Every staff member was professional and friendly. I was able to bring up all my concerns, and asked several questions. I am a recently retired nurse returning to Maryland, after meeting the staff I feel comfortable, and know that I can email or call at any time. As a single person living on my own, I can now reassure my family that all my health care needs are being addressed.

Met with Donna Sappah for the first time this week for my daughter. Not only do I appreciate her but my daughter loved her. We look forward to working with her in the future.

I went for my doctors visit this week at the Havre de Grace site and there was a confusion with the location. I ended up going to the wrong location for my appointment as they have 2 sites (conowingo and havre de grace). However, the office receptionist was very helpful and still managed to squeeze me in for the day! I was very pleased with my care, the staff is very understanding and polite!

We met Mrs. Donna for the first time today, and we loved her. We can't wait to work with her and the rest of the team there at WCHC Beacon.
