Nice spot to watch the ocean, pizza was good but the price of anything on tap is extortionate, I have never even paid closed to what we were charge for 4 drinks! Insane prices! Just done a lap of Australia and you guys take the cake for over priced tap drinks by far!

Been a couple of times. Food was good. Great entertainment. Loved the pizza, chicken Parma was not worth $30, good serving of chips, fish and chips were average and a nice cheeseburger.

Perfect place to Chill in Byron ! Good food, good music and good service ! Good options on vegetarian food too ! The falfal burger was really good ! The service was quite quick and the setup of this place is quite wonderful ! The outside area has some great setup with bean bags and indoor area has ample of seating area ! In the evening this place turns into a club with some great music ! Ample of parking too available nearby !

Honestly i wish I never bought food from here. 50 minute wait and the food was so uninspired it really dampened my night to the point I went home straight after. It was bland, tasteless and the salad was miserable. I can cook better with my eyes closed and I feel I should have been given a refund. Apart from that the staff were nice, it has good entertainment and a good atmosphere. I will only come here for drinks. I don't recommend dining here.

Had a snappy family schnitzel experience early one Sunday afternoon. Spot on wifi table service waitress to your table. Decent portions, delicious salad accompanying crumbed standard chicken schnitzel. Salt and pepper squid with lemon was zesty and fresh and decent portions again. Served four for $96 inc. drinks.

Came here a few times on our trip to Byron Bay. Really great venue and awesome live music but the cocktails took a very long time to come and the security guard was really making sure no one was dancing. It's in the best location, right near the beach. Would come here again but only because there's nothing else like it in here

Super impressed with the roasted cauliflower dish. Love when a restaurant does great vegetarian instead of just trying to make vegetables into "meat." 10/10 Will be back!

Nice big area spacious with plenty of room,I have to be brutal here,my fish and chips was very average at best I've had better,a schooner $12 very expensive,the orders were all over the place coming out on our table in odd times our last 2 orders came out way too late,as I saw on other tables all at once in some cases,service and waitress need to be more assertive welcoming and happy to be there,only 1 was more friendly than orthers,for me quality over quantity is what's needed here,less is best,overall I wasn't happy fish was overcooked no lemon and salad choice wasn't on par,if I'm back in byron on holidays I won't be coming back,and may not recommend this place to friends or family.

The Beach Hotel is on everyone’s list while in Byron Bay, food was served fast and delicious. I found that the atmosphere and tables were really aimed at groups. Other issue was that our drinks changed in price as the night went on…

This is the 2nd time I have been to the beach hotel, in the same week. This would have to be the best Parmy I think I have had the chicken wasn't too thick and had a nice coating of crumb, a nice layer of ham on top, the cheese tasted like real cheese and grilled to perfection. I have had a lot of Parmy's over the years and I will drive from Brisbane to have this one. What also impressed me was how fast the food was coming out with how busy they were. I walked in at 12:05 with a hundred other people and within 10 minutes food and drinks where flying out. I was not a fan of the Guac but can get over that. Will definitely return great service and food

Love this spot! Spent a week in Byron recently and visited a few times. Always managed to find seating. Good selection of drinks on tap. Friendly staff and a great location! The pizzas were our favourite… wood fired and delicious! 👌

Decent pub food, we had the ham and pineapple pizza and the fish and chips (flathead today but it varies) as well as a spicy margarita and a beer. Nice atmosphere, tables could’ve been cleaner and there were a few birds flying around inside looking to mooch some food. Plenty of people for a Sunday but still lots of tables available. Great place to chill and soak up the Byron Bay vibes.

food & drink 10/10 - highly recommend the frozen rosè...perfect for a hot summers day. service 10/10 - as soon as we finished with our plates they cleared them away and there was so many people there.

Really good atmosphere, any night of the week. Brilliant set up and location. Meals were great first night, second night a couple meals not so good. We went back so not the end of the world… but be prepared for a long line at the bar, inexperienced staff hold it up.

Can't fault service, welcoming security despite seemingly more in number than necessary. Bar service was quick, table ordering system in point, both drinks and food came out very quickly despite being busy. Food can be hit and miss but pizzas are definitely outstanding. Great setup for entertainment, especially live bands. Older crowd on a Sunday.

Great pub, great location, service is really friendly, good food, live music. What else could you really ask for? Beers that are under 10$ for a schooner? Yeah probably reasonably priced beers. I had a 16$ schooner!!! Wasn't even good beer. The table service is nice and everyone was really friendly and welcoming. I had a chilli prawn pizza that was a bit floppy, could have had the base cooked a bit more or thicker.

Awesome venue with a buzzing atmosphere. It’s large, multiple dining areas and bars, a range of live music including some excellent Aussie bands all for free entry. Was really impressed with the food too, the chicken parmigiana was fresh and yummy and a generous serving size.

Great venue, foods good. The bands are lovely. I asked staff if they could turn on the AFL on big screen and they did. Security guards are definitely rude. You get them. Apart from that. 4 stars !

Buzzing vibe, people can be quite loud but fabulous live music, great customer service and nice security staff. Food was about a 3. If they made some minor changes, the menu would fabulous 👌

Visited for lunch on Saturday during peak holiday season and were able to get a table for 8 without a booking. The pub was very busy but there is SO much space for tables it was fine. Security at both entrances were doing a great job - checking ID of every single person entering. We ordered food via QR code at the table and it came out very quickly! Food was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was a moderately hot day and they had all the misters on to keep the area cool. Really great spot. "This is the best chicken burger I've ever had in my life" - one of our party said. Beers are expensive though, $10. Even a Bundy ginger beer was $7.50 which is a bit steep...

Delicious food and atmosphere, the live music was a great complement to the experience. The beef burger though was overcooked, and the pizzas were heavily doused in cheese, being not that authentic. One of the best of the very few pubs in this area and presents a good experience.

Lovely venue but ordered the chilli prawn pasta and it honestly tasted like it came straight from the can. Nothing special and no olives like it the menu said. And $28. Rip

Lovely stop on the way down the coast. Peaceful during the day (weekday) and the food we had was very nice. Amongst us all we had the garlic and cheese bread, chicken burger, chicken parmigiana schnitzels, prosciutto pizza. Will come again next time we're in Byron.

What a pub!! 🍻🍻 Ticks all the boxes for me. Loads of beers available including other drinks, order from table or bar, Prosecco comes in a wine glass, food was a high standard of pub food, live music, great outdoor areas, good for kids, plenty of space for everyone. Overall great vibe, love it!

Green poke bowl was off the hook. Burgers were decent with very generous serves of fries. Great ambience with live music and water views.

The Beach Hotel in Byron Bay is a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy the ocean views. The atmosphere is lively and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend it for a fun night out! Very busy on a weekend night with live music. Don’t miss out when you are on the town.

This place is immense, adjacent to the beach on one side and the town centre too; has plenty of choice of food and drink. What else can one ask more! Add to that: live music entertainment. They have seats of different types - indoors and outdoors. The decorative lights which come on at night add a different charm, than you see during the day. Although huge, it is popular- therefore getting a place might be a problem on busy days. Did I mention? The bowl of fries they serve is immense- perhaps the biggest I have seen any! And good too. There is plenty of space for kids to run around, in the safety of the restaurant area.

Big pub with the big name and the big location in Bryon. Dropped in on a Sunday evening and scored some great live music while we had dinner and a drink. There wasn't any change left from a 100 for the two of us so be ready to pay hand over fist for standard pubfare (think $32 for a chicken parmi). The location was great and the service was fast
