WOW! Sucres Gem! This boutique hotel with luxurious seating areas a suburb dinning area with breakfast lunch and dinner! A very impressive room with all details thought of and supplied! Beautiful rooms!

Beautiful hotel very well located but there are lacking some amenities to get a 5 star rating. The hotel restaurant is closed on mondays, the hotel is on a very passing street you hear a lot of noise at all hours of the day and night, and the water in the shower never seemed to get hot. Also if you want heating in your room you must ask the front desk to turn it on. The hotel is extremely well located and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They say it’s the nicest hotel in Sucre which I don’t doubt but some little adjustments and they would have a 5 star

This is the only hotel that tried to scam us with a 13% tax at the end of our stay. This tax should not be applied for tourist and they knew it. We had to negociate during 30 min to remove it. You can't ask for the premium price and act like this. The first room we had was smelling paint. Shower temperature is not stable, be ready for cold and hot. Does not recommend.

1/ They tried to charge us with the 13% tax on the bill. Foreign tourists do not pay the 13% IVA hotel tax in Bolivia!! They know it and fortunately we know it too ! We argued the tax and had it removed from the bill but it's no fun having to do that and quite sad for a hotel of this standard (at least in price) to scam clients. Other hotels didn't try to do that. 2/ If you are looking for a nicely decorated room, go for it they are really nice. If you are looking to sleep in them, that's another story. The street is very noisy even with ear plugs. When the noise from the street quietens down at night, then it's the music from the restaurant that you will hear.

The hotel and bedrooms are very charming and very well decorated despite smaller than pictures shows and without windows for some of them( only velux). Service is a shame and we cumulated the issues during these 2 days. Jacuzzi booked in advanced but not ready on time (40mns late) and water was boiling we lost 20mns more to add fresh water... Restaurant was closed when we arrived at 20h30( supposed to close at midnight...) we complaint and they finally accepted to serve us but we had to leave without eating as food was not fresh (bread harsh like stone,  ravioli very dry, rancid ricotta, etc...). We have not been able to eat this evening as it was to late to move to another restaurant. Sauna is globally too cold and permanently moving from "cold to hot" Last day, the shower was cold. Breakfast is very average, with industrial and stale bread . Despite all these issues no commercial action or try to improve... Definitely not 5 stars hotel...

Además de lo ya acordado y contratado, el personal se brindó siempre dispuesto a mejorar y adaptarse a nuestras necesidades. Un lujo y muy recomendable para venir a Sucre a descansar y disfrutar. Destaco atención de Soledad, fue muy amable con nosotros.

Une superbe expérience a Sucre : tout était parfait. De la chambre au jacuzzi en passant par le bar qui est toujours ouvert. Wow ! Le personnel est aux petits soins, tout était réuni pour passer un séjour de rêve. Merci ! (C'est, je pense, la meilleure adresse a Sucre !)

Super buena experiencia! Hemos estado un mes viajando por Perú y Bolívia y este es el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado con mucha diferencia. El personal super amable y atento. La ubicación es centrica pero tranquila. El desayuno es increible, con cafe de verdad! Las habitaciones y todo el hotel estan decorados con muy buen gusto y esta todo super limpio. La cama es muy confortable y la ducha funciona perfectamente con agua caliente, jabon, champú, acondicionador y crema hidratante. El bar y restaurante tambien son excelentes. Lo recomendamos 100%!!

Super Hotel, sehr sehr leckeres Essen und ein wunderschönes Zimmer. Allerdings gab es in unserem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage oder Fenster, deswegen war es etwas stickig manchmal. Ich kann es aber nur empfehlen 😁

Utilicé el servicio de cafetería en el desayuno y tienen un muy buen precio calidad, el lugar es muy agradable y tienes algunos otros espacios en balcones para poder disfrutar tu visita.

I am actually writing a review for the restaurant on here as there is no option to just review the restaurant? Just came here with my girlfriend, we had a great meal! The ambience is very nice, the waitresses were great and the food was brilliant! I actually made a mistake ordering my steak and they corrected it for me right away even though it was my fault. 🙏🏻 To maybe help somebody else the way you say how you want your steak cooked in spanish is completely different from English 😂 Medio in spanish is actually rare in English. Tres quartros is more like medium or medium rare. Prices were also very good considering how nice the restaurant is! I had pretty much a fillet steak with salad and some roast potatoes for 45bs! If the chef is reading this thank you and I apologise again :)

Traveling with a friend and exploring Bolivia, Sucre was our first stop. Our stay at ON could not have been any more enjoyable. From the attention to detail, to the interior design and charming atmosphere, to the most delicious breakfast - simply a fantastic hotel! I highly recommend it.
