Customer service here was terrible. The guy at the register was extremely rude and gave an "I hate my job" attitude. Like I asked a simple question about size (difference between hot and large). In the most monotone voice, he's like hot is hot, and large is large. Obviously I meant what is the size of a hot drink because you are using a temperature for one size and it's confusing. It's common sense what I was asking. Then finally the drinks came. They were nothing above and beyond. It was ok. But definitely not worth $36 I spent for 3 drinks.

The drink was good nothing out of the ordinary so it's fine in that aspect. The service was mediocre like I've worked in the customer service before and it's not that hard to just speak up and have a nice friendly tone. The girl just seemed annoyed when I couldn't hear her even though she didn't have the confidence to speak up. My best guess is since she seemed young she was probably new at her job but still don't work at the cashier if you can't speak up (specially with masks in place for covid) and also not gonna treat people with a friendly tone. I don't even think she gave me the usual "Thank you" or if she did she probably whispered it but she looked away the instant the put the drink. Too bad I never got her name, but yeah 2 stars for the drink, minus 3 for lack of proper manners or customer service.

Just because something is on the menu does not mean people automatically know what to order. What if it's your first time getting boba tea? Customer service from here needs improvement. I don't know why some people work in customer service if they don't have a clue on how to serve the customer. Do better

I've never been impressed with this Kung Fu Tea location but today I had to just walk away. As we walked up to order, I saw the person working there touching his nose. As my daughter checked out the menu, I saw him pick his nose not once but twice. We ended up going to Panda Tea House.

I ordered the green tea yakult today, along with strawberry shush. When I got my order, my drink looks like vomit and it's not appetizing whatsoever. The new staff needs to do better and if something went bad, throw it out and make a new batch. Never had an issue when I ordered at other places before. Will not be going back. If I could I would post a pic of the drink.

I gave this place way more chances than my wallet deserved. Not everything on the menu can be made, you'll get rude customer service ( eyes rolled at, all 3 times visiting) , drinks won't be portioned correctly so you'll have a melted watery slush, they don't wear gloves nor wash their hands during the process of the drinks ( i watched from a distance) the register is being touched+ cash. It's not sanitary.

Tasted great! Staff was great really helped out a first time drinker. Had milk tea with bubbles and was just fantastic. I cant wait to go back and try everything else they have to offer.

I really wish they had a 0 star option. I selected this location to order on my app and learned after 1 minute of ordering because I arrived in the Sterling KF location that my drink location was in Dulles KF which is this location. I called this Dulles KF location right away (Within 1 minute of me ordering) trying to cancel but they would not pick up. After 10 minutes they answered the phone and informed me that they cannot give me a refund because the drink has been made and told me that I could have cancelled my order. How can I cancel my order if no one is picking up my phone call? They only answered my call after 10 minutes of constancy calling. I told them that no one was answering my phone call but the manager was firm and told me that he will not be able to issue a refund even if I don’t pick up my order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They told me that the owner or him, the manager cannot do anything about it and try my luck with calling corporate for a refund. I love KF tea but would never ever buy any drinks from this location.

Great! Staff are super friendly, just wish they'd put a little more boba in the teas. It's 65 cents for boba now and at least be generous with the portions please!

It took over 20 minutes to get a drink made. Then it was disgustingly sweet I ended up throwing it away.

I've been going here for a few months and it's delicious! The honey milk tea is great, I'd just ask for less sweetener as they're normally too sweet for my taste

Really bad experience. Ordered a boba drink, tasted really bad. Also took at least 20 minutes to make and there were only 2 customers. When I asked if it was almost ready, the person said that it just took a long time to make and proceeded to keep talking with a co worker. Once he finished, then he got started on my drink. Had to get a refund because it tasted bad.

The worst boba tea i've ever had. I ordered a yogurt drink that costed $9 which I ended up throwing away because it was so disgusting. the boba pearls that was added was mushy and gross. The cashier also acted like he hated his job, as if someone picked him up on the streets and handed him the job. the workers were very unprofessional arguing in front of each other about how to make a drink. As they were arguing, the cashier dude suddenly told my friend "so are you going to order"? in a rude tone. anyways, if you decide to get your boba tea here good luck, i will never be coming back.

Horrible customer service. They gave me a different drink than I ordered, and offered no apology or refund. The worker told me they needed a manager to do the refund, but I wound up leaving because no one came out to help for ten minutes. AVOID

got a mango slush but it tasted like booty juice, service was great though
