Very very decent local sushi place. The fish is very fresh. The rolls taste great. My husband’s favorite were the tempuras. I loved the sashimi. Tuna, scallop, surf clam sashimi or sushi are must try. Pink lady roll tastes just as great as the $300 sushi restaurant I went to in Maui.

Being a sushi lover and a vegetarian is a tough combo, thank God for Sushi Umi. A great selection of vegetarian Sushi with a twist on each of them. Will definitely recommend. Courteous and helpfully staff adds another plus. Would recommend asking for extra sauces while taking out.

The service is so good. They always make sure I am getting the freshest pieces, give great selections, and when I did not like something one time they gave me the other two versions so I could find which one I did like for my palate for free. Go here for lunch quite a bit. Wonderful food. Worth a trip and worth the price.

Went out in search of a good sushi place! Wow so glad we found Sushi Umi!!!! Absolutely delicious and fresh! Atmosphere is so nice as well with friendly staff. Very clean restaurant and wonderful presentation with everything served. Kids loved their Bento Box! We will be new repeat customer in the future!

A wonderful first time at Sushi Umi! My friends and I all ordered the Taste of Umi omakase box and it was delicious! Everything was a unique and fresh taste. Will be coming back in the future.

The food in this restaurant was normal, unlike other places, but something happened to the portions and the quality of the rolls deteriorated, it’s especially a shame that I always took special rolls there and my check was no less than $50-60 for one person, I ordered yummy umi roll ($18) and instead of the specified fish (salmon, tuna, white fish) I only got tuna on top and the size and quantity of fish in the Geisha roll decreased very much, you can see in the photo how much empty space was left in the roll, it’s unlikely that my comment was that it will change the owners’ understanding, but I just want to warn you that I’m unlikely to buy anything here in the future

So glad to come back to Sushi Umi, the Taste of Umi box was amazing! And the service was super attentive. Excited to come back again
