My experience was amazing! The staff and doctor were so friendly and helpful. Best dental care hands down. Scheduling was easy and the entire process was seamless. This office is one of the best dental offices I’ve experienced. I’ve recommended them to my work colleagues and definitely making appointments for the rest of the family.

I just finished my invisalign treatment with Stephanie and could not be happier. I was hesitant to begin treatment and stalled for many years. I’m so thrilled at the results and speed of treatment. Stephanie was attentive throughout the process and consistently checked to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was so encouraging and genuinely cares about her patients. I have been a patient here for many years. I love Dr. Bachour and the entire staff. I had an emergency recently and they got me in right away. Everything in the office is state of the art. I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had multiple procedures and have had nothing but great experiences. The dentist who I have primarily seen is very gentle and explains everything before and during a procedure. They always make sure I’m comfortable and the billing department has helped multiples times when things have not gone through on my insurances end. Could not recommend this dentist office enough

Great place! Everyone who works here is pleasant, kind, and good at their jobs. I've been coming here for cleanings and Invisalign. They are attentive and make sure that I'm happy with my teeth, which I appreciate! Special shoutout to Stephanie, she's the best! She goes beyond expectations and remembers the conversations you have with her, which makes me feel like more than just a number :)

I have been going to Loudoun Smile Center for years and entire staff is very caring, friendly and conscientious. This past year I did Invisalign and was very apprehensive about the process. Stephanie was just awesome; each visit she took the time to not only ensure to explain each step within the process and give me progress updates, she was so warm and friendly. Update: went back today for cleaning and planning of further work (my bad for skipping out for 3 years). Dianna was beyond fantastic, telling me everything going on, fully explaining before doing the work. Incredible skills and super nice. What a great, friendly, yet professional office. From making the appointment on-line, to being greeted when you enter, an excellent experience. Only a short wait until be escorted back to actual exam office, which is bright and very modern. Katy was my fantastic Dental assistance, was able to answer all my questions, and address any concerns. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgable and patiently explained my upcoming procedure. Check-out was easy, and the insurance specialist explained exactly what would be covered by my insurance. The entire visit was a pleasure, big Thanks to the entire team.

I have been going to Loudoun Smile Center for the last 10 years and I like how the dentists are thorough and perform the treatments efficiently. I also find the staff to be welcoming and communicative. I started wearing Invisalign last year and got checked by Stephanie every 6-8 weeks when she delivers the plastic aligners. She’s friendly, answers my questions/explains very well, and motivates me to wear the aligners as much as possible. My last dental scan showed that my teeth straightened out and eased the crowding. I’m happy with the results and looking forward to transitioning to retainers.
