There are no better hotels here. Otherwise, I would write to never visit here. They have monopoly so that's the best you have in this city. Ordered food in the room at night, and there were a couple of cockroaches on the plate next morning. Told the manager and he made a face like he never heard such a thing before (pretending). There was a bad/ strong odour coming from washroom. Since the hotel was fully booked , we didn’t have the liberty to change room. As there are no other options in the city to choose, I will say, stay here but keep the expectations very low when coming. Best wishes.

Great hotel with really helpful staff. Slightly dated decore and our room had no window whatsoever but I was so tired after driving straight from Islamabad that I just slept. The family ordered dinner which they say was really good in terms of quality, taste and quantity. The morning breakfast buffet was included in our stay and was an array of different types of breakfast foods. Good taste and quality. Their cafe/bakery with fresh cake slices was like a heavenly spot, an oasis in the desert. We bought loads from there for our drive to Karachi, both for family and for our on the road treat. Great place to stay. Thanks for your hospitality.

Room door locks weren't working. There was a big rat in the room washroom and also saw a rat running on the cafeteria in the food area. So overall such a pathetic hotel to stay.

Good service as far as dinning hall is concerned. Food was excellent especially special Grilled fish and special butter chicken karahi. Parking available at the adjacent Patrol pump. Very courteous staff. Clean washrooms. But advance booking is required. Walk in customers are welcomed in the dinning area only :) Keep it up the good service.

Location is perfect. Rooms are neat and tidy. The only thing that ruins your whole experience is the smell of sewerage lanes installed without considering the proper ventilation system in all floors. No matter where you go within the building, it will track you. Meal options are fine but not recommended for light stomach.

Hotel One Sukkur We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, with fresh, crisp bedsheets. Management was eager to help and attentive to our needs. The breakfast had a variety of options and fuelled us for our journey ahead.

Sukkur one is one and only hotel to stay for official purposes and part of PC umbrella. Building is getting old, furniture need replacement, Maintenance is required , Hotel needs renovation. Service is good by the way, I am just suggesting to improve ambience and ergonomics. Thanks

If you looking to stay in Hotel One by Pearl Continental Hotel (PC) then this is not for you. This is hotel one by Royal TaJ group. They are best in town to provide pathetic services. Their washroom is worst than public bus station's washroom. They are charging 14500 PKR per night and providing services similar to hotel which have price almost PKR 2500. Not recommended to stay in this hotel. It will be your biggest mistake of life if will stay here. Stay away from this hotel.

The room was very good and I found the hotel staff very friendly. Eventhough, I told them I would check out at 5 pm in the evening as I had a flight of 7.40 pm, my flight got delayed and the hotel manager allowed a couple of extra hours to me to stay in my room. I found this gesture very caring. Very pleasant experience indeed !

As a single female travelling for work, I was a bit worried about my stay but I had an excellent experience at Hotel One Sukkur. Mr.Shafique and his team were the best and super accomodating. My flight was delayed and they extended my stay for a few hours without any charges. They were fully booked but kept my room on hold till I got my boarding pass. A good hotel in Sukkur. Its an economical chain of hotels sponsored by PC. The Royal Taj restaurant is great, their food taste, their service and everything, however the hotel needs to improve their services as they don't seem so economical anymore. Does not seem good value for money but looking at location and available alternatives, it's perhaps only reasonable option for those looking at convenience.

Terrible location. Noisy and crowded surroundings. The rooms are small and don't offer much for the prices being charged. The food is OK and priced reasonably. The washrooms are way too small and the sink barely contains the splashed water.

I visited the hotel last week with my family. Rooms are quite small and not as per the Hotel One Standard. The rates are quite high as they were quoting that there is no hotel in town. Breakfast was just okay. I was provided Deluxe room in 22k which is too much for just a simple room. Next time I shall avoid Sukkur to stay for a night and better to stay at RYK.

Loved the Hotel, I had a great stay for 1 night, was traveling to karachi from Islamabad. On desk guy gave a very good discounted price of 14,500 for our family(2person). I have used thier gym at morning, it's small but gets the job done. Breakfast was good room was huge too. Service was also good.

Terrible stay. Rooms are pretty compact with NO WINDOWS and I’ve never seen a bathroom as small as this one. In addition to barely having any space, the bathroom has a hugeass pillar between the sink and the toilet. The shower is right over my toilet. Is this for real??! The breakfast sucks big time; there is nothing good to eat. Mind you I’ve been waiting for breakfast tea to be served for the past 15 minutes as I’m writing this review. The rooms stink of seepage; probably they have not been used in ages. Room charges don’t commensurate with the quality of the room AT ALL. I had a terrible stay in Hotel One Bahawalpur as well but I was hoping this to be better. But sigh, little did I know!

I was travelling from Islamabad to Karachi with my family and had the opportunity to stay in this hotel during transit. Since Hotel-One is associated with PC, I was expecting it to be relatively better than other hotels if not at par with PC. However, the experience of staying in the hotel was utterly disappointing. Upon reaching after the entire day of driving, I was informed at the reception that there is no room available but I could be accommodated in a nearby property. I was shocked and my reaction was so nasty that the guy agreed to provide me with a very special family room. Upon presenting my PC Membership Card for discount, the reception guy straight away declined to accept it and demanded cash payment. However, I declined and he had to accept card payment which was again for any other business and not Hotel One. It was confirmed over telephone that we would be provided with a family room as we had kids travelling with us but the room provided only had 02 single beds and no windows. The toilet was too scary and the room was so dirty that you could see dust even in the modestly lit room which reminded me of scenes of horror movies where a family stays in a hotel and something bad happens. But the surprise was not over, I went to a common toilet before checking out and it was blocked. Nothing worse than that. I am definitely going to lodge a complaint with PC Card providers for not giving any discount in due course and my advice to all fellow travelers is to save your money and don’t stay here.

I along with my brother and mom was travelling to Lahore from Karachi via road. We stayed at hotel one Sukkur... It was the worst experience ever... From room service to room condition everything was so pathetic... Their staff was so rude and their attitude towards customers was very strange. The housekeeping staff was so sluggish. Since it was winter season, so we had to struggle for warm water and it took 20 mins, two calls and a physical visit to reception to call the house keeping staff to check what the actual problem with water is. The stay included a complimentary breakfast buffet. The breakfast was tasteless, few items were refried and cups, saucers and spoons were not clean... Highly disappointed with their service.

It's the fine hotel for middle class families means they have to work alot on their furnitures.

As per PC standard rooms were not up to mark smiling and very congested room.

I have spend 3 days and two nights over there, food were really nice so as their rooms were.. But room service is a bit slow. Over it was nice! I really loved the desi food over their like handi.

Whenever I stayed in hotel one Sukkur I found it very comfortable environment in all aspects especially food, room maintenance etc.

The food was fine in taste but it was extremely spicy and after eating their breakfast I didn’t feel good and had a stomach ache. The staff was fine. The room was dirty , the blanket had a bloodstain on it and the bedsheets had black spots on them. Even though it was quite pleasant outside the room the room was very hot and we couldn’t sleep comfortably. At night there was noise outside the room. The bathroom was extremely small it was hard for me to even stand in it. The room was extremely smelly.I would rate this hotel 1/5

Since its inauguration Hotel One considered a good extension in hotel/restaurant line of Sukkur. Though its rooms are not vast like big city hotels but it is a clean, equipped, well serving hotel with lift, pick-drop and other facilities. Its kitchen providing good meals on reasonable rates. Its location is good for travellers who easily can approach and depart without mingling in downtown traffic crowds. Its good for short stay and dinning with family or social parties.

Recommended for families. The only good hotel in this locality. I didn't like its location though its like undroon shaher. But they have good service, good food from Royal Taj and quick breakfast in morning. Rooms need some upgrades though.

Parking is really big issue there. You have to park vehicle at Petrol pump or on road. They have to install room fresheners in halls at the time of gathering. Food is tasty with variety of dishes, their fish and sandwiches are must try items Room service is satisfying, but toilets near halls are not properly clean.

It was above expectations. I'm fond of staying at Hotel one but on my way to Hyderabad from Multan, it was like blessing to me when I felt tired while driving and got the hotel just at the mouth of Sukkur toll plaza, hence location is wonder, executive rooms are too good and food quality is also nice. If your expectations are limited then this hotel will certainly prove good for anyone.

First impression was good when i entered in room and there was coffee on side table but there was some issues in door opening, washroom was too small and other minor issues. But the breakfast buffet was Zabardast.!!!

Recent flooding, poor conditions of roads and exteme traffic jam on the National highway made me decide to spent a night in Sukkur, on my way from Multan to Karachi. I just searched on the web, the top most name was Hotel One. I reached there, everyone , bell boy, guard , receptionist was very helpful. I asked receptionist, if anyone can guide me to an alternate route to Karachi. The Supervisor Shafique Ahmed and Resident Manager himself Mr. Laiq Ahmed guided me to the use Indus Highway (N55). So I reached Karachi without any hassle. He kept calling me to know how is my journey going on, all the way. Although the Air-conditioning was not working very well, but I give Stars due to the personal attention of the Staff.

It’s a good property in Sukkur. The staff in particular is superb. Extremely cooperative and accommodative. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I was throughly impressed with Front desk staff in particular Ali Raza for his attitude and helpfulness. The other staff members as stated above are eager to assist. Housekeeping Supervisor Shafiullah is yet another person worth mentioning. The engineering/maintenance staff needs to work more hard in terms of maintenance of property. The restaurant is also good and breakfast was lavish. My overall experience was very good and I wish the hotel all the best having excellent staff.

Hotel staff was quite cooperative and trying his best to satisfy customers though I noticed lack of synergy and coordination among its employee, that could be improved through their training and counselling. Secondly, I stayed there for 6 days and experienced pathetic internet speed, apology for harsh words but it is true. Upon frequent complaints, they kept blaming IT service and high occupancy. They really need to upgrade their internet service. Last but not least, infrastructure need to be improved. The first thing you look at upon entering hotel is visiting reception, there wall paint was faded and layer peeled off at some places. Besides this, there washroom sanitary need to be replaced with new one.

Stayed at hotel one during our KHI-LHR trip. Staff is extremely courteous. Bed was clean. Toilet was clean. AC worked well. It's the best place to stay in Sukkar. Would recommend resting here if traveling by road.

I stayed at Hotel One Sukkur for the purpose of conducting training. The service provided for the Workshop was very good. I also stayed in the hotel. There was a problem in the room and it was promptly attended to. The GM of the hotel took personal interest in the issue. What impressed me most was that GM's phone number was mentioned on the bedside table. GM even called me when I was back in Karachi to ensure my satisfaction.

I would give it a 5 star however then il leave no room for improvement . Nontheless this is my chosen destination as after long days of traveling the kind of comfort the team here provides is a delight to our exhausted souls. What a stay it was everything was perfect and well appreciated the room, bathroom, decorum and dinning all were top notch my only concern was that the service was only a little bit slow as these Eid days were going on that can be ignored so the stay was way more than perfect according to a city like Sukkur

I want to share a noteworthy and exceptional experience with them. 3 hours after we checked out and left my wife realised that she had left her mobile at the hotel. I called up Mr Meeran Shah and Mr Shafique immediately. They assured us they will look for it. After 15mins they called back and told us that they have found it. They not only kept it safe but with the help of mr Ali and Mr Abid they personally got it delivered at our home address st their own expense. They put in so much effort and kept us informed and we received it within a day. I can't thank them enough. Thank you so much Mr Shafique, Mr Meeran Shah, Mr Ali and Mr Abid. My faith in humanity has been restored thanks to you all.

If you want to spend peaceful time for life, hotel one Sukkur comes to be the best choice. i have seen big names with lots of noises outside the room, while i found the welcome drink to closing drink each and every single thing worth staying. cool calm AC in the temperature of 57degree makes you feel in heaven and above all extraordinary taste of food doesn't allow you to crave to eat somewhere else. hotel staff and environment is the awesome!

Pretty decent hotel located in a very busy area. Rooms were average, bathrooms were not up to the standard. Room service was good.

I stayed here two times with my family. All staff and their food are up-to mark. Prices are a bit high as compared to the other hotel one in other cities. Location is a bit busy. Overall a good place to stay.

There is no parking facility as such.... Air conditioning wasn't working due to some issue during eid days which really put you off in June July heat.... Chinese food was ordered.... Only Rice were up to the mark..... Dragon chicken was so salty due to I guess too much Worcestershire sauce or soya sauce or combination of both and I never had black sauce dragon chicken before..... The dining hall is a pleasant space overall, but the noise levels can be a problem. There are no noise-canceling curtains or other soundproofing measures in place, so the noise from children and families can be disruptive. This can make it difficult to have a conversation or enjoy a peaceful meal.

Our stay at Hotel One Sukkur was a disappointing one. We had expected the hotel to uphold a basic standard, being part of the Hotel One brand but sadly it failed to live up to it. There were several things that were extremely off putting about the hotel and I will certainly not be staying in it again. When we checked in I found that there were LIZARD DROPPINGS ON MY PILLOW!!! When I removed the blanket there wer lizard droppints inside as well. We had been driving for more than 13 hours and were extremely tired so I just brushed them off and used the other pillow. But I am shocked that this was not noticed by the cleaning staff. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned for a couple of days. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and all three nights, the towels we received were either ripped or had holes in them. I am attaching the photos of the pillows here. There was no closet in the room. There was a very tiny closet in the bathroom and it was not even accessible until the bathroom door was fully closed. Needless to say we were unable to use it. The bathroom was TINY, like a closet and there was no separate shower area, so the whole bathroom got wet when anyone took a shower. There was a standing puddle in the bathroom when my roommate took a shower because the drain seemed to be blocked. There was no air conditioned space in the hotel in which we could sit and talk. The lobby and the coffee shop were not air conditiioned and so our team could not have meetings properly. Breakfast was adequate, but there were a total of five pieces of fruit there every morning (two bananas, three apples) and when asked for more, we were told that fruit was finished. Overall our experience was extremely disappointing, and I will certainly not be staying, nor recommening anyone to stay.

I felt comfortable while staying, staff is humble and caring. Food is great and cheaper than other famous restaurants of the city. The only imporvment is required to properly maintain the property and make sure cleaning of carpets, polishing of floors and fumegation of rooms. Overall 4* in the city.

The only best hotel in the entire city. The staff is very good and friendly. Mr. Shafique is the best trouble-shooter who resolves all your issues. Mr. Mansoor is a waiter with great smile and brings all services.

Passable. Room was dirty and furniture was old. Towels and linen were not upto reasonable level. Breakfast was reasonable

Room were not nicely clean but just ok.. Breakfast service and reception service was really good. Kitchen team was very cooperative and helpful.

This hotel is extremely disappointing. Nothing about it is worth the stay. The interiors, room layout, and furnishings are subpar, while the staff and service are unprofessional and outdated. I strongly recommend avoiding this place to save both your time and money.
