The cleaning leaves much to be desired. We walked in the room and it smelt dirty. We were so tired so did nt make a fuss of the smell. We cleaned the room ourselves and opened the windows to ventilate the room. Things did not get much better after the first impression made by the smelly room. HOOM has the most complicated cookers EVER.....and no instructions on how to use the device! There is a dishwasher but no one told us we need to bring our own tablets to use in the dishwasher. One can always wash by hand of course - but no one told us we had to bring our own washing up liquid, sponges for cleaning used kitchenware and any kitchen towel type (cloth or paper) - because HOOM does NOT provide these materials either. The least they could have done was to tell us in advance to bring these items. Poor quality hotel which I would never go back to.

Administration is one of the worst ones. We have extended our stay 2-3 times, and all of those times host accepted with no issue. Then we tried to extend again, but as it exceeded a weeks stay, lower weekly rate kicked in and instead of having to pay, airbnb showed that we had to get the night for free and even get some money back. and suprise surprise they did not accept the extension this time. and when we called them they said they did not have availability for extra night. but if we want they have availability now?!?!? and we obviously have to pay for this night. then on top of that, they wanted 2,5 times the amount for the night than what we had booking THE SAME accomodation through airbnb. Avoid, and better book a proper hotel.

It's ok if you're in a low budget. Unfortunately no hairdryer, only fitted sheets and it's too hot in the room to sleep. Breakfast is also average

The most terrible experience out of staying in a so called 4-star hotel. Doesnt worth to stay even one night there. Broken locker on the door of the room and noisy (beeping) all the night. We were not feeling safe the whole night because the locker was broken. Impolite reception, lack of communicating and not helping to change our room. They said we will fix the locker but they didnt. The room was not clean! Full of black hairs on the floor. Disgusting! The breakfast was very small in packs and tea or coffee not included. I DO NOT recommend to stay here even one night. The erea is nice but hotel service is very very poor.

Positives: Amazing staff always helpful, 24/7 reception if you ever need anything. Apartment got all your needs and wants, for a longer stay I would recommend 2 weeks you really get your moneys worth. The new lady at reception with dark hair was helpful and nice on check in (didn’t get her name) Peter comes across a bit scary at first, but is really sweet and helpful. I kept ordering non boiled eggs for breakfast and he always joked about it every time great guy. The maintenance staff are very friendly as there was renovations going on when we arrived, but that didn’t put us off. Sauna is nice you can have it to yourself as it’s mainly only fits one person at the time. The gym is next to it so it’s nice to work out then relax. Negatives: Not much of a choice for breakfast, you pick it up in reception and it’s all packed up. Not many bus connections, it’s a bit out if you don’t drive. Rooms are a bit hot, but we worked out how to put the fan on even though it’s a bit noisy you can sleep with it. I would definitely book again 8/10😌

Best way to get your car scratched. Stayed a couple of weeks and every side of my car got dented or scratched. A lot of guest workers here and tight parking spaces. The rooms are quite nice but a lot of stuff is missing and the room service is very random at best. They don't clean your room for two weeks and then two days in a row. You always have to ask for additional towels or functioning/not flaky pans. But everybody is really nice and helpful. The kitchen fan was broken the entire stay, even tho they repaired it twice. The gym got all the necessary stuff. In total not recommended.

06/05/23 > 07/05/23 Someone left a scratch on our car did not see it right away, many builders from PL / RO / UKR live in the hotel who drive work cars and they do not care about your property and since the hotel is responsible for parking then claims to them.

Based on my 4 weeks experience: + Pro: great kitchen for longer stays, room size ok, balcony -Contra: hotel staff seems unqualified, room cleaning is terribly poorly organized, almost only single beds!! Kitchen utensils rare and you have to buy extra stuff, NO laundry service and the Hotel laundry room is messy! Gym is badly lit.

Good place to stay but I give them a minus: they clean the rooms only if you stay more then 7 nights otherwise you need to pay for the cleaning service. Everything else was perfect, friendly staff. Five stars for the thai food truck from the parking.

Had a lovely time staying in Stockholm this week. Hoom Hotel was great, the service the apartment was lovely. The only thing it didn't have was kitchen items. No plates, bowel etc. It's half apartment half hotel it should have those items and something to wash the dishes with, if they expect us to clean they should provide us with items to do that for free. We had to go and buy them from local super market to eat our food. They did have a kettle though. Nice and quiet and staff very helpful.

Good modern rooms, probably even better for a longer stay where you do your own cooking. The breakfast is nothing special, but relatively cheap. The concept is clearly more aimed at preparing for own food and the kitchen is pretty good.
