Fantastic place. Exactly what we need in Perth! Bring all your friends and have a coffee and meal right in the heart of Hay Street Mall! Highly recommend. Enjoy a coffee before you start shopping or relax after your retail therapy.

After being invited to lunch we decided on espresso and Prosecco. Wonderful and great location right in the hustle and bustle of Hay street mall. It’s a great place to grab a cheeky Mid day Prosecco and a bite to eat. Coffee was great, service was attentive and not over bearing. I would highly recommend stopping by. The restaurant has an amazing Mediterranean feel to it. The atmosphere was buzzing on the particular day.

I've enjoyed my visit both times, this time I was able to stay a little longer, eat and have a prosecco. I had the unusual fish of Caesar salad in a bread. Yum the Prosecco wasnt too bad as well. Saturday's visit I ordered the Meatballs with bread, so yum.

Great place for Sunday breakfast. Quick, efficient and friendly service. Food is well cooked and comes out very quickly. Minor observation that there is too much vinegar in the egg poaching water. Well worth a try.

This cafe was bigger than expected and has heaps of seating both indoor and outdoor. They offer a wide range of foods and drinks on their menu, and their service is amazing. Food can definitely be improved by toasting breads for a little bit longer. Overall, a great place to stop by during your city shopping for some coffee.

This is a popular cafe near London Court and surrounded by shops. It’s a great spot to stop for coffee or some bites on shopping day. They do great coffee and have good selection of cakes/pastries and sandwiches. They do breakfast food as well. Service was quick and easy. This cafe can get really busy at certain times. I’ll come back anytime.

This place is exactly what the mall sorely needed. It gives real vibes of Italy. Sitting out under the umbrellas in very comfortable chairs, with beautiful coffee. We really loved the food. There is a great selection in the cabinet and a menu that provides for a greater selection of breakfast and lunch. The waitress told us of plans for a function space and a roof top bar - can’t wait to see that. Looks like the cafe is already proving to be very popular and I for one will definitely be back.

Convenient Pit stop while shopping or sightseeing. Right next to the London Court. Stop by for a cannoli or a spritz. The hot chocolate was ok but the sprites are worth the stop. Especially at 3 pm for happy hour. The service is typical Australian style by ordering up front. The location alone warrants the 4 stars. Also serving Gelato if you fancy a break to cool down from the Perth heat.

Tried this place during my 2nd visit to Perth. Had breakfast and later cakes and tea in the evening. Food and coffee were nice.

It's a cafe that I often visit. Its business hours are quite long and I like it because it has a variety of menus. The amount of drinks was quite large and the carrot cake was delicious. And just sitting there looking at the city and enjoying it feels good!

We stopped off here for brunch before heading up to Kings Park. Loved the Italian vibe and staff. Everyone was really friendly and we were served straight away. The food was great with a good portion sizes. We also got drinks which were freshly made, and tasted fantastic.

Excellent spot in the heart of Perth’s busiest street, underneath the London Court clock. Excellent for an afternoon spritz or coffee and cake. Very friendly helpful staff with an extensive menu. You could think your somewhere in Europe!

Beautiful fit-out for this already popular new cafe in the Hay St Mall. I really liked the focaccia sandwiches (I enjoyed the Caesar Chicken salad special), and so many sweet treats to tempt you!

A slice of Italy on Hay street! Super friendly service, great choice of quality food and pastries. Great to have the new and most welcome addition to the city centre.

Lovely cafe in the Hay Street Mall where you can sit inside or outside. I had a caramel slice and long black and both were great; and would say the caramel slice is one of the best I've ever had. Staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. Also went back to try out the brunch menu, and the Italian Style Eggs Benedict (comes with prosciutto) were delicious!

I love the location of this cafe, right in the center of cbd. The decorations are lovely, very chilling. The Swiss rolls here are the best, melted in your mouth with a fruity taste. It’s the best Swiss rolls I’ve ever had. Soy chai latte was nice too.
