Haven't been to a buffalo wing factory in years. I remember the all you can eat slowly went up in prices but now it's 40 bucks? That's not even a deal, they shouldn't even have that on the menu. You are honestly better having making wings at home or just buy wings individually to save money vs doing the all you can eat.

The wings look sad and have NO HEAT.. I ordered lemon pepper, spicy ranch, spicy garlic butter, and Peruvian Verde. The wings are dry. The lemon pepper was not mixed well, very very salty and doesn't have any lemon taste, NO HEAT. Big chunks of salt stick on few wings, and other wings had nothing. The spicy garlic butter was not even mixed, the wings were just place on top of the sauce; so little amount of sauce to even dip, and NO HEAT. Peruvian Verde is okay, still looking sad, AND NO HEAT. Spicy ranch taste okay, but where is the spicy part? NO HEAT AT ALL. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

The meal portions were good. Large sized wings accompanied with a choice of curly or straight fries is always a popular option. The burgers are also very good.

It truly bums me to write this review. This place was my lunchtime “go to” for years and was great. But in the past 6 months, they’ve nosedived. The last 4 takeout orders (including the most recent online order) all took 30 minutes+ longer than they said it would. And in this most recent order, the buffalo chicken cutlet on their sandwich had been so over-fried, that it was the consistency of shoe leather, couldn’t be bitten through (and tasted bitter from over-cooking) so I had to toss it. I loved this place - but it’s definitely showing signs of being on its last legs. Truly a shame. The manager is very nice - this review in no way should imply the service isn’t friendly; but the chronic slowness and food quality have become huge issues.

Justice was absolutely amazing! The food was perfect! I highly recommend! Only thing I would change is the spicyness of the dishes. It said HOT but it definitely wasn't BUT the flavor was absolutely all there! So again! Highly recommend!

We love this place and come here often. The menu is tasty and creative, the staff exceptional and the atmosphere is fun. They run specials on different days/nights but the regular prices are a bit too high for the portion sizes. Customer service is responsive and they clearly care about the business. Overall, this is a great place to come for good food and drink and a great time!

You’d think there was a shortage on chicken. First I got the church street salad. Great salad but barely any chicken to compensate. I figured maybe it’s just the salad. So then I gave the chipotle chicken Philly a try. Phenomenal flavor if they actually had chicken in the sub. Not sure if it’s a corporate thing or a store policy to be so stingy on the chicken. Most bites were just a mouth full of bread … You would have to ask for extra or triple chicken just to get your regular portion.

The manager, TJ, is a wonderful man and all the staff are so incredibly friendly. They go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I had some issues with my door dash delivery and Justice on the phone was very friendly and quick to help! Definitely recommend and their food is always amazing!!

I had dinner at BWF tonight and had an amazing experience thanks to my server, Darius. Despite being the only one attending to all the guests, Darius provided exceptional hospitality and carried a contagious energy and spirit that made my evening unforgettable. He was constantly running around, but always made sure we had everything we needed and more. His dedication and passion for his job truly inspired me. I highly recommend this restaurant, and if you're lucky enough to have Darius as your server, you're in for a treat! Net-Net: It is a true privilege to be around Darius!

I recently visited the Buffalo Wing Factory and overall, my experience was just okay. The food was average and didn't really stand out to me. The service was decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which was appreciated. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. There was also a bar on site for those who wanted to enjoy a drink with their meal. The restaurant also offers carryout and delivery through various apps, which is a nice option for those who prefer to enjoy their food at home. All in all, I would recommend the Buffalo Wing Factory if you're looking for a casual dining experience with decent food and service.

Loaded fries remind me of school lunch fries with a dash of cheese and bacon-bland, for $13. Honey bbq boneless wings, the size was generous with good cuts of meat. The sauce was vile, tasted like almost pure ketchup. Surely a cook messed up the sauce ingredients while mixing.

I want to love the BWF. I’ve literally been going here for decades, but the service lately has gotten so bad that I’m thinking about not going any more. First the good, they make good drinks. Get an orange crush, they’re great. The wings range from good to great but none are bad. BUT, lately, staff is more interested in standing around and talking to each other than serving customers. When you finally ask them for help it’s like you’re bothering them. Having to say excuse me 5 times to get the attention of someone because they’ve been standing in a group of three employees, laughing at things on their phones, for over 15 minutes, isn’t a good experience. Sitting at the bar waiting for bartender to come back behind the bar for over 10 minutes, isn’t a good experience. Sadly, this has gone from a neighborhood favorite to “let’s go somewhere else.” Note to team that replied. This is posted on the Sterling location because that’s where the issue is. Feedback should go there, not Reston.

Wings in sauces of various flavors, it was an unexpected surprise the delicious taste of the sauces. My favorite is the bulgogi but they are all good, new Orleans, teriyaki, honey mustard, Caribbean,... To your liking, very nice atmosphere, clean and welcoming place. Sport, beer, hot wing, the best combination, to hang out, watch a game of your favorite sport and share the factory is the perfect point. And the service is excellent highly recommend.

Friday evening, was easy to get table. Our server was really sweet and took our order promptly. Drinks and food were ok. Dessert was good! Cons- Table wasn’t cleaned. Had cake crumbs water marks and sticky stuff. Ultimate sampler- nachos were stale. Our server did apologies and replaced them though.

I haven't been here in probably 7 months but I used to come here for their dry rub wings. They have 4-5 different flavors. Tonight their menu looked newer and updated, but noticed it only had one dry rub listed. When we asked our server about them, and she said they were discontinued, we were SO disappointed we actually thought about going to a different place. The server was very kind/patient and went and got the manager who explained they actually had all the rubs but they were listed as sauces on the new menu. We ended up getting the rubs minus the garlic butter sauce (highly recommend this), and all the wings were fantastic! We got them crispy and ordered some mild flavored as well as teriyaki and both of those were great too. The Moscow mule was tasty and made well. I didn't get the managers name but he was very helpful and I'm glad he came to the table to help us out. I only gave 4 stars though because the new menu is confusing re their rub flavors. Other than that, great food and service!

Loooove their wings! The Buffalo is my go to flavor but the honey bbq is also amazing, not too sweet either. You can customize if you want them well done and crispy. Outdoor patio seating is super cute! Honey mustard is a must for me.

The atmosphere is ok if you are going with a group. The wings are great and good variety. There are things to know about the Flatliner challenge. From the server, you only have 10 minutes to down 10 wings. It is 15 dollars to enter and it will be refunded if you complete the challenge. You do get your name on the wall of flame is your complete the challenge. If you like challenges, might be worth it. I just wish they have a Tshirt upon completing the challenge. But check it out

Placed an order for some mild lemon pepper flakes with fries and was not disappointed. Flavoring was very good and the size of the wings were a good size as well. Also had a side of ranch dressing and it had a nice kick to it.

The service was great and the the wings had great flavor. The Flatliner challenge is a great way to experience true pain and suffering. If you have a friend who says they can handle the heat, give them these wings and watch them burn. 10/10 will be returning in the future.

Stumbled upon this place while exploring the area; so glad we did! The ambiance was very homey, the food is fresh and fulfilling, and that staff were very patient and timely with in serving our food. Thank you!
