🥯 Awesome beagles! We got “everything beagles” which was a good choice. The bagels themselves are quite thick which is always a plus. 🛋 When you walk inside you can see how the bagels are made. Which is very cool. Especially if there is a line. 🕒 Keep in mind that they close at 3pm. Of course, the best time to come there is for breakfast. 🍳

We used to keep going back, despite the poor service we constantly received. We have never gone to this Brooklyn Water Bagel without them screwing up our order. They have never given us a complete and correct order. Think about that. If we got breakfast from them 10 times, all 10 times, the order was wrong and missing part of it. The last straw was when they sold us a black and white cookie for our five year old and the cookie was covered in mold. They don't take responsibility for their actions or poor customer service. They are rude and there is no quality control with this establishment. Steer clear.

I absolutely love bagel sandwiches, and Brooklyn Water Bagel has some of the best in Jupiter. I got the "Brooklyn" which is sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel of your choice. The different components were layered throughout the sandwich and it was so good. The interior is small but the owners really did a good job keeping people spread out and the decor inside is really cool. I liked seeing all of the classic photos of NYC. I can't wait to go back!

Stay as far away as humanly possible from this location. Their standards have turned to garbage. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. I got a bagel with cream cheese there and ended up shutting my guts out later that day.

These idiots don't honor the times posted that they're supposed to be open. I arrived today at 2:20PM - 10 minutes before closing time of 2:30. The doors were locked so I tapped on the glass. 'Got a female employee's attention and pointed to my watch as if to say 'you're supposed to be open now'. She simply ignored me. Time to stop frequenting here and instead visiting another shop location that takes better care of their customers.

A good selection of bagels, plus NYC bakery standards like ruglach and black & whites. Nice atmosphere. They're not a real NY bagel but they're the best I've had in Florida over 9 years.

I drive down there from Palm City to get the Apple Cinnamon muffins. They are delicious.

Out of Turkey??? Ordered the chicken salad. Came without all the fixens. I had asked for lettuce tomato onion. Had to return. Chicken salad probs the worst I’ve ever had. It was sweet??? Didn’t taste like Chicken at all. At least the chips were good. Epic fail for $16.00

So I ordered a bagel, they forgot stuff on my bagel. I brought it up to point it out, yet the employee then manager harassed me about a bite taken out. Instead of fixing it, they harassed me for a bit, then said ok they will remake it. They come back with half a sandwich , for a bite taken out of it. Employee was ok, manager should be fired and moved to McDonald’s management

As a native New Yorker I have been on the hunt for a good bagel...I finally found it!! The staff was so helpful & nice as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place!. Whoever does not like these bagels just does not know amy better, plain & simple.

The staff is always warm and welcoming! I come here all the time for breakfast and they always have fresh bagels! Make sure to come early when they are still warm they have never disappointed me! 10/10

Absolutely delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches! I would pass on the coffee, if you're looking for something high-quality, but definitely treat yourself to their hash browns.

If you're looking for an authentic New York-style bagel, look no further than Brooklyn Water Bagels. I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of their locations, and I have to say, it was one of the best bagels I've ever had. Their bagels are crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, and full of flavor. Of all the delicious bagels on offer, the Asiago cheese bagel is my personal favorite. The combination of the chewy bagel, the tangy cheese, and the hint of salt is simply irresistible!

Wow, the Carnegie corned beef is awesome. I hope they always carry this item on the menu. Fresh bread, meat is seasoned and tender. Staff was great too. 👍🏼

Good bagels. Great muffins. But in my opinion, the place became expensive... Five dollars (plus tax) for a large ice coffee, and they don't put out Skim Milk like other branches do. They removed the napkins from every table too.

Don't expect any customer service at the BWB in Jupiter!!!!! I picked up lunch today at the BWB in Jupiter. When I got home, I discovered my bagel wasn't in my bag. The manager refused to reimburse me for the cost of the bagel for the inconvenience of me having to drive back to get the bagel. I am so sorry I tipped her. The tip was probably more than the cost of the bagel! The manager should be embarrassed by keeping the tip. She also refused to allow me to speak to anyone above her, saying that she was the manager and she wouldn't bother anyone above her for this issue. No accountability!!!!!! Must be nice to be the manager and have the ability to block anyone from complaining about you to your supervisor!

I bought my 5 year old a black and white cookie to eat while waiting for bagels to-go and saw that there was MOLD on the bottom of the cookie that was half eaten. I brought it back to the counter to show the kid that sold it to me , who had zero idea what to do, called his manager Katie over who had even less of an idea of how to handle the situation. She gave me a refund for the cookie, and then blamed the baker for the mold. Because apparently the baker somehow baked the mold into the cookie two days later. I refused my bagels, got my money back, and will not be going back. Negative 8 stars.

Absolutely love this place. Bagel are always so fresh and delicious. Best bagel with lox in town. Hot freshly brewed coffee. Smiley and friendly staff

I always order on-line and then pick-up. Breakfast bagles are fantastic. I normally get the Brooklyn breakfast bagle. Great everytime! Pick-up is on a seperate table so it's easy and fast. In and out. Great staff.

Delicious bagels. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast sandwich with the egg whites and spinach, however, the spinach tasted frozen and overall it wasn't great. The other breakfast sandwiches are tasty.

When you see the photo of the pastrami and egg breakfast sandwich, it looks great with nice slices of pastrami. When it came to the table, it was chopped bits of pastrami, some way overdone. Was not the sandwich pictured, but just an overpriced disappointment. Dont waste your money!

Bad experience today around 8-16-22 at 11:45 am. I got the Brooklyn on a garlic bagel. This is the third time I got this here and it was terrible today. The bagel was very soggy and was dripping all over my clothes. I thought something was off with the experience and definitely the food. I'm not a fan of the sandwich at all anyway as nothing is fresh about it. They don't even use real eggs. For some reason they forgot to add the sausage. Won't be coming back.
