I can't hurt their review score but this place just screwed me. I had an MRI scheduled within a month out and now they are trying to reschedule it because they say they double booked me. Now they're trying to put me off somewhere else 11 days later. I'm in an immense and uncontrollable back pain and I need the MRI to be able to determine what the next step is. Sorry just doesn't help in this situation. This place is terrible. I will not be getting my MRI here and I will never ever recommend to anybody that they ever go to this place because they are going to get the runaround as everybody else that has taken time to review this place has gotten. Stay away trust me.

The hospital workers are great, but like everyone else, scheduling has always been an incredible headache. Right now Lansdowne automatically call forwards your call, followed by an auto voice saying "Call forwarding not set up." At Leesburg Cornwall, the msg says, "Listen carefully to whole msg" and then cuts off without telling you any options. It always takes a half hour to get through.

Keeps you waiting again and again - very inconsiderate hang up on you. Sad affair. Who ever on work today at 1:20 Pm September 03,2021. at phone number ending with 5400 to schedule appointment, Should be held accountable for this review. Think she mentioned her name as Cam/Kam. Else INOVA IS EXCELLENT PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE AND TREATMENT.

Stay away from hospital-based imaging centers! The process is so convoluted with patient check in along with tens of other patients going for different procedures. I am here for a routine check. One hour in, still waiting with a full bladder. Choose a stand alone facility that just does imaging, stay away from hospital mega cities.

Huge waste of time. Scheduled an urgent CT Angio Coronary even though the hospital was over an hour away because they were able to do the test before the other radiology and imaging centers. After driving in and going through the patient registration we waited and waited. An hour and 30 minutes after we arrived the CT tech told us that we actually couldn't get the scan done that day because apparently there is only one nurse in the entire hospital who is trained in giving the medication prior to the test and she was off that day.

Like all the other departments at INOVA that I frequent, this place is simply the best! The technicians are so kind and make you feel comfortable during your scans. Thank you INOVA!

I have been using this facility many times and always have an excellent customer service. The imaging areas are clean, state of the art equipment and most important with qualified technicians. I highly recommend Loudoun Hospital Imaging Center.

I contacted INOVA Loudoun on 08/15 to schedule my MRI for 9/15, but a month later they did not contact my insurance to get authorization. This is a very poor administration. I called them and they said they would call me back, but I never heard back.
