mother
in
law.
Health
care
wise
I
think
the
hospital
did
well,
cant
say
much.
I
went
to
their
ER
to
ask
for
a
letter
to
state
that
Iβm
healthy.
Went
quite
fast.
They
just
weigh
me,
measure
my
height,
and
checked
my
blood
pressure.
The
room
was
clean,
they
have
great
amenities,
and
there
is
cafeteria
and
cafe
that
offer
good
food.
The
staff
are
friendly
as
well.
My
problem
with
this
hospital
stems
from
being
a
care
giver.
1.
The
parking
is
just
awful
whoever
built
it
did
an
awful
job.
The
lane
is
incredibly
narrow
and
steep
and
hard
to
navigate.
It
seems
overwhelming
for
the
person
in
charge
for
parking
to
help
every
single
car.
They
had
to
run
up
and
down
the
parking
lot
to
make
sure
the
cars
can
turn.
and
even
for
someone
whoβs
a
decent
driver,
itβs
hard
to
do
it
alone.
Itβs
difficult
if
as
a
caregiver
you
need
to
travel
back
and
forth
when
the
vallet
is
not
available.
2.
I
waited
for
more
than
SIX
hours
for
my
mother
in
law
to
be
discharged.
They
said
we
can
leave
after
the
doctor
comes
which
is
at
2.
but
it
took
few
hours
to
wait
for
the
doctor,
another
30
mins-1
hour
for
the
extra
medicine,
and
three
more
hours
for
the
cashier
to
come
by.
We
ended
up
going
home
at
8pm.
They
said
they
had
problem
with
the
insurance
but
they
kept
us
waiting
with
no
clear
instructions.
We
ended
up
going
home
paying
a
deposit
because
the
insurance
was
still
not
solved
then.
Why
couldnβt
they
do
so
since
4pm?
or
at
least
gives
us
more
clarity.
3.
They
kept
the
rooms
secured
but
it
was
(in
my
opinion)
unnecessarily
strict
and
complicated.
The
main
door
to
the
elevator
is
almost
always
locked
so
we
have
to
stand
there
and
wait
for
the
security
guard
to
open
it
for
us.
This
becomes
a
backlash
because
in
that
6
hours
of
us
waiting
to
go
home,
an
earthquake
happened
and
people
were
starting
to
leave
their
rooms
but
we
were
locked
in
the
hall
and
there
was
no
authority
figure
around
for
a
bit.
It
was
confusing.
All
in
all
I
think
the
SOP
for
these
things
(point
2&3)
can
definitely
be
improved
so
itβs
clear
for
us
who
depend
on
the
staff
for
the
procedure.
