I only ordered 2 or 3 times in this location when I was grocery shopping. Baristas at this location never gave me a full cup. Sometimes 80% full, 70% full, some times only half full, but never a 100% full cup. Would a customer be happy with only a half cup when paying more than $6 for a coffee? This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve encountered.

Wrong info - no drive through. Ordered black coffee but the taste was too mild like water.. different to other Starbucks cafes

I used to come here every Sunday AM for yearssss. Lately the place randomly closes whenever they want. This morning a young black girl was behind the counter and said “I can’t take your order” .. ok why? “I just can’t” I said where is your manger?? “ flippantly responds, “I don’t know” Final straw, she was the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered, will be going to the one on elden from now on .

I love my local Starbucks!!! More diabetic/sugar free options would be awesome!!!!

Nice place within Safeway. They have all the popular drinks and no rush. You can sit and enjoy your drink on a nice day, inside or outside. Generally, I have not seen any coupons for Starbucks, but with Safeway rewards, you get coupons on the drinks and other merchandise. That is super cool.

Half the time there is no staff at the store , or they’re walking around Safeway and you have to stand there for 30 minutes hoping they show up. They other times they’re there they’re unprofessional and slow, to busy talking to their friends to help you. The woman today was loudly singing SpongeBob songs that could probably be heard across the store

This is a quaint little Starbucks inside Safeway on Elden Street in Herndon. Basically as soon as you walk in the Safeway, the Starbucks is right there on the side. It's not large, but it has everything you need. The staff is friendly and your beverage is usually ready super quickly. Everything tastes great, like at any other Starbucks. The only reason this place isn't 5 stars, is because it really doesn't have much seating if you want to stay there and enjoy your drink. Obviously this is due to the location, so it is what it is. Either way, if you're shopping at Safeway or even just want to go inside Safeway for a quick coffee at Starbucks, this is a great location.

Come to this Starbucks every other day, when I come I am always greeted by the morning crew, even when there’s a line am always willing to wait, some of the nicest girls I have encountered on my visits My drink is always made timely and I have no issues with the service. Overall one of my favorite coffee shops
