We recently took my wife’s watch back to a reputable jeweller , where we purchased the watch five years ago. Our watch was sent off for a battery change, I then received a call to say there was corrosion in the watch from the battery and they wanted over £500 to clean and service it, on top of the £123 for the battery change. I was disgusted with the incompetence and the customer service of this reputable dealer located in the Dolphin Centre. I contacted intime and asked if they replaced batteries on Onega watches, I also stated that there was corrosion in the watch. The young lad in Intime said leave it with me I’ll look at it change the battery give me 3/4 hour. We returned he had replaced the battery cleaned the watch resealed it all for less than £65. What a professional knowledgable man, I would highly recommend Intime in Poole.

Excellent and very friendly service. They made a clasp on my watch work far better for no charge. I'm thoroughly impressed and think very highly of this business. Because it is independent they have a reputation to maintain and they do it well.

Refused point blank to change some parts on my Seiko, wouldn't even explain why, just arrogantly shook his head until i walked away. The customer service girl tried to be helpful but the watch smith was just plain rude.

Excellent service, very reasonable prices, repaired several watches including an older Tag which I had given up on as I was quoted double the price by other watch repair companies. Received all watches back on time and prices were exactly as quoted. Friendly and very helpful staff, would highly recommend.

Great service here at “In Time” in Poole Dolphin Centre. I needed my watch strap adjusted because through wear and tear, it had started to fall off my wrist. It was actually a very straightforward repair and the lady very kindly, made no charge for it. My husband needed some links removed from the straps on his new watch and this was done at a very reasonable price. The thing that impressed me most however was her attention to us as customers and her willingness to provide us with an excellent service.

So impressed! I asked if they could repair my watch bracket. They tightened the links and made no charge, saying I could go back anytime for the links to be tightened and when necessary they could replace the defective links. Can't recommend them enough!

Always bring my watches here a very good professional service.
