggle. Marlin was more that happy to stop filling paying customers orders and make free drinks for that two girls while I and the other paying customers waited. At this point I STILL did not have my mobile order so I went to the counter and asked where my order was and it was just sitting behind the counter with the ice now melter. Obviously Marlin, and every other employee in the store had better things to do than to set my mobile order at the designated station this afternoon. Very disappointed to leave with a now watered down iced coffee while the two girls who got VIP service and free coffee drinks giggle their way out of the store in front of me. Will not be back to this location, or any Dunkin for a while.

Doughnuts are just tossed in a bag so I wouldn't recommend frosted if you want to enjoy the frosting on top of the doughnut. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. Very small parking lot and odd drive through, tough for larger vehicles to get in and out.

Do not waste your time or money here! They are not even worthy of the one star above. They will forget your entire order of donuts and forget to put any espresso shots in their latte drinks… you will receive a cup of milk and sugar and be left without your donuts. The employees talk to you like you’re incompetent of your order and make it difficult to receive what you paid for when presenting your receipt. Two hours later and i feel like i am dying from a blueberry donut…

Florida's weather has been in the 90s past few weeks. I'm a regular that comes in daily and the air conditioner hasn't been working at this location. I really feel sorry for the servers. Management needs to do much better.

Check your bags before you leave. Didn’t tell me that the munchkins I asked for were basically gone and shoved a box into my hands. My mistake. Won’t happen again.

I love Dunkin but this is the worst store I've ever been to, from their parking lot to their service. They refused to sell me a coffee at "refill" prices with my Dunkin Cup, after speaking to two separate team members, so I left without paying. The parking lot and drive thru are the worst I've seen at any DD. Pass this one by and go to the next one. Horrible Service.

The coffee is freshly brewed and delicious. The whole room smells like fresh coffee. It's a great smell. I went during the off peak hours, so I was in and out in about 60 seconds

every time i put in a mobile order they always miss something. i use the app because it’s supposed to be faster yet i always have to back track to receive all of my items. i’ve run a 7/11 before so i know things can get overwhelming when super busy; however that is no excuse for the lack of work put in. no one bothers to double check or anything of the sorts. you guys are officially the worst dunkin. you quite literally became worse than the one in new york i went to for years. i watched someone get shot in there while they were being robbed. but in the end they always got your order right. step up your game.

So I ordered 4 Boston creme and some munchkins. They hand me a box of munchkins and a bag. As I grab the bag I have chocolate frosting everywhere. I look in the bag and sure enough there are four donuts Stacked. Now, if you are familiar with Boston cream, you know that the top has a full layer of chocolate frosting on it, and now they're stacked in the bag and there's frosting everywhere so when I complain about it, she comes back with 2 bags and she said there's 2 in each bag. It wasn't. . There was still 4 in one and 1 and 2 in another all stacked and frosting everywhere. So I still told her that it wasn't acceptable. And that is when she told me that she couldn't give me a box. So I ended up saying okay. I ordered 2 more donuts to make it six. So they can give me a box. So my donuts aren't stacked with frosting. She proceeds to take all of the ones out of the bag and put them in the box and send me on my way. In recent times like everywhere else, Dunkin' Donuts has raised their prices. So If I could include a picture I would for you. If there's not a section where I can attach a picture. So you could see what it actually looks like, but use your imagination terrible.

This is, hands down, the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to...the people that work here are super friendly, kind, and understanding. I hope their GM and the owner realize and appreciate what good workers they have

Please hire an engineer to fix the wonky parking lot. Could double as a slip and slide! If you have a truck or even midsize SUV, good luck getting through the drive-through.

The workers are dead inside, legitimately, this location seems like a cesspool of stress and just pain. The coffee was really good and so were my donuts, both served really quickly. But the workers were yelling at each other and just weren't friendly. I dont blame them, as it's horrible working in food retail, but management needs to help and encourage these workers more they deserve better

Staff is either new or just not great. We had to request each item in our order and were ignored for a bit.

Amazing my favorite is to get my coffee from Gabriella she makes them not only taste wonderful but looks exactly like picture Great Job 👍 give the coffee that special feel n look with an amazing blend of flavors

Please update your app Dunkin. I ordered though the app so I could use a coupon. Well, my discount didn’t matter. I wanted a SmartWater, paid for a SmartWater, and got handed a dollar bottle of spring water and no refund or remedy was offered, just a simple “sorry, we don’t know why the app says that we have SmartWater cause we don’t so here you go.” Everything else was good, just didn’t get what I ordered and I wasn’t refunded the difference.

Food was a little slow in getting out to my group. They seemed a bit disorganized in service. Food came out lukewarm to cold. Interior feels a bit old and warn out, could use a refresh. And the actual venue location is on a deep slope so accessibility may be a bit more difficult for a handicapped person to manage to get from parking area into the interior of the venue.

Picked up two boxes of Joe for an event. They put plenty of Cups and sweeteners Etc in the bag and it was good and hot. I called ahead the day before to make sure they could have that much ready at the time I wanted

The food and donuts are always great, but the quality in the coffee is hit or miss. There seems to be a lack of care put into making drinks, which translates into the product received. Several times I'll order a flavored drink only to have all of the flavor sitting on the bottom, or clumps of undisolved sugar when I asked for sweetener syrup.
