We
recently
took
my
wife’s
watch
back
to
a
reputable
jeweller
,
where
we
purchased
the
watch
five
years
ago.
Our
watch
was
sent
off
for
a
battery
change,
I
then
received
a
call
to
say
there
was
corrosion
in
the
watch
from
the
battery
and
they
wanted
over
£500
to
clean
and
service
it,
on
top
of
the
£123
for
the
battery
change.
I
was
disgusted
with
the
incompetence
and
the
customer
service
of
this
reputable
dealer
located
in
the
Dolphin
Centre.
I
contacted
intime
and
asked
if
they
replaced
batteries
on
Onega
watches,
I
also
stated
that
there
was
corrosion
in
the
watch.
The
young
lad
in
Intime
said
leave
it
with
me
I’ll
look
at
it
change
the
battery
give
me
3/4
hour.
We
returned
he
had
replaced
the
battery
cleaned
the
watch
resealed
it
all
for
less
than
£65.
What
a
professional
knowledgable
man,
I
would
highly
recommend
Intime
in
Poole.
