Firstly,
this
is
purely
about
my
experience
on
the
day
and
it
may
not
be
the
norm.
I
booked
in
for
a
reflexology
massage,
unfortunately
the
therapist
had
not
turned
up
on
time,
hence
I
had
a
25
minute
wait
before
he
turned
up.
I
do
get
the
feeling
they
had
overlooked
the
booking.
Anyway,
that
aside,
the
massage
was
excellent
as
he
knew
exactly
what
he
was
doing
and
it
was
overall
a
good
experience
(the
massage
that
is).
Some
observations:
*
The
facility
does
promote
a
relaxing
vibe
generally
*
Nearly
all
the
beds
are
separated
by
a
curtain.
Noise
abatement
is
impossible
*
Don't
get
the
curtain
closest
to
reception,
it
is
totally
distracting
listening
to
the
reception
phone
ringing
and
people
almost
constantly
whispering
*
The
traffic
noise
is
a
constant
murmur
*
For
a
relaxation
facility
it
is
BRIGHT.
(At
least
my
thinly
curtained
room
was).
*
Light
streaming
in
through
the
blinds
and
a
very
bright
halogen
light
above,
which
is
not
great
when
lying
on
your
back
*
The
headrest
would
not
stay
in
place.
It
is
evident
the
previously
applied
Gaffa
tape
was
not
effective
in
stopping
the
movement.
Hence
I
used
my
arms
as
a
headrest.
*
Absolutely
no
apology
from
reception
for
the
late
arrival
of
the
therapist
*
They
only
accept
cash,
which
in
this
day
and
age
of
COVID
is
some
what
shortsighted
To
be
clear
the
therapist
was
great
and
I
enjoyed
the
treatment,
it's
just
that
the
environment
let
it
down.
