Horrific. We had an appointment to come look at suits for a wedding. Not sure about thr other staff members but the older gentlemen that attended us looked like he was having a really bad day or just does not belong anywhere near a customer service job. Told him we had an appointment and he looked at us like we were lost. Took us to the section where you could see the 5 rental options they had and just waved his hands like decide what you want so he can get back to doing nothing. Explained nothing. We had to pull answers out of this man. Absolutely, no help at all. Didnt see what the point of an appointment is. I'm sure there's probably no need for it anyways, but thought maybe it would be necessary for a small group. He even stopped our conversation to handle another guy as if he wasn't being helped by someone else. Selection, not much at all. Even with the rentals they didnt have anything. Wasn't sure how I would be able to really go about making a decision for my wedding day suit without really knowing how its gonna look. Guy didnt even bother trying to get me a slight slimpse of the real color or even style. Didnt explain anything. We ended up just leaving to try another place out. This place was a joke and waste of time.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Men's Warehouse that I feel compelled to share. I walked into the store with the intention of purchasing a suit, but I left feeling utterly frustrated and defeated. The salesman who "assisted" me was an embodiment of everything you wouldn't want in a salesperson. From the moment I walked in, his demeanor was colder than the iceberg that sank the Titanic. I could practically feel the frost emanating from him. He didn't bother introducing himself or asking about my preferences; he simply began throwing jackets at me as if they were old rags. It was evident that he couldn't care less about helping me find the right suit. The nightmare didn't end there. When I dared to point out that the jackets he kept making me try on weren't the right size, he brushed off my concerns with all the enthusiasm of a sloth on sedatives. Instead of trying to understand my requirements, he persisted in shoving ill-fitting jackets in my face, each one worse than the last. It was like he was on a mission to make sure I left with the worst possible impression of the store. But wait, it gets worse. When he finally decided to grace me with his presence after disappearing for what felt like an eternity, he embarked on a frantic scavenger hunt for pants that matched the jackets he'd shoved on me. It was like watching a squirrel on caffeine, darting around the store, looking more lost than I was. And after all that chaos, what did I get? A half-hearted glance at the computer screen followed by the earth-shattering revelation that they didn't have pants in my size. Bravo, sir, for your astounding detective skills. What truly boggles my mind is the complete lack of effort he put into salvaging the situation. Did he even consider suggesting other suit lines that might have suited my needs? Apparently not. It was abundantly clear that he was more interested in clocking out than assisting a paying customer. By the end of this miserable ordeal, I felt like a second-class citizen in my own skin. The salesman's apathy and incompetence had managed to turn a simple shopping trip into an emotional rollercoaster of frustration and humiliation. I had set out to buy a suit, but I left Men's Warehouse with my self-esteem in tatters and no suit in hand. In conclusion, this salesman's performance was nothing short of abysmal. If you're hoping for a shopping experience that doesn't involve being treated like a fashion pariah, I strongly advise you to steer clear of Men's Warehouse. This store might be called Men's Warehouse, but my experience felt more like being left out in the cold.

Easily the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. For people spending hundreds of dollars on suits you would think the staff would be more willing to help and communicate. It is absolutely pulling teeth to get the staff to work with you, they all seem indiffent to the needs of the customer. After dealing with this I would not recommend nor would I ever come back to a Men's Warehouse.

My fiance and I came to sterling from our house which is 45 minutes away. We arrived at 8:30 pm and walked to the doors which were already locked even though their sign And website say they close at 9. A women came to the door and unlocked it to let out a customer, and I asked if the hours changed and she said oh no we still close at 9. And so I asked her why can't we come in and told her it was 8:35 and we had an order saved (an expensive order for his custom tux for our wedding) that we were just coming to confirm, and pay for to officially order it, and she was very rude and all she said was "Oh well we don't have time for that. Come back tomorrow." And then she shut the door and locked it. Very rude and very unprofessional considering we were there a half hour before they closed. We will take our business elsewhere and spend $600 at a store that wants our business.

Shanise and the rest of her team are awesome. I rented tuxedos for my wedding and the store was extremely helpful, regardless if who I spoke to. They do the best they can in a very short timeframe. Advice to make your life easier is try on your tux the day it arrives and any alterations/changes will immediately get taken care of. Don’t wait til last minute and expect them to work a miracle. Thank you Shanise!

Negin has been nothing but supportive during my experience at men's Wearhouse. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and even followed up right after I picked up my suit incase any additional help was needed. She provided excellent service.

1 week until my wedding. No email received that the Tux came in. We had to call. My fiance went and the tux did not fit correctly which we were prepared for. This location could do nothing to help. Told us the slim fit jacket was not in stock- called the Mens Warehouse closer to our venue in NY and they assured us the slim fit was in stock and they could help with any small alterations needed as soon as it arrives. Thanks to this location for little to no help and a lot of added unnecessary stress. Hoping to save any other newly weds from having this same experience before their big day. Thank you Rochester NY Mens Warehouse for being helpful. I am a dental hygienist I work with patient’s and professionals everyday the customer service here is completely below par. — might I add I had to call the store crying for anyone to even consider helping us.

When my fiancé and his groomsmen showed up less than 48 hours before our wedding to pick up their suits, they weren’t there. They had received emails earlier in the week that they were in and ready for pick up. When they showed up to pick up the suits, they were given no information for over 30 mins. Just a man walking back and forth between the back and the computer. When asked what was taking so long, the man just shrugged them off. Turns out, the store sent all of the suits but 3 back to the warehouse (we were missing 6) and they didn’t have a way to retrieve them without ordering them again. He then told my fiancé he could pick his suit up at 12:00 on Saturday…. 2 HOURS before the wedding. When we said absolutely not, he couldn’t understand why that was an issue and he assured everything would be there and ready to go. When we said no again and explained that we’ve had issue in the past of being the right fit, color, etc. he looked at us confused and said they’ve never given a customer the wrong suit before, HA! After many many minutes of arguing with him demanding the suits be in our hands on Friday, he finally agreed that they’d be there between 9am and 11am. Not sure how all of a sudden he could promise this when 10 mins prior he couldn’t? Thankfully the suits arrived Friday morning, but of course they weren’t perfect. My fiancés was too big, so they had to bring in the seamstress. Others weren’t perfect fits, but we made them work. My FIL was missing his tie and pocket square, and they expected us to pay for a matching tie off the rack. Do NOT use this store or this company in general. Use online rentals such a Black Tux and Menguin, we sure wish we would have as we had success with them as bridal party members in the past.

Men's Wearhouse used to be a semi upscale place for men's fashion. It has definitely taken a step back. First, the front door had so much tape residue on it that it looked more like a DC liquor store than a suit store. The staff was friendly enough, but barely spoke enough English to recognize my phone number (and I'm not one of those "speak English or leave" people). They also took over 20 minutes to order a pair of pants from the online warehouse Definitely NOT the experience I was accustomed to.

The staff at this place is just the worst. They botched my suit rental right in time for my friend’s wedding. They were completely, unapologetically incompetent. Their manager/supervisor straight up told us we’re stupid for getting a rental suit from them and that we should have just bought a suit.

I was able to get the most appropriate corporate wears to embrace in fine presentation for my new career ambitions. The customer service and excellent service delivery online as well as in the Sterling, Virginia Store is second to none.

I highly recommend using their website to make a group and assign outfits to people in your wedding party before going for the first fitting so you know exactly what each person is ordering. We did that and it was a smooth process.

A+ customer service. I have been to this Men’s Warehouse a few times and each time I have been impressed with the manager. She has gone out of her way to make sure that I received what I was looking for in a manner that makes you feel valued.

I hate wearing suits and came into the store expecting a bad experience. I had the exact opposite. Manager on shift 6/1 was amazing, juggling 10 other people and getting back to me within minutes. Shoutout to Will, who tailors in the back and came out to help when I couldn’t get the pants to fit how I wanted…. take my money

Saleem was great! He brought a lot of great insight, and was very helpful throughout the entire process to make sure I made the best decision. I went to purchase 1 dress shirt, however, walked out with 5 Joseph Abboud and Calvin Klein shirts. Really appreciate Saleem for an amazing service assisting me and for going above and beyond to press all shirts in a timely manner without the long wait. Extremely satisfied and looking forward to seeing him again on my next visit! - Khurram

Such a great store for purchasing all the items needed for an entire wardrobe for work. I just did a return and it was super easy. The young lady that helped was so courteous (I did not catch her name, but she had a nose ring and said she is switching to the Rockville location soon). I attached a picture of my son, he is wearing the Lauren suit.

You never have a hard time at men's wearhouse. I bought my suits years ago, naturally alterations, button replacements and things become necessary. Anytime I go to a MW store, I'm always greeted promptly and helped as soon as someone is available. They listen to what you need, verify what you need and off you go. Cone back and get it on the agreed upon date. Great service and much appreciated.

Planning a wedding- woohoo! The sales personnel, Taz, was amazing. Our party is definitely not easy but he went over and beyond to help us pick the ‘most perfect suite’. Thank you

Quinn- whoever you are. You turned our experience absolutely terrible. You caused so much stress just a day before our wedding. My now husband ordered Slim fit pants and Quinn ordered the WRONG pants! My husband and I were rushing around for 2 days hoping the overnight shipping helped. Nope they didn’t come in. We had to go to Frederick right near our wedding venue to beg someone to help out. It was so last minute and too late that they had to Tailor the rental pants. All thanks for Quinn I had added in stress right before my wedding. I have to thank the location in Frederick, MD for helping us since they sincerely tried their best to help. One star because of Quinn in the Sterling location.
