Have a clean and spacious place. You can see how clean this place from the pictutes. They have 8 studio in here. I love how strict but friendly staff they have. And always give us information for promo. For the snack, please try the caramel popcorn and milo. Because i have a sweet tooth, i enjoyed them the most!!!

Best studios in town ! The sounds,amazing,better than any other studios although they are using same,dolby atmos,but i think ciwalk xxi sound is much better than the others,the studios also clean,restroom clean,and have a big space,sometimes it can be used for events and promoting ,just like when we promote movie of MasteR Z,THE Ip Man Legacy

It's been a long time since I've been to XXI Ciwalk, now the gaming area has been turned into a lounge for waiting or eating. There were staff who offered to order food for inside too, but the staff weren't very quick because after the film had started, 5-10 minutes had just been delivered to the cinema. Even though it was there on a weekday evening, the studio wasn't full at all. So it was a bit annoying when I watched it. Anyway, now the audio has been upgraded as well as in the attached photo. I don't like the seating layout because the bottom is flat and then rises upwards in the middle of the back seat.

This XXI cinema is located inside the Ciwalk (or Cihampelas Walk) shopping complex. You can enter to this cinema by an elevator or escalator provided by the building which is inside the mall. As soon as you enter, you can feel a nice ambience as a cinema with a thick carpet, air conditioned and is so cozy.

While ticketing experience and the looks of the cinema is nice. There was staff who came in before the movie starts and keep shouting to sell popcorn & food. It’s super noisy and annoying when we want to watch movie ads. As a tourist who have seen 4 movies in different cinema, this is the only annoying one. This is not a a street market. If we want to buy, we would have. If you want to give discount, show it outside. Please be classy!

The Premiere is always good. Don't forget their salty popcorn, with extra butter (no additional charge)

Good vibes as always, although now there are competitors, XXI gives nostalgic vibes that can’t compare to any other movie cinema.

Overall in my opinion the best cinema in Bandung because of the many option of studio and the service was nice :)

The place is comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly

mood was ruined by the security. we were just dropping by to check schedule and yet we still have to drop our water bottles -_- there is even another entry via elevator that has no security check -_-

Super comfortable and huge seats in the private theatre! There is a lounge in XXI as well selling some beverage and snacks.

Weekend comes, crowded as always. Good prices, really nice theater with comfortable chairs. Not too cold inside. The craffles/waffles were actually really good. moist and sweet with a crunchy outside and soft inside. They even had regular butter/salt popcorn. friendly for teenagers #SharingXperience
