I
had
my
3rd
baby
at
43
years
old.
A
decade
ago
I
was
fit
and
worked
out
regularly
but
since
I
started
having
kids
six
years
ago
I
lost
my
groove,
stamina,
and
strength.
The
last
baby
herniated
some
discs
and
tore
my
abs
so
I’ve
been
hesitant
to
get
back
to
the
gym
in
general
since
the
PT
cleared
me.
We
are
members
at
a
bigger
local
gym
but
the
large
environment
was/is
intimidating
as
I
try
to
figure
what
my
body
can
do
again.
A
good
friend’s
son
does
training
there
and
they
raved
about
it.
I
happened
to
see
the
Mother’s
Day
special
on
Facebook
and
messaged
them.
I
spoke
with
the
woman
owner
on
the
phone
that
understood
my
needs,
scheduling
constraints,
challenges,
and
goals.
Then
I
met
with
Chris
for
my
assessment
and
he
made
me
feel
ready
and
able.
I
showed
up
for
my
first
workout
with
Devin
and
a
few
other
women
and
one
man.
There
was
no
competition,
just
support.
Everyone
says
hi
when
you
walk
in
and
cheers
you
on.
There’s
space
to
also
be
in
your
zone
too.

signed
up
for
my
four
days
each
week
since!
I
am
stronger
with
each
visit,
losing
weight
and
inches
too!
Come
work
out
with
me….I
need
some
mom
workout
friends!!
