This is such an amazing salon, I really enjoyed having my hair done by Merve. She listened so well to my concerns and questions to make sure that we were on the same page. It was also super helpful that she gave me the total and broke it down to show what each service would add up to before starting her work. I went in with a general idea of what I wanted and she took the multiple inspo photos and came up with such a wonderful end result that stayed true to what I wanted. I would highly recommend coming here!

This is the hair salon to go to for thick wavy hair! I got my daughter’s hair cut and styled by Kaylie Korzen, a master stylist. My daughter’s first visit to this hair salon and she was very friendly, welcoming, and a great person to talk to. Kaylie is very knowledgeable in what she does which is another thing that makes her an amazing stylist! She wants to get to know your hair better to carefully style it to how you want. She makes great suggestions and checks in throughout the styling and cutting process to make sure you like it and if you want to make any changes. I would highly recommend Kaylie to anyone.

I had the worst hair trim of my life here. It wasn’t even a trim, the guy chopped my hair off when I said I only wanted an inch to get rid of the split ends. Nothing fancy. Instead, this guy who clearly didn’t understand what I was asking for took of probably 3-4 inches and ruined my hair. It looks like a child had scissors and my hair was an art project. My bangs are embarrassing. He cut one part insanely short and the rest he didn’t even touch. I’m mortified and furious that I trusted this place with my hair. Their only redeeming quality is they gave me a full refund when I asked for it. They offered to fix my bangs but it’s safe to say I’m never going back.

Such a great hair experience for my daughter with Serap and Merve. They did a beautiful job with her color and cut. We will absolutely be back! 10/10 great salon with friendly & talented stylists.

I had extensive medical grade keratin tip extensions by Serap 4 months ago and the experience has been great! From explaining the process, taking a whole day of labor to install the extensions, to answering all my questions, Serap has been extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient. She is very quick to respond and wants to truly help her clients, which shows. I have had the extensions styled by many professionals and they have all been very impressed by the quality of her work. In the last 4 months, less than 10 pieces have fallen out (from over 200). I am very happy with my experience here. After losing my hair last year, I hadn’t quite felt like myself, but Serap was able to give me my confidence back. Highly recommend her and her team!

I thought I knew what I wanted when I made a last minute appointment to get my hair done by Merve on my first visit to Hair Story by Serap. After speaking with her and giving her all my trust, I can honestly say that this is one of the best hair cuts and color I have ever had! They were so kind and really listened to what I said. They also were so considerate with letting my daughter hang around in the salon since school was closed for the snow day. I will definitely be coming back again in the future! I had an amazing experience at this salon. I wanted a perm but was very nervous as I have never done anything more to my hair than get it cut. Serap made me feel very comfortable. She understood my vision perfectly and always asked me my preference before doing something more. She fixed mistakes of a previous haircut I got elsewhere and left me with a perfect curly cut!!
