Located on main airport road, ambience is amazing, service is also good, food was not so tasty as it looks, everything almost double price, they also charged service tax 13 %, overall experience was good.

Chen Inn is probably one of the better hotels here in Sukkur. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is relatively clean and the road outside is relatively quiet. There’s a railway track in front of the hotel but the trains runs maybe twice a day along that route so the train noise is not an issue. Plenty of parking spots besides the hotel, with armed security guards patrolling 24/7. The meals from the restaurant is also good, with plenty of options to choose from (tip: stay away from the Chinese cuisines, they’re not really Chinese cooking). Better to order room service than to wait at the tiny restaurant downstairs. Fruits are usually available in the room, daily.

Rooms are neat and clean The bath room was also neat Early in the morning at 6:15 am , although a great Nashta was also getting ready but we were in a hurry, so we took a glass of Lassi, & Coffee ; that was great/awesome.👍 Location at main road just 1km from IBA University Service was excellent Very Cooperative Staff.

I have found the hotel extremely outstanding - every thing about it was awesome, as for as the Sukkur is concerned. But! the customer services on front/reception was an extremely unsatisfactory experience due to the non-welcoming gestures of the Receptionist. This guy named Jehanzeeb needs a bit of training to welcome the guests and keep the mobile while speaking to guests. I'm loving the over all experience of the hotel.

Well i came here for the first time as i always stayed at Hotel One in Sukkur. The reviews i read were mixed so i didnt know what to expect... thankfully it turned out to be really good experience. All the way from their reception to their service team... everyone was extremely cooperative and helpful. The rooms and the hotel was unexpectedly quite neat n clean and well maintained. Wahsrooms are also clean. Although the shower area is not separate (like in bigger hotels), but rest of the things are in A1 condition (a firm mattress, neat n clean sheets pillowes and quilt. Ac n fridge working. Complimentary tea n coffee with electric kettle available. Nice mirror n a small cupboard with two chairs n a table... what else would one want... and yes free wifi too. Breakfast was fine. Not too elite. But they make fresh omelette eggs paratha bread and some salans are also available with tea n coffee... didnt have french toasts though but can be ignored. I didnt have food here so dont know about their restaurant food quality as such. Nice people. N the guests around also looked like from decent backgrounds (some families n some business professionals apparently). The only drawback could be their location which is a little off from the city... well 10 minutes drive or less from Dolphin bakers. There is a railway track nearby... only heard one train passing by once... probably not much of a an issue.

As compared to other hotels in town, I think this place is the best one. Hotel rooms are a bit small but one can adjust as there are very options. Washrooms have all the facilities but again these too small. Overall, this hotel is neat and clean while check in and out is too smooth. You only need to give a copy of the ID card and that's what they need for check in. Breakfast is good as compared to other hotels. Washroom slippers are of a very poor quality.

I mean how can you compare it with hotel (hotel one) run by professional team. It's just have new building other than that nothing is so exciting which you might read in below comments. Bathrooms are so small that shower 🚿 can ruin your clothes easily. Buffet breakfast is pathetic you have order everything even paratha and wait for it food is of no quality ( you guys must visit hotel one for dinning) cameras are like we are living in some war zone. Each of your movement is monitored so no privacy what so ever. in a nut shell it's an upgraded version of any hotel you found near bus stands etc.

Check in was so hard! We had to provide identification, more identification, certificates, and finally our 30 year old marriage certificate. The clerk at the desk stated that he had to validate the marriage certificate or my husband and I could not be in the same room. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes while the desk clerk helped others and ignored us. They have so much information on us (Social security number, passports, id cards) that this is perfect for identity theft. My advice, find somewhere else to crash for the night. Finally we called the manager, (3 times), the manager came to the hotel and sorted things out. The room was fine (noisy), the bathroom needed some cleaning, and breakfast was good. The hotel deserves only one star but I gave it two stars because the manager, when he finally showed up, took care of the situation.

Ideally situated on airport road, the hotel boasts of a three floor building consisting of a range of rooms from deluxe to executive and suites too. Service is remarkable. Food is not only delicious but economical and has a wide variety of dishes too. The only negative was the small rooms compared to the prices they charge and the bathrooms were also ok. Considering the prices and the outlook of the hotel we were expecting luxurious rooms and washrooms. Maybe our expectations were high.

Chen Inn hotel is ideally located at a quiet peaceful area in Sukkur but hardly at five minutes you can find the city buzz۔ All sort of food clothing shoe market is concentrated nearby۔ Rooms are spacious but some of the washrooms are technically flawed with Shower located right above the Camode۔ This is somewhat compensated by a large common washroom on each floor۔ A bit inconvenient though۔ The management is building another section soon where these issues will be addressed۔ Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit juices، Lassi and whole wheat Parathas ۔ Overall nice experience

Wifi was available but extremely poor. No lift available, one may have to climb upto 2 floors for room.

They need to hire trained staff for reservations. There was almost nothing in buffet breakfast. Even tea cups were given on demand. The dining area is very congested.

This Hotel inaugurated few years ago. I heard from several friends of mine that ChenInn stands now at the top of hotels located in Sukkur. When I visited this place I found it suitable for stay. Hotel's atmosphere was clean, all basic facilities are in placed. I suggested persons who belongs to other cities and looking for rental stay ChenInn would be a better choice.

The hotel was nice but they dont allow guests in it, so if youre planning to have some guests visit you it wont be possible for you. Overall service was ok

It's a very good place in Sukkur. Near to Airport and a bit away from City traffic. With all facilities. A local railway line is adjacent, so you have to bear some nice. Note: it has no Elevator.
