Generally, I don't like hospital because the horror vibe they gives in also the air inside smell of antibiotics a lot's. But not with Edelweiss Hospital, maybe because they are new & modern hospital, my first impression was white, bright and clean, minimalist design. The floors are clean, the staffs are friendly and easy to be communicating for. The services were good, maybe need more improvement in waiting time for next procedures. And parking area also need some upgrades, if the driver not skilled enough, surely their car will have many bumps all over.

The good services hospital with good area. The amazing area is the mushala is clean and the wudhu area is inside mushala and there are mushala woman and man (maybe or in mosque). Also here there are cafe which sell the healthy ice cream eheh

Bad services, slow responses, slow swab result, (take long time), bad parking area (probably you’ll bump into the wall). Honestly My grandma requesting a change for diaper, but it take long time the staff to come, but when they come (they give services to another patient first that other patient dont need it in hurry) besides my grandma need it more. So awful!

The building is new, modern, and clean. The food is delicious. But not recommended for people with supportive family and friends. The visiting hours is only 1 hour a day and available only for 1 visitor with 15mins duration. The procedure is complicated. When I became my mom's companion, I was locked outside because there was no security on duty to open the door with the password. I rang the doorbells and knocked the door but unfortunately still no one answer. The nurses have trouble coordinating with each other, because they give different information every time so we have to re-explain to each nurses. Still needs a lot of improvement especially for the parking lot.

This hospital are very clean, helpful staff. Moreover the staff understand the service that provided by this hospital. They professional and good handling to the visitors.. Keep good attitude and always make improvement every day... Nice Job.. ☺👍👍

Here to accompany my mother in law. Health care wise I think the hospital did well, cant say much. I went to their ER to ask for a letter to state that I’m healthy. Went quite fast. They just weigh me, measure my height, and checked my blood pressure. The room was clean, they have great amenities, and there is cafeteria and cafe that offer good food. The staff are friendly as well. My problem with this hospital stems from being a care giver. 1. The parking is just awful whoever built it did an awful job. The lane is incredibly narrow and steep and hard to navigate. It seems overwhelming for the person in charge for parking to help every single car. They had to run up and down the parking lot to make sure the cars can turn. and even for someone who’s a decent driver, it’s hard to do it alone. It’s difficult if as a caregiver you need to travel back and forth when the vallet is not available. 2. I waited for more than SIX hours for my mother in law to be discharged. They said we can leave after the doctor comes which is at 2. but it took few hours to wait for the doctor, another 30 mins-1 hour for the extra medicine, and three more hours for the cashier to come by. We ended up going home at 8pm. They said they had problem with the insurance but they kept us waiting with no clear instructions. We ended up going home paying a deposit because the insurance was still not solved then. Why couldn’t they do so since 4pm? or at least gives us more clarity. 3. They kept the rooms secured but it was (in my opinion) unnecessarily strict and complicated. The main door to the elevator is almost always locked so we have to stand there and wait for the security guard to open it for us. This becomes a backlash because in that 6 hours of us waiting to go home, an earthquake happened and people were starting to leave their rooms but we were locked in the hall and there was no authority figure around for a bit. It was confusing. All in all I think the SOP for these things (point 2&3) can definitely be improved so it’s clear for us who depend on the staff for the procedure.

Loved this hospital for its hospitality, everyone was sooo kind and nice and friendly and helpful and extremely accomodating. Spending 3 nights here felt like in a hotel room. Everything was smooth and clean, pleasant to the eyes and feelings. Not to mention the netflix and youtube, lol! Highly recommended especially for children. Thank you Edelweiss, even tho we had to wait a bit long for the room but in general we were fully satisfied ^^
