Lovely set-up to new cinema complex in Byron. Staff we met were helpful and friendly. Smart unusual decor in cinema 6 reminded me of the outback. Very good toilet facilities. But beware the hordes of hungary shoppers down the escalators in newly revamped Woolies, as you might have to navigate your way through them after the show. Soooooo many people. Cinema complex has excellent online services for booking sessions, joining movie club, general information.

Greeted by the remarkable atmosphere as you get upstairs, you just want to order yourself a drink. The ticket counter is with the food and drinks. There’s 3 popcorn and drink combos with Standard starting from 10AUD. The tickets are around 21 for adults and I had the medium featured combo which was 12, totalling $33- was not cheap, but the venue was very nice. The theatres inside were also tidy and on top of the normal cup holders between seats there were mini tables, which can be handy(?) or a bit bulky(?) depending on whether you need to use it or not. As we watched a 20:15 movie on a Sunday evening, only the ticket counter had staff. Overall experience was great. Staff, cleanliness, popcorn and restrooms were all too standard. A bit pricy, though, but if you like cozy atmospheres, it would be for you.

They don’t have Carmel popcorn or a variety of slushies so unimpressed been to some dodgey cinemas and they had Carmel pop corn

Great sound and intimate sized cinemas with a mix of blockbuster AND art house movies and documentaries. I especially like the advance screening nights.

I used to love going to Palace, but I find this issue in one of the cinemas that it’s constantly fogging up. It always happens in the summer, and it’s super hard to see anything in the screen. Plus, the staff have to wipe it down and their ladder doesn’t look safe. I don’t think that cinema should be open when it’s like this, especially when there are so many other cinemas. I’ll just avoid movies in that cinema until it’s winter again. The staff are so lovely and the best though, they are always so happy to help and are so friendly.

It's my local cinema, so been several times, and several times I come across this very unfriendly staff member. She's not young so she should no better how to treat a customer. She is a bit snappy ..Maybe a simple smile for a start would help. Make sure when they validate your parking ticket it corresponds with the time of the movie! Found it a bit cold, so take something warm. This is an honest review! A great cinema overall. Just came back from seeing a movie! O.M.G this rude women is still there. Apparently the till is programmed this way! What way you ask...! My friend and I go into a no one around queue. Served by this horrible woman again. I wanted to pay for both, apparently, I can't..one at a time! Never heard of such rot. She is short, she is short in manners, down right rude. Been there for ages . Unfortunately I have no other cinema, being rural. Warren Tucker

Great little cinema. Nice bar outside, and you can take food and drink inside. Chairs are not reclining, and the space is fairly small.

I love the large cinemas, variety of movies and interior design of the place. A member of staff got a bit impatient with me when I was trying to explain that my family and I wanted to sit together. The wine is very expensive.

Helpful staff, good location and small theatre. The seats are comfortable but don't recline. Snacks are pricy at the venue but cheaper alternatives can be bought from Woolies.

đź‘Ťđź‘Ť Great coffee, awesome acai bowl. The acai was super thick and tasted very fresh. Great toppings - make sure you add the peanut butter to balance out the fruitiness. A Byron staple for good reason.
