Comfortable stay I visited with family to visit relatives in the area. The children used the swimming pool. It was a hit. Complementary breakfast was very satisfying and more than ample. The beds were comfortable. One thing to be aware of is this is a pet friendly hotel. I did not bring a pet. But I did hear a few barking yips in the middle of the night. It only slightly woke me up. I would stay here again. It was a little expensive for the four of us but if it if needed I would stay again.

Full breakfast with lots of options. You won't go hungry! The room was very nice and included a fridge and microwave. Coffee in the room or an unlimited supply in the lobby area (plus tea and hot cocoa). The staff was super and the most friendly I've ever encountered. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. I loved the bathroom with large counter space and a huge mirror. I highly recommend!

close to town but not in the middle of too much traffic. room was large, clean and quiet. bed, pillow, and bedding was very comfortable. staff was exceptional. kind and professional. very pleasant. complimentary breakfast had lots of options - omelet, sausage, fruit, fresh waffles, bagel, muffins, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, juices, water. would highly recommend and would certainly return if ever in the area again. notes for management- fridge in the room did not get very cold, but there was plenty of good ice from the machine in the hall. and i wish the room's hvac system would allow for the fan to stay on low continuously for soft background noise to help me sleep. still, one of the best hotel stays i've had recently.

Great place to stay. The people working there are nice and polite. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great breakfast options. Very close to Washington D.C if you are planning for a day trip there. We had to leave our bags at the hotel as we were sceptical about taking it with us during the day trip to D.C. While checking out, we just requested if they could hold on to our bags till evening so that we can come later and collect it. They were happy to do so, and we travelled without worry. Wish we had stayed there for more days!

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and have stayed at Hilton Family Hotels across the country. The entire hotel experience at this location is always consistently outstanding, and the staff go out of their way for their guests. We will always stay here when anywhere in the area. Many in our group during this visit, who were at this location for the first time, were so impressed that they said they will be back as well.

My wife and I stayed at Hampton Inn Cascades and had a very nice experience! We were able to check in early. The king bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower is high and has a massage setting, which is nice. Check out isn’t until 11, and there are good free breakfast options in the lobby.

I stay here almost every week because I'm working in the area. I love this place because it's so much cheaper than everything around it and the rooms are always clean. The atmosphere is quiet compared to other hotels in the area. If you're looking for entertainment within walking distance the Tru is a better option. If you're looking for a quiet place to get some sleep, a standard Hampton Inn free breakfast, and a good value deal, this is it. It's also basically in a shopping center with lots of places to eat, a grocery store, and a few other amenities. I love it and will keep coming back.

Nice, but Hampton Inns are always nice. As a frequent traveler, I stay within the Hilton chains when I can. The "Hilton" hotels are bigger, but you don't get a free breakfast. Hampton Inns are great, and I have stayed in many, and this one is up to Hampton Inn standards.

The reason I gave the location only 4 stars is because it is not easy for food delivery services to find. Also, restaurants that are within walking distance are not open for lunch every day. Next time I stay here, I will take the shuttle to an upscale grocery store to buy food for lunch & dinner. (Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave.) I left a suggestion with hotel management to stock some healthy frozen dinners and fresh fruit in their snack bar. They were receptive to this suggestion & are aware that some GPS systems don't provide clear directions to their location.

We used Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades for the wedding block and rehearsal dinner space for our May 2023 wedding. They were very easy to work with and provided a convenient space for us to hold rehearsal dinner. All of our guests appreciated how convenient the location was to our venue (Woodlands at Algonkian Park) and the free breakfast!

Comfortable, modern, and clean hotel. I'm happy I came here, it was also a great value. Ice machines close to rooms. Only negatives are that no one was at the desk when I went to check-out (so I left my key cards without talking to anyone) and that no non-dairy milks were offered for breakfast/coffee, but that's standard. Those two things would have bumped it up to 5 stars, but excellent stay.

Like the hotel and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was good - typical Hampton style but nice. Great that they provided a filtered water station to fill water bottles in the gym. We were not sure if we would hear planes or other noise, but found the hotel very quiet. The access to the hotel is very round about and not well marked (but I guess everyone used Waze/Google now-a-day).

This hotel is exceptionally clean, with friendly staff, a quick and seamless check-in process, and comfortable beds and pillows. I frequently visit Virginia and have stayed at numerous hotels near Washington Dulles Airport, but this hotel stands out as my top choice. I wish the breakfast was a little better, but it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn. My bed was very comfortable, clean room, decent breakfast, wonderful staff and they have mobile check in via their app. There is also a shuttle that can take you to the airport and runs on the hour. Staff were wonderful and I love the feature that you can select your own room via the app and head straight there when you arrive. My only slight issue is the location. There are limited food options but this isn't such a big deal. Since the hotel is so close to the transportation system you can easily get around and head into downtown Washington to see the sights. Overall, I highly recommend!!!

Just a few blocks from the trail station is why we chose this hotel. It was quite and we were really glad for the black out shades. Front desk and housekeeping were competent and friendly. Breakfast was very good. A bit pricey for me hence the 4 stars but would go there again

The area looks like a shopping center that never properly took off. Perhaps a casualty of online retailers. The room was clean and comfortable. The television did not work properly, but I went straight to sleep without contacting the front desk about it. Parking was good and breakfast was what you would expect from Hampton. There is no view of anything if that is important to you. I would stay there again.

Absolutely delightful! The Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades offers an unbeatable experience. From the warm welcome at the reception to the immaculate rooms, every aspect of my stay was top-notch. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure comfort. The breakfast spread was a treat to start the day with. Located conveniently near the airport, this hotel is a true gem. Five stars well-deserved!

I needed to stay and checked in last minute as the roads to my house were very icy. The room was very nice and the gentleman who checked me was delightful! Had trouble with the heating system. Also I was quoted $115 with tax. Now I'm charged $124. I had no incidentals unless you count watching basic television such as The Office and local news? Also the waffle situation was odd as how was I supposed to get the batter into the waffle maker when there was nothing but a plate to transfer it. Too much trouble and seemed wasteful as I hate wasting a plate. The eggs were too runny for my taste. So I couldn't make use of the complimentary breakfast that I was really looking forward to.

A group of students and I stayed at this hotel overnight when coming back from a trip to Europe. The rates were reasonable, the rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The service was very good as well. One of the students left her cell phone on the hotel shuttle, and the person at the front desk bent over backwards to locate the phone and return it to her before we had to catch our bus home. The hotel is a bit far from the airport, but has a lot to recommend it!

Nice clean room. Linen and towels smelled freshly washed. Decent hot breakfast. The stars of this place are the staff. Very polite and accommodating. Special thank you to front desk clerk Prekimi. He was able to make a couple special requests happen for us. Will definitely stay here again next time we come through.

Stayed here for two nights for an in hotel training utilizing the hotels conference room. I just want to say I had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was super clean and bed was comfortable. Good size tv, fridge, and microwave. A stay is so much more enjoyable when it's clean and no issues. Great job guys! Thank you!

Great Hampton Inn location with a good free breakfast. The rooms were clean as was the property itself. However, they tend to have a lot of group travel and it gets a bit busy at times with people congregating in the hallways.

Semi clean place to stay for a quick trip. On hold for 25 minutes trying to adjust reservation, hair in bathroom showing it was not cleaned, check in staff at front desk unsure of check in process. As gold members who tstay with Hilton when we have travel assignments we haven't experienced anything like this place.

We had 2 clean and spacious rooms at this location during the 11/11/22 weekend. The breakfast buffet was good and beyond our expectations. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Great value for the quality service.

I have stayed here for over 3 months. It's the best hotel I've been to in the whole area. The management and staff are the greatest. They really care about you and accommodate your needs. The breakfast is unbeatable. Nice size tvs, every room has a microwave, super clean bathrooms, friendly kitchen and cleaning staff, great location walking distance to Giant and best of all, the rooms are quiet! You cannot hear your neighbors or any footsteps above or beneath you. Some of the cleaning staff ladies go beyond my expectations. The dining area is enormous and fancy. There is an indoor pool and is nice. Surprisingly laundry machine only cost $1.00 when most other hotels charge $3.50 or so. This is the best hotel for me. I could not be happier with it. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. Very clean, seemed almost new. Pleasant. The breakfast was broad in offering waffles, toast, oatmeal, eggs, and sausage and standard in flavor.... Nothing that tasted amazing, but it will get you through the next few hours.

Good hotel, overall. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good showers. Breakfast was a combination of hot and cold items, including waffle makers, served buffet style. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was because house keeping kept knocking on our door shortly before 10:00 am, asking if we wanted service, despite having a "do not disturb" tag hanging on our door.

Overall it's a nice place was comp the room because United cancel my flight!!! But I would say that the shuttle service wasn't the best I had to call the hotel twice and they said that they were at the airport but I waited for more than 45 minutes me and my wife the one guy said he was there and the guy at the front desk said you have to call to request pickup!!! Sorry I wasn't all the same page and we were standing outside in 90 plus degree weather 🥺 but overall it's not a bad place and I will stay there again...

Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pillows were terrible and I did not sleep well because of them. The street the hotel is located on is lined with trailers, work trucks, and boats ... this makes the area look very trashy and it's also unsafe; when driving you're unable to see around these so you don't know if other vehicles are approaching and they don't know that you're there. Twice I was almost hit when a car came whipping around the corner, not knowing I was there. The streets are barely big enough for 2 vehicles so a wide turn could cause damages. Plenty of empty parking lots due to vacated businesses.. would be safer and more appealing to ask these vehicles to park in a parking lot.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn with our swim team for a tournament over President's Day weekend. The staff couldn't have been nicer to our team, wishing them luck and asking how it went when we came back. And, the management was wonderful to work with as we booked a block of rooms and banquet space. They had everything ready for us, cleaned the banquet room quickly while we were at the pool to have it ready when we came back, and made sure that breakfast was ready as we had some early mornings at the pool. They also worked with us to make sure all of our girls were on one floor and the boys were on another and the rooms were together. Rothitha and his team were excellent and can't thank them enough for a great experience !
