I was suggested this company by a friend. Two weeks ago I came in with my Omega Aqua Terra for some advice. I was more than willing to pay for a full service, if that’s what was needed, and I let Nicholas know this. He had a look at the watch, answered my questions, and told me it doesn’t need a service for another couple of years. In my experience, he is a very trustworthy and experienced watchmaker, and I had a very good interaction. Will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Chester from the Kennedy Boutique in Crown Perth since 2019 and throughout the purchases of our four beautiful time pieces. As this was our 45th Wedding Anniversary - the Sapphire Anniversary, I wanted to present my beautiful wife with a timepiece holding special meaning. I settled on the fabulous IWC Portofino Automatic 34, with sapphire blue face. Off I headed to Kennedy Crown Perth to order the watch. It was here I met the incredible Brian Vo, and the watch buying journey began. Sadly, the watch I had set my heart set on had been discontinued. Brian did his best to locate one for me, but there was none to be had. Sacre bleu, what now?! Six weeks out from our Anniversary, I received a message from Brian with details of a newly released watch, the IWC Portofino Automatic 34 Reference IW357413 – with sapphire blue face and featuring twelve pure white diamonds. The only issue now was that there were none in Australia, and once ordered, delivery was estimated at 10 weeks, with a possible 8 weeks for express delivery. Aware that that even the express delivery would be beyond the date of our Anniversary, I ordered the watch and asked Brian to do whatever he could to expedite delivery. Eight days out from our Anniversary, I phoned Kennedy Crown Perth with fingers crossed and hope in my heart. As Brian was on annual leave, I spoke with Marie Lahdo, the incredibly helpful Manager at Kennedy Crown Perth. I explained the situation to Marie, and her empathy was palpable. She told me to leave it with her. Early in the evening, three days prior to our Anniversary, I received a very welcome call from an excited Marie to advise that the watch would be available to collect the following day! As luck would have it, my wife and I were due to be in Perth that day, travelling up from home in Margaret River. Marie said she would have the champagne ready for when we arrived. Brian met us at the door on his first day back from annual leave. He was as excited as we were! Some time later, we left the Kennedy boutique with the beautiful IWC watch on my wife’s wrist, a couple of flutes of champagne consumed and the biggest smiles on our faces. I cannot adequately express how thankful and impressed I am with the Team at Kennedy Crown Perth. We met many wonderful team members along this journey. In particular, I want to thank Marie and Brian for truly going above and beyond in everything they did, and for caring for our happiness. Had the pleasure of visiting Kennedy Crown and Rolex boutique several time and it was always a good experience. We were there last month with intention of window shopping (only) yet ended up walking out with a beautiful Tudor timepiece. I was helped with Inna who provide a good feedback and for one of the manager Carina who pop up and greet me is a nice gesture. The whole Kennedy team is just accommodating and I'd say do not hesitate to visit them your next timepiece.

Great experience buying my Rolex Oyster Perpetual 39 from Kennedy's. Sales assistant by the name of Oliver assisted me when I was in store, through they did not have the model I had requested for which was the rhodium dial, he noted my interest and was able to procure me the piece from Kennedy's over East. Needless to say, one happy phone call a few days later i found myself heading over to Kennedy's with the other half to collect a beautiful piece that we could not be happier with. A 5 star buying experience overall and a sneaky glass of champagne it was well worth the short wait and a couple of trips to Crown. Looking forward to my next piece from Kennedy's Perth!
