My wife and I had a great time diving with Gold Coast Dive Adventure. They are a professional, well organized operation. The captain and dive guides were fantastic. We got a detailed briefing before we boarded the boat, and then another briefing for each particular site. Our guide was very good at finding cool critters and we had two great dives at Cook Island.I would highly recommend Gold Coast Dive Adventures, and I would certainly use them again.

I looked at many locations and operators to do my course and chose Gold Coast Dive Adventures as their reputation for being not only number one for safety on the Gold Coast but they are also the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly. With the standard so high I can say they still went above any expectations I had for my diving experience diving with them.
The staff are all fantastic. They go out of their way to make sure everyone is informed and comfortable. The knowledge and experience of the dive instructors is evident and they genuinely want to ensure you fully enjoy your experience. Without doubt GCDA sets the standard and are a credit to the diving industry.

We had a fantastic dive trip - two dives in total, approximately 50 minutes each. Our dive guide, Lea, was very friendly and professional. She had excellent knowledge of the dive sites and pointed out lots of interesting marine life during the dives. Since we were visitors to the Gold Coast, we hired most of the dive gear. Lea helped us feel comfortable in the equipment and the dive conditions (which were a little different to what we were used to at home). The rest of the crew were also fantastic. With their help, getting everything on and off the boat was a breeze. They also provided soup and donuts during the surface interval, which was nice. In summary, we felt very well looked after, and we will definitely dive with them again the next time we visit.

It was an amazing dive trip to Wonder Reef with GC Dive Adventure team yesterday. All the staff were super skilled, helpful and lovely, and I’m grateful for their guidance and support. I rented all gears from them. The wetsuit is easy to put on. We also saw so many adorable creatures underwater including a nudi, an eagle ray, an octopus, turtles and many more. It made me so happy. The beautiful sunset after the dives even made it better. Groovy music was played on our way back. Happy happy!! Thank you so much for the fun dives!!

We did the North Stradbroke Island triple tank dive. After it was cancelled due to weather we were fortunately able to go out the next day. The diving was beautiful (lots of leopard sharks and huge rays, some octopus and much more) but the dive team even better. They kept us up to date on whether we could go diving, were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful (I was quite seasick during and after the dives - not due to the conditions, that was just me!) and overall it was a great experience. If you have a chance to go diving on the Gold Coast do it with these guys.

Fantastic dive guides! I’ve done several dives with these guys and they’re awesome 👌🏼 Great dive sites, great team, and incredible marine life. The boat is super comfy and they make sure you have a nice hot tea in between dives. Highly recommend going out with them if you’re in the goldy! (Especially the offshore sites, I’ve seen more marine life here than any other dives I’ve done in the past 10 years)

I did 3 dives in one day. I actually wanted to dive with manta rays, but the first dive was canceled due to weather conditions. The second dive, which I booked the evening before, was then changed to normal dives. I thought it was a bit of a shame, but then I did the other dives. The staff are all very nice and go out of their way to make you feel very familiar. One thing you should know: There are no toilets on the dive boat. So you should go to the toilet beforehand and not eat anything spicy in the evening. Big praise to our diving guide Gabi and the skipper Mitch. But of course also to all the other employees there. I will definitely come back when I want to dive on the Gold Coast.

The team at GCDA is outstanding. Gabi is an incredible instructor. She is patient, calm, and detailed which gave a feeling of safety and confidence in the water. This is a close knit team who genuinely love to dive and love to share their joy of diving with others. On our first dive we saw a leopard shark, eels and loads of fish. Gabi enthusiastically pointed everything out to us to ensure each person in our small group (4 people) saw as much as possible. We had an amazing time I couldn't have asked for better experience.

GCDA have a fantastic team of knowledgeable and professional crew - they are my “go to” dive company on the Gold Coast. They have a welcoming vibe, safety focus, awesome boats & incredible dive sites! I can’t wait to dive with them again!

Did the two local dives at the end of May. Can’t say enough good things about Gold Coast Dive Adventures. The entire process and operation is extremely well run, super easy booking process and very clear communication. On the day, from the very first greeting with Mark our skipper the entire experience was a pleasure, the whole team there was super friendly and helpful. Oscar was our guide for the two dives and despite us all being certified divers it was clear we had very different levels of experience and skills in our group. Oscar did a great job of catering to everyone and ensuring we all had the best and longest dives possible. Between dives Mark laid on the hospitality with snacks, drinks, soup and no doubt personally arranged Humpback Whales! Also worth noting all of their hire equipment was well looked after and good quality. Overall a great experience and will certainly be back.

I guess it’s always easy to leave a great experience review, but even better when you can recommend a company because they really do a great service, did my 3rd trip yesterday with Gold Coast Dive Adventures, and they offer a very professional, well managed and safe service. Safety for me requires a well managed dive boat and they do a fantastic job but still making it a great day with plenty of fun and laughs. I have been on other dive companies and some of their management does not match GCDA that makes it a safe and enjoyable dive. Plenty of water and refreshments onboard.

Perfect conditions, a great dive team and operation. We dived the new Wonder Reef Site and the historic wreck of the Scottish Prince. Two perfect dives. I recommend this as a 'must do' dive location.

I recently took the Open Water course with Gold Coast Dive Adventure and it was fantastic. Oscar, our instructor, was brilliant - knowledgeable, patient, and really made sure we were all comfortable and safe. The course was fun and very informative. Harry, the owner, runs a top-notch operation. His passion for diving is evident, and he ensures that every aspect of the course is perfect, from the equipment to the dive sites. I highly recommend Gold Coast Dive Adventure to anyone interested in diving. The experience was safe, fun, and I learned a lot. A big thanks to Oscar, Harry, and the team for an amazing time!

Seb, Harry and the dive team are amazing! Their dive trips are always great and l always feel safe with them. My son just did his open water certification recently and had the best experience. I Highly recommend Gold Coast Dive Adventures dive newbies and experienced divers. 5STARS

I undertook my PADI Advanced Open Water course with Gold Coast Dive Adventures. The team are professional, fun, knowledgeable and calm, and the site were amazing (I did the Scottish Prince wreck, North Stradbroke Island and Wonder Reef). We always headed to the sites with the best conditions so we had the best experience possible. The boat (ocean wanderer) was super comfortable and spacious. Could not recommend them enough! I'll definitely be back when I am back in town!
