My first visit with Sterling was wonderful the staff and works were very helpful and polite. The service with quick and efficient. The doctor who tend me was very studious. But I was totally impressed with Moreland. He was very helpful in my frame selection and helping me with finding god pricing. I absolutely love this shop! I visited for the first time back in 2019 and the amazing customer service I received then is the same service I get today. Lewis always takes care of me when I come in, and he is highly knowledgeable of the products. I really feel like I’m getting a custom experience when I visit and he helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face. The fact that he is still there after two years tells me a lot about the positive environment and I feel it when I come in. I also love that this is a black owned, woman owned business. As long as this shop is still in business and I live in the area I’m always coming here.

I enjoyed my visit and the obstetrician was very polite very helpful Aaron customer service was perfect only had one problem with the assistant don't know her name but that was taking care of got my glasses , eyeglasses were very nice. The selection was great but , I've only had my glasses for a month and one of the arms fell off in the case so I don't know what that's all about but , I did not get the insurance which was an extra $100 because I didn't have the money so now I have brand new glasses with only one arm . I don't understand how a thousand-dollar pair of glasses could be so faulty.

My experience at Sterling Optical was great! I have a rambunctious 5 year old, who as expected did not take too well to getting his eyes examined. We came in on a Saturday previously and couldn’t get the job done. Everyone ran out of patience that day, but today was amazing. Dr. Brooks was patient, kind, informative and told us everything we needed to know about our son’s eye health. The head receptionist was also very kind. We will certainly bring him back for his annual eye exams! Thanks to the team!

Moreland has very good customer service skills from the minute you walk in the door everyone greets you, and make you feel important. The office is very very clean and upscale, yet very affordable.
