Dr. Ward is amazing! I saw her in an emergency lost tooth situation and she made sure that I was able to leave her office looking great! Her assistant was also excellent and make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr. Ward and her assistant were so kind and gentle. The staff were also very kind and personable.

They accepted to see me on the same day as an emergency visit for a broken tooth. After evaluation, Dr ward recommended to put a crown on my tooth. Luckily they were able to fit me in the schedule on the same day and designed, made and put the crown in place in just one visit with CEREC. Amazing work!! Dr. Ward was very professional and knowledgeable. The staff were friendly and the office was clean and in a great location. Highly satisfied and recommended.

I was referred here by my wife. She and my kids had a great experience here. The office was very clean. Staff seemed organized and knowledgeable. Hugo was really personable, professional, efficient, and thorough. Dr. Elosta was great. Also very friendly and personable. He and Hugo took the time to explain everything to me, and took care to work within the confines of my insurance, or are me aware of there would be any out-of-pocket cost. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone. It’s not feeling n to go to the dentist, but they make it a little easier. My only complaint, I behaved, but didn’t get a toy from the prize box. Scheduled my mom as a new patient. Mom had an emergent dental issue occur and office was able to accommodate the next day and included the cleaning appointment too. Very customer oriented and much appreciated. The staff and Dr. Elosta very patient, professional and kind to my mom. I greatly appreciate this. They don’t even deserve a star, I write from a friend account because they deleted my honest and decent review but that proved that I am right and they don’t deserve respect!! Dr ElOsta is a greedy unprofessional person who doesn’t care about anything but grabbing money who cares if you are in pain and waiting for your appointment then all of a sudden he cancels your appointment after getting confirmation!! If you are not working on your teeth from A to Z as he wants so it's time to show the patient no respect. This guy needs decades to be a professional one. Disgusting and overrated 👎🏼

Landsdown Family Dentistry is an excellent establishment. I have been going here for the past six years and have never been disappointed. Their staff is always professional, on time for appointments, they take the time to explain procedures, and answer questions, and the care they provide is outstanding. Shout out to MJ who completed my latest cleaning. She was wonderful. I highly recommend this office!
