Everyday
Nourishing
is
a
bit
off
the
beaten
track
but
what
a
nice
little
place
it
is.
You
will
not
find
soda
pops
or
burgers
but
you
get
freshly
prepared
healthy
food
that
is
as
delicious
as
it
sounds.
Miiko
is
placed
within
the
Ashley
Cross
residential
area
on
Salterns
Road.
If
you
like
freshly
prepared
healthy
food
you
are
in
the
right
place.
Parking
is
off
road
only
and
you
may
find
that
you
have
to
walk
a
bit
to
and
from
your
car.
There
is
plenty
of
outside
seating
available
and
being
a
residential
area
it
is
quiet
however
every
now
and
then
there
is
a
train
going
by.
If
you
are
disabled
there
is
a
small
step
to
get
inside
and
to
get
on
to
the
large
outside
decking
area
there
is
a
bit
higher
step
which
may
be
a
bit
challenging
for
wheelchair
users.
There
are
two
small
tables
in
front
of
the
shop
where
you
can
get
to
with
a
wheelchair
as
there
are
no
steps
but
it
is
a
bit
narrow.
On
the
decking
you
find
plenty
of
space
and
in
a
large
basket
there
are
some
cushions
available
if
you
find
the
wooden
seats
to
hard
on
your
behinds.
The
menu
is
small
but
filled
with
great
tasting
food
which
is
freshly
prepared.
Also
most
of
the
dishes
are
presented
in
one
time
use
cardboard
or
plastic
however
it
seems
all
to
be
good
for
recycling.
Cold
drinks
are
presented
in
glass
bottles
that
carry
a
deposit
and
if
you
bring
back
your
bottle
you
get
20
pence
return.
The
coffee
is
delicious
and
locally
sourced.
As
I
visited
towards
the
end
of
June
there
was
plenty
of
fresh
fruits
available
however
I
am
not
sure
if
their
food
ingredients
are
seasonal
sorted.
All
in
all,
this
is
a
nice
gem
and
if
you
like
vegan
and
/
or
vegetarian
food
you
be
hard
pressed
to
find
a
better
place.
Last
but
not
least,
dogs
are
welcome
and
there
is
fresh
water
available
on
the
outside
decking
area.
