If you go there for a tour through the exhibition, make sure to call beforehand and reserve a spot in one of the guided tours. Tours start every hour or so, but cap out at around 15 people...you can negotiate to join an existing group though and go above the 15 people. It should be much easier to call beforehand though.

No pictures are allowed during the tour and inside the factory. During the tour they explained how they get the cocoa beans and how they process it to make it into chocolate. At the end they give you some small pieces of chocolate to sample. You do have to make an apt for the tour because it fills up, so call ahead of time. Very informative tour.

Only open before lunch

Although only spanish speaking groups were registered they put me (only english and german) into a group and Marian (guide) translated everything especially for me in english. Super service, thank you!

Very well done. But don’t expect to see the factory. It is only a very well done room with the explanation of production. Best if you do a reservation a day before.
