Prices are outrageous for the mediocre service that they provide. They're disorganized, management is a disaster, and there is no communication between staff members; it took forever to get a response on my test results. On top of that, the facility itself is old and disheveled... it looks like it is falling apart even from outside, I can't imagine what it looks like inside. You can even see what looks like bullet holes in the windows. There is not one single redeeming quality to this hospital and you are better off bringing your pets elsewhere.

I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. Of 12 vet "hospitals" I called, they were the only ones who squeezed in what turned out to be a life threatening emergency for our 15 year old dog. They cared for him with empathy, an UNBELIEVABLE amount of knowledge, expertise and professionalism and communicated with us every day (including setting our expectations realistically for any outcome.) It might have been the best vet experience I've ever had. Will be switching our other pup to them regularly and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Sterling Park Animal Hospital!!

Dr. Easton recommended our dog have oral surgery to address gum issues and we shouldn't put it off. At the time of the estimate he did not inform us that he could only do part of the work and that he didn't have x-ray equipment. We spent $1200 with Sterling Park Animal Hospital. We had to see a dentist that cost $2800 to finish what Sterling Park couldn't. They are deceitful. The dentist confirmed that any vet would know upon a visual exam the dog would need x-rays. We had to pay twice for the same procedure and lab work, and the dog had to endure two surgeries within 5 months needlessly. They are a deceitful practice, looking to make money.

Absolutely horrible! I don’t know how they are still open. I brought my dog here because she had a large lump on her breast. I was informed that it was not cancerous and not to worry. Later on the lump busted open and a red liquid was coming out so I took her to an emergency room and they informed me that it was worse than what the vets here were saying and they informed me that if they did basic tests they would’ve know that. The new vet got some records sent over to them from this place and they told me that they did barely any tests yet they charged me hundreds of dollars.

We've been going to Sterling Park Animal Hospital for quite a while now. Our cat Tia has her Sub-Q treatments there about three times a week. The staff is very good and compassionate. Really appreciate their willingness to work with us when we need to reschedule an appointment for some reason. Doctor Eastin takes pride in having a good personal relationship with his clients. Great work.

Dr. Easton and the entire staff are always great with our dogs. I never feel worried dropping them off because I know they're going to get the best care. Dr. Easton himself is very personal, he takes the time to speak with me, sometimes multiple times, each drop-off visit to discuss my dogs' health and whatever services they were given. The receptionists are always very sweet and caring and do a great job with customer service. I appreciate that they track my dogs' weights, important dates, and tell me when their next services will be due. I would recommend this vet to anyone who cares about their pet receiving the best possible care!

We've had wonderful experiences with Dr Easton and his staff. Always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We're on our second English bulldog. Everyone there is great. Recommended to our friends and they are thrilled with Sterling Park Animal Hospital.

We recently had an issue with our cat and Dr. Eastin and his entire staff really did come to our rescue. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate about our situation, and were more than willing to help in any way they could. Also, we have been taking our dog there for years and every time we bring him in, he is treated like a rock star. He likes it better there than at home!

We have been bringing our pets here forover 20 years, to Dr. Cohen, then Dr. Easton! We have always received knowledgeable and compassionate care for our beloved dogs! They have gone above and beyond, my own health care providers could learn from them! End of life care for our very elderly pets has also been compassionate. Our pets have lived long healthy lives even thru some serious issues. We are very grateful and highly recommend him!

Sterling Animal Park did a good job. I think it seemed fairly expensive after I checked out other facility’s. I also felt the veterinarian was fairly unhelpful. We probably won’t return. The front desk employee were super great.

Dr. Eastin and the team are wonderful. We have two very large and rambunctious dogs who absolutely love going to the Sterling Park Animal Hospital! Dr Eastin is so patient and really takes the time to listen and explain during our appointments. We have had dogs for a long time and Dr. Eastin is hands down the best vet we have ever experienced. Thank you so much !

Recently we had our golden doodle groomed by a mobile groomer. Unfortunately the groomer inadvertently cut her tongue with the scissors when our dog tried to lick her. She was bleeding profusely and we called 4 different emergency vets in both Loudoun and Fairfax counties and were told they could not take any emergency visits at the moment. (so much for "24 hour emergency vet service"!) Thankfully the groomer got on her phone and found Sterling Park Animal Hospital, which was super close by and they told us that they could see us immediately. Within minutes we were filling out paperwork and Dr. Eastin had come out to talk to us and to give us his diagnosis and game plan about treating her tongue. She had lost a lot of blood by this point and I hate to think of what would have happened if we couldn't find a vet close by willing to take an emergency. We left the vet after being told Dr. Eastin would call us as soon as he was done treating our pup. We got the call about two hours later and picked her up around 5 PM that evening. She received 3 sutures on her tongue. We were so grateful to Sterling Park Animal Hospital for being able to see and treat our pet so quickly. I would recommend Sterling Park Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a responsive, compassionate vet. Thank you Dr. Eastin and team!!

Although the Dr. himself is very nice and knowledgeable I cannot put into words how incompetent and rude his front desk staff is. I was quoted a price for my puppy's appt. by one person and when I came in for the appointment it was a much more expensive amount. The front desk manager acted as if I were in the wrong and completely made me feel unwanted and like I was a problem when I asked for them to honor their quote. The girl that was handling my puppy had put a leash on her to bring her from the back up front to me and it was choking my dog so badly she coughed and threw up and the girl handling her didn't even realize it until I basically had to yell at her and tell her to loosen the leash because she was being choked!!! She was too distracted paying attention to another puppy that was in the waiting room. She apologized profusely when she noticed but she should be aware of how to handle animals considering it's part of her job. When I was about to leave I was handed a receipt that said I still owed a balance when in fact I had paid enough to have a small credit going into the next appointment. When I questioned them about this the manager got an attitude and rudely typed up a new one and handed it to me and said here's a new one the other one was wrong. If I hadnt said something or noticed it they would've re-charged me for the entire appointment. The whole experience was very unprofessional and off-putting. There are constantly new girls up front running the desk and now I understand why. This place is also considerably more expensive compared to competitors and other local animal hospitals. Save your time, dignity and money and go somewhere else!!!!

Great experience. They fit us in quickly when we were traveling and were an absolute pleasure to take care of our dog. Couldn’t recommend them more!

My dog is still currently under the care of this hospital, so he's not out of the woods yet. However, I really felt the need to write a 5 star review specifically for Rachel at the front desk, who has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time we have spoken over the phone. She addressed all my questions in detail, and she has just been a real pleasure overall. Amazing administrative staff at this facility, which helps me believe that my dog is in good hands with them!

Terrible experience. Front desk ladies were all about sales and the visiting doctor said things like need to "run diagnostics" on my dog like we were at an auto shop, also very rude in nature. They had a very hard time letting me walk out with only paying the "walk through the door fee." Told me my dog would end up in the hospital that night deathly ill and with thousands of dollars in fees if I didn't pay them the $600 worth of services and medical they recommended for my dog, which wasn't true. He was well cared for the next day by a different vet. Will never recommend Sterling Park Animal Hospital.

Took my dog to this “pet hospital” due to a little lump forming on the side of his head and the doctors or nurses here didn’t even want to touch him as if he were some infectious host. They prescribed us medication that didn’t work and so the next visit wanted to give us even more medication without even analyzing my dog hands on AGAIN. Horrible experience with staff. I went to seek another clinic for help with my dog and they were happy to give him a full examination and found the cause of the mass at half the cost these people were wanting to charge me.

Sterling Park Animal Hospital is by far the best vet in the NoVA area!!! Dr. Eastin takes the time to explain everything in detail and is extremely knowledgeable. His vet team (from top to bottom) is absolutely fantastic and treat you like family. From the very first visit, I could tell that my cat was in great hands and that they truly care! I recently moved out to Haymarket but still make the drive to Sterling because of how incredible Sterling Park Animal Hospital is. Thank you for all that you do and for providing stellar care to Kya! We appreciate you!

The were vary concerned about my dogs health and about the price we would have to pay to help my dog. It seem to make it all worth it.
