The ski slope is fine but the pub at the bottom of the slope is run by a bunch of miserable gits who learned their customer service skills from British Rail. Basically about as helpful as a snake in a lucky dip. The place is empty and you sit at the bar and order and then they won't accept you order because you didn't order at the till! The bar is 10ft by 10ft! WTF.

Great place for beginners. My son had lessons here and didn’t take long until he was skiing alone. Very nice friendly instructors and a good price. Nothing exceptional for experienced skiers, but relaxing anyway with a small onsite restaurant.

What to expect: * Ski Rental accepts only cash payments. Restaurant and ski lift does accept debit/credit cards and cash. * Ski lift will charge an extra 100 CZK deposit for plastic card used for ski lift. This of course is fully refundable upon return of card. When you pay with card, they will refund you the 100CZK in cash, it will not be returned to your debit/credit card. Positive Experience: * Rental staff is very helpful, they take your weight, measurements and accommodate you with fitted skis. * They can accommodate you with an English speaking ski instructor in case you need one for your children or for yourself to brush off on your skills. * Based on my experience, great staff throughout the ski resort. Need Improvement: * Debit/Credit card payment for ski rental.

Small resort - but usually without any queues and with good parking (compared to Luka). The downside is that there id only a single piste. You can pay by card except for the bar. Don't forget to return the chip card, they have pretty high deposit.
