Saddest 10 pc boneless wings I have ever ordered. They were cold, not even seasoned right and more bread than chicken. Maybe in person is better but online you are better off ordering from like Pizza Hut or any other place.

Soooo, we come here at least once every 2 months for the past few years and I will say the food and drinks are always on point and customer service. However today y’all, let me tell you about Ms Rachel, she WAS freaking Awesome!! Like beyond Awesome. !! Anytime that I come back, I will definitely ask for her and her Onlyyyyy!! And yes, the food and drinks were on point, as usual!!

Bad experience. I came by myself tonight as I am in town on business. The hostess suggested the bar, but I'm a bigger guy and asked for a booth. She then made me feel bad for asking with her reaction and body language and led me to a booth. I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes with no service at all. It's not even that busy in there. I just wanted a good quick meal before I went back to my hotel. I decided my time was being wasted and left.

Service recovery at its finest! Cassie (Manager) is professional and an asset to Hooters. We had a bad experience (wait time for to go order) last night. She called bright and early this morning to hear my concerns, validate my experience, apologize on behalf of the establishment and offer to rectify things. She's truly a gem! Ashley (bartender) is hands down the best! While waiting for our to go order, we sat at the bar and she was engaging, efficient, humorous and ran the entire bar effortlessly Will definitely come back to give it another shot, because of Cassie and Ashley!

This Hooters is a great place to enjoy sports and good food! I practically live in here during the NFL season…😃 I usually get the same thing to eat each time too! The Hooters Platter that comes with wings and shrimp. But I have to start off with the fried pickles….they are great! The service is always good and the place is always clean! But get there early if it’s game day!!! Or prepare to wait to get seated….but it’s worth the wait either way!

The food took 40 min. It was cold. And absolutely zero flavor. The waitress was new so she gets a pass even though she was very forgetful. Drinks were good.... however... I asked for a Vegas bomb drink..they brought a shot. I asked to make it In a cup and was told no.... then asked for 3 of them and a cup so I could pour it myself and again was told no... the wait time for drinks and food was way to long. We have been here almost 2 hrs and I took one bite and said I'll pass on the bland food.... other locations are way better in my opinion.. fire the cook .

This location use to be so much better. I made a Sunday visit for the NASCAR race they were promoting on Instagram. I get to the location and the waitress had no idea what I was talking about. The promo was 8 boneless wings and a 32 oz beer in a Souvenir cup. I received my cup and the rim was chipped. The wings were good but no napkins were delivered with the food. I requested nascar to be put on one of the screens since they were promoting it online. It never made it on to a screen. The lights on half the building are strobing, one of the TVs on the main wall is busted out. Management needs to be held responsible. This place has drastically declined.

If I could rate this experience lower, I would. Absolutely horrible. 1 cook and messes up all of our orders. Takes 20min to get a damn sweet tea. I would not ever recommend this location to anyone. I mean, who the heck would actually serve this to a table?

Went to Hooters with my girl... (had a taste for some wings). They had a new roasted style chicken wing. So instead of getting them fried, I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised and I think I may have found my new favorite. The missus had shrimp tacos and loved the size. Overall the food was good. Our service wasn't great. Had to find someone to flag down our server (who was a Corporate Trainer) once and the second time we were looking for her after several minutes, she came around the corner. Not checking on us, just happened to be passing our booth.

We were told it would be an hour, I’m sure they were short staffed. We found a spot at the bar and was greeted by Ashley with a smile on her face. She was packed the whole time and still gave great service. We had our food promptly and with no issue. When there was a complaint from other guests, she took it and made it happen regardless and with a great attitude. As a fellow industry manager, I love seeing it and it is amazing when you have employees that are as pleasant as she was. Great job Ashley and thank you! We will be back.

We have eaten take out and delivery a few times from this location and never had a problem. They started putting the sauces on the side of the tenders and shrimp which made a big difference so no more soggy breading! Overall good interaction with staff. We haven’t eaten inside yet but the location appears to be clean when we do to go orders as well.

Online order. The nachos are one of our favorite things from here. Arrived super cold. No cheese ...ordered a burger for my son. Was not made to specs..dry and overcooked patties slapped on a bun. It was ice cold also.

Amazing experience tonight. Me and my buddies decided to go out for some beer and wings. Our server was a redhead name Kasidy. She was so on top of everything throughout the night and gave amazing service. Our food came out on point and everything was delicious. It was a plus because we had a gorgeous server. will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hooters Mall of Georgia. Amazing customer service provided by the manager Jerome. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure that my visit was nothing short of superb. His suggestion of trying the breaded mild wings was spot on, they were amazing! I highly recommend Hooters Mall of Georgia with great food and top-notch service. Thank you, Jerome!

Horrible. I did a mystery shop here...only about 35 patrons seated. There were 14 people waiting at the door and despite what looked like a full staff, no one tended to the door for over 10 minutes. I saw two customers just leave. One woman told me she had been waiting over 30 minutes for a to go order! When the girl did come to the front, she seemed generally annoyed. Not a friendly atmosphere at all I didn't stay to eat when I heard the hostess literally say she had "no idea" how long the wait would be.

Do you know the best thing about Hooters? The naked wings, yes! Do you know the second best thing about Hooters? 3 mile island wing sause. Yes, you heard it here first. I also eat the 🦀

The food & drinks was delicious 10/10 would recommend people coming here to eat. Waitress that served me Abagail great smile, great personality. I will be coming back 🙂

Took my son for his birthday. Staff was friendly. Waitress was nice and attentive. Food was hot. It wasn't busy as it was a week night, so a mellow time. Monday night wings but 10 get 10 deal was on.

The food was great & so was the service. Considering our waitress had only been here for 2 weeks & we had a party of almost 25 she did a remarkable job of taking care of us! I can say I highly recommend Hooters at the Mall of Georgia!

Called hours before arrival letting the restaurant know we would have a party of 15. Told it was fine. Arrived and they acted like it was an issue. Almost turned us away. Message was never relayed. They only are able to have one large party at a time. Several people have cold chicken. Boneless wings were hard and gross. Onion rings are pathetic. Food just wasn't good in general and the service was a bit slow. Several in the party ended up with food poisoning.

Very good place to go and watch UFC. Good wings and friendly services. They have great cheesecake.

Great food and great atmosphere. No paper menu which makes it more challenging unless you know exactly what you want. I generally browse the menu and something will jump out at me so I miss that. Great service and overall wonderful lunch.

I unfortunately experienced a very unpleasant and uncomfortable evening at the Mall of GA Hooters this evening. There was a bar guest who showed signs of being belligerent and made other guests and hooters employees visibly uncomfortable. The manager on duty was Paul and he showed zero care or concern about what was happening at the bar. He came out once at the beginning when the bartender requested the unruly guest be cut off I saw the guest drink a single frozen pina colada. Afterwards the bartender realized he was unfit for business. Paul didnt appear for another hour and a half, even after the bartenders and bar patrons requested him. He then proceeded to walk by the angry guest (who was standing in the bar entrance) almost as if he ignored the situation, it would go away. In the End it took a guest to walk the vending individual out because management was non-responsive.

Stumbled upon the Hooters Angels photo/video shoot at this location…huge bar with a nice open atmosphere great for watching sports on the outside of Mall of Georgia. Great spot. Better Wings and Cold Beer.

Me and my boyfriend came in on game day because I was craving some wings. It took 5+ minutes to be greeted and seated. Emma, our server was very sweet and did a great job! Food took awhile. Wings were absolutely DOUSED in sauce. They were just so fatty I couldn’t eat more than 2. Not to mention, ridiculously expensive. Was very disappointed.

Took my family here for my husband's birthday. He loves the wings. We were seated, but it took 20 minutes to get water. They place wasn't that busy but still took an hour to get our food. When we did, the shrimp, hot sandwiches and fries were cold. We had to go to the bar to get refills on water and the waitress was across the restaurant with other tables more frequently than with us. The bartender was even rude and refused to help us. We talked to the manager, but he acted like it was all OK, not even an apology. That was a waste of $200. I finally got my whole family there after 20 years of trying and this experience ruined it for us. It's the worst experience we've had in the 30 years of going to hooters.
