Firstly, this is purely about my experience on the day and it may not be the norm. I booked in for a reflexology massage, unfortunately the therapist had not turned up on time, hence I had a 25 minute wait before he turned up. I do get the feeling they had overlooked the booking. Anyway, that aside, the massage was excellent as he knew exactly what he was doing and it was overall a good experience (the massage that is). Some observations: * The facility does promote a relaxing vibe generally * Nearly all the beds are separated by a curtain. Noise abatement is impossible * Don't get the curtain closest to reception, it is totally distracting listening to the reception phone ringing and people almost constantly whispering * The traffic noise is a constant murmur * For a relaxation facility it is BRIGHT. (At least my thinly curtained room was). * Light streaming in through the blinds and a very bright halogen light above, which is not great when lying on your back * The headrest would not stay in place. It is evident the previously applied Gaffa tape was not effective in stopping the movement. Hence I used my arms as a headrest. * Absolutely no apology from reception for the late arrival of the therapist * They only accept cash, which in this day and age of COVID is some what shortsighted To be clear the therapist was great and I enjoyed the treatment, it's just that the environment let it down.

My experience: 1. Efficiently booked massage and tarot card reading. Was given Roger for the massage and Kiara for the tarot card reading. 2. The massage was a bit weird. It may be that Roger was providing somewhat an "energy massage" along with deep tissue. The massage in general felt strange with soft touching for the majority of the time with a deep tissue massage. There was no explanation or the usual checking in. 3. The tarot card reading was fun with Tiara. This helped support a 3 Star review. Her reading was fluid and entertaining. 4. I didn't appreciate being almost begged to pay with cash as opposed to a card. If cash was the only option, where it was VERY clear that is their preference then make that clear with bookings. Also, don't offer card facilities if you are not prepared to equally accept card. Overall, I wouldn't be back.

I had a one hour relaxation massage and a 30 minute facial package from Narna. She has beautiful energy and is a very highly skilled and intuitive masseuse. This translates into an exceptional massage. If your visiting Byron, put this on your to do list. Exceptional service from bookings [Kerry] to therapies. Amazing, thank you.

Did facial and massage, Facial was not great at all, they just cleaned, scrubbed and put a pack on my face -worst one every. Plus my face started going numb and got pins and needles, asked the main person at reception to show me what was used on my face so if it gets worse I can show to doctor. Kept showing me stuff on shelf not what the person actually used, then gave the excuse the person left?and he didn’t know what was used on my face. Did they take the stuff with them - nonsense. Not helpful at all and didn’t seem bothered when I tried to explain him. Doing cold compressions and hoping it doesn’t get worse. We also did massage - Massage person was great but the place uses cooking oil ( frying oil - to be precise) for massage ? I mean you might be able to use it, but if I am paying over $400 I expect professional to use body oil - not frying oil no matter how good it is for your body!! The beds stink a bit of oil. Massage person great- the person at the reception absolutely 0 for service. The certainly looking for a call from my doctors if my face itching redness doesn’t go down I did try to provide honest feedback to person on reception, but seemed it didn’t phase him.

An amazing experience! I had a 1 hour relaxation massage and it was fantastic. The therapist gave me the best massage that I’ve ever received. I felt rejuvenated afterwards.

Awesome experience, friendly staff very relaxing atmosphere. Miriam was amazing did the tarot and 1 hour package would highly recommend.

Good for the soul …as soon as I opened the door I felt the peaceful ambience with the soft music & dimmed lighting. My ‘relaxation massage’ from Penny was just that ..exactly what I needed to destress. I’ll definitely go back 🙏

I had been here before and loved it, so when I got to visit Byron again I had to visit this place again! Thanks to Marta I got Carla and she was wonderful with my remedial massage!! So much so I returned the following day for more and a chakra balance! If you are in Byron, do yourself a favour and visit the centre!

Amazing experience! Good environment, lovely staff and professional practioners. When I need to disconnect and relax my neck and shoulders, I always come here. The pressure they use, the essential oils, calm music… just perfect ❤️👏🏻 Thanks for such a good job!

Kerrie lenner was amazing, I had a deep tissue massage and she made the whole experience very enjoyable. Very good at her job! Would definitely recommend this service. All the staff were lovely.
