Needed to see someone about bad toothache . Their staff got me in same day and did extraction. And we were able to set up next appointment fitting my schedule. I deserved a lecture but he was understanding and had a gameplan to better my dental situation. Insurance covered expense and the fees were modest if I had needed to pay out of pocket.

I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out today, and I thought the team was absolutely fantastic! It's only me second time coming to Berkers, but the staff were just so friendly and made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. The procedure itself was honestly quite painless, and I thought it was fairly quick! I am really excited to come back for teeth cleanings or other procedures 😄

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Berkers and his hygienist Kristin! All I have to say is WOW!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone there! From the front staff to the back, everyone is welcoming, friendly and it's such a great family atmosphere! Our whole family will be transitioning to Berkers Family Dentistry! Thank you so much!

We decided to switch to this dentist because we wanted a respectful dental team. I had appt today for cleaning at 8am and got stuck out of town for work. I tried calling yesterday on memorial day to let them know 30 hours in advance I couldn't make it. But no body answered. So i calld right away this morning and the lady that answered said "well we need 24 hour call. And i told her i tried to call yesterday morning but their was no answer yesterday. And all she said was YEP AND HUNG UP. we will never be back again Not saying everyone their is rude but u lost 4 patients and whoever we talk to because your front desk lady was VERY rude and disrespectful. You do not hang up on someone. .

I had a great cleaning with my teeth being whiter than they had been for years even with previous cleanings. A filling needed to be replaced and that visit was painless and quick. Everyone is friendly and professional. I’m glad I changed to Berker’s Family Dentistry.
