Bean delivery arrived same day as order. No expectation for them to do so, didn't pay or ask, but they did so because they're local and they could. Simply the mark of an excellent company, and not the first time they've gone above and beyond. Beans were freshly roasted, and are delicious. Can't ask for more.

Really nice coffee, roasted on the premises (every Tuesday they said, when I bought some Sweet Breeze beans, which is what my cappuccino was made with). Small, independent, go here and avoid the big coffee chains nearby! My pack of beans was roasted 2 weeks ago, and they were about the same price as I've paid at other small, independent coffee roasters. Not cheap, but in part you are paying for that freshness. All round goodness from Grounded, thank you.

A refreshing alternative to the usual high street coffee shops. Lovely atmosphere and excellent, well-priced coffee. An independent retail business that deserves great success!

I have been in a couple of times. Staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee very nice. And a reasonable price.

The coffee was lovely, served at the correct temperature, staff friendly and smiling. Efficient service. The only thing for me was the cake it was a little heavy for me. But that's my taste so maybe fine for others, would I go back. definitely I would.

Was tempted in by the Halloween specials. Excellent Toffee Apple latte. Would have given a 5* for atmosphere but not a fan of places full of people on laptops but that is modern society these days and you have to cater for all customers.

A really nice independent coffee shop with its own roastery in the back. A great range of coffee serves available, although staff didn't seem to know what the serve my partner ordered was (he ordered a V60 pourover). We didn't try any of the food available but it looked delicious, and there were lots of vegan options available.

Hi. Have liked your Facebook page before visiting your establishment. Well today I got a takeaway latte. I must admit the inside was well laid out and the decorating was lovely. The latte I had was really tasty . The problem I had was it was just above lukewarm sorry to say. Perhaps it was my liking to have my latte hot ? . But Perhaps a little question to be asked or a sign to say about temperature?. I know you have to abide by H&S because of scolding, but if I was asked I would know what I was getting. Apart from that it was superb. Keep doing what you're doing.

Dropped in for a coffee as I had a bit of time spare, and really happy I did. I have my coffee black so there is nowhere to hide. Very smooth and tasty coffee, oh and damn good flapjack. Def recommend.

Visited recently and enjoyed a great cup of coffee. It is a lovely coffee shop with nice decor, and they also grind their own coffee in the back of the store. I was made to feel welcome by the pleasant staff and had a lovely flat white prepared by Bronte. I will certainly call here again as the coffee is very good. The cakes look yummy too!

It's always nice to see an independent coffee shop on the high street. I came across this cafe just by passing and thought the decor looked stylish yet comfortable, and made an assumption that the coffee would be a high quality - and it is, a good flavour without being too strong. There are a few sandwich options, but it's mostly coffee and cake. The cafe soon filled up with customers even though it's not on the main pathway. There's a bit of seating outside and more upstairs, plus a disabled toilet on the ground floor. Would recommend.

The coffee here is amazing and there is a lovely selection of sweet treats which I couldn't resist! Lovely atmosphere and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will be making sure I grab a coffee whenever I go past!

Took some beans (sweet breeze) to brew at home and it turned out amazing. Loved it. Also a very good flat white and a nice place to enjoy coffee. Will definitely go again to get more beans.

Lovely little coffee shop. The blend they use for the hot drinks is wonderfully smooth and the hot chocolate was very chocolatey, and a hit with my daughter. They also have alternative milks, and a gluten free flapjack (though no other g/f pastries). Looking forward to going back, and getting some coffee beans to bring home.

Amazing new independent coffee shop - best coffee in Poole by a mile, don't bother with C*osta or St*arbucks, nip around the corner something worthwhile. Delicious brownies/cakes/naughties too! Lovely friendly team there - roast their own coffee too!

Lovely little oasis in the otherwise a bit grotty centre of Poole. Friendly staff, great coffee and a good range of other drinks and vegan options and an accessible loo! . We always seem to end up here...

Awesome coffee, lots of coffee paraphernalia for sale and it's great to see the coffee roaster at the back of the shop.

I didn't eat here so can't comment on the food, however, the coffee was lovely. The staff are always nice and friendly and it's one of those places you can go to chat to a friend or chill with a book for a while.

Amazing coffee, very welcoming staff and yummy cakes. It's not often I'm in poole, but this is the favorite part of my visit when I'm there. Not to be missed.

Fantastic coffee, super friendly staff and they roast the beans on site! This is my go to local spot to get coffee regardless if that's in a cup or as a bean. ☕
