Miiko Everyday Nourishing is a bit off the beaten track but what a nice little place it is. You will not find soda pops or burgers but you get freshly prepared healthy food that is as delicious as it sounds. Miiko is placed within the Ashley Cross residential area on Salterns Road. If you like freshly prepared healthy food you are in the right place. Parking is off road only and you may find that you have to walk a bit to and from your car. There is plenty of outside seating available and being a residential area it is quiet however every now and then there is a train going by. If you are disabled there is a small step to get inside and to get on to the large outside decking area there is a bit higher step which may be a bit challenging for wheelchair users. There are two small tables in front of the shop where you can get to with a wheelchair as there are no steps but it is a bit narrow. On the decking you find plenty of space and in a large basket there are some cushions available if you find the wooden seats to hard on your behinds. The menu is small but filled with great tasting food which is freshly prepared. Also most of the dishes are presented in one time use cardboard or plastic however it seems all to be good for recycling. Cold drinks are presented in glass bottles that carry a deposit and if you bring back your bottle you get 20 pence return. The coffee is delicious and locally sourced. As I visited towards the end of June there was plenty of fresh fruits available however I am not sure if their food ingredients are seasonal sorted. All in all, this is a nice gem and if you like vegan and / or vegetarian food you be hard pressed to find a better place. Last but not least, dogs are welcome and there is fresh water available on the outside decking area.

Beautifully presented and delicious. the menu is not extensive, which is a comfort, but what they do offer is brilliant. Everything is always freshly prepared with a friendly smile. Outside seating is available, but limited. Great for a super healthy takeaway idea, or just an organic coffee and a chinwag with friends. Thanks for a great alternative to the norm.

Excellent food - pesto avacado moon toast was delightful. Vegan pesto was full of flavour, fresh and not easy to replicate. Peach coconut fruit bowl- refreshing, and you just want more of it. And the cinnamon, ginger oat soaked granola with fruits- gorgoeous, delicate and fullfilling. I also had a take away of satay salad- again faultless. I wished I could have the same food everyday ...where I live.

Good fresh food. Could have done with a bit more variation in my salad and some dressing. Had to season it as everyone seems frightened of salt.

Visited for breakfast with my friend. I had porridge with apples and peanut butter and she had banana bread with roasted banana. Door is very nice and filling. There is very limited seating area inside. This place is quite pricey, but I guess the prices are adjusted to the location.

Excellent, friendly service. Good assortment of vegan treats. Delicious matcha mint hot drink on a winter’s afternoon. Refreshing juices as well.

Great for health focused and with dietary requirements but no high chair for little ones! :( I never been to a cafe which doesn't have a high chair?? I'll be back soon as they get a high chair, I can't eat with a super wriggly babe in arms and neither can she! So disappointing as I really wanted to enjoy the gorgeous food.

It was raining so space was really limited in side and parking is a real problem. We weren't offered a menu, and the young blonde lady behind the counter was quite abrupt, answering our questions. The food was good, although when we asked for utensils because we were eating in, they were literally flung at us. The people next to us received similar treatment, so it wasn't personal but was very off putting. Wont eat in again, nothing worse than spending good money on bad vibes.

I would not recommend this restaurant! I only wanted something meaty to be told they didn't sell meat?! This is discrimination against me and my meat eating family! Absolutely appalling!!

The food is delicious here! They serve healthy smoothies, quality coffee, amazing cakes and more. I experienced a friendly service with a smile. It's a relaxed atmosphere. Plus it is dog friendly! The cafe offers scrumptious vegan and gluten free food. There is plenty of outdoor seating if you have a dog or want to sit in the sunshine. Thanks again and see you soon.
