Staying here was below avaregae.. room were specious but there was smell in bed. Which was allowing to sleep well and in addition AC was initially working but it turned off from main switch when asked manager he said there is a load shedding but it didn't work till stay but thanks to weather it was bearable and no hot weather there to take bath early morning .. there charges 3000 for one night for single room for couple without breakfast the reason they cant provide breakfast before 7:30 am. Other staff was very supportive and courteous.. food panda service was available you can order food from outside as well.. Overall I can say it is.recommded if they alleast take care of smell , AC, hot water and breakfast just after Fajr

Good service, staff is very cooperative and friendly. Safe parking indoors, ATM nearby and breakfast including tea was very good. Got a deal for an executive room with fridge, AC double bed, separate ironing room and a bathroom which was very good and clean, paid 3k only. This place is behind bhatti hospital and before Al Khair hospital , there is a street with a white sign that says "welcome to step inn" just enter that street and the second Street on the right is where this is located. It is an Average stay accommodation in the City. The good thing about them is Air Conditioner facility is also available on generator. They offer complimentary breakfast as well. Located in the residential area, So no nearby restaurants for dinner but Hotel serves you meal. Rooms needs repair and maintenance specially furniture and Beds. Services of this guest house is also good. Bed foams are outdated need to be replaced.

Step Inn is better than other hotels in the Sukkur at cheap rates. Cleaning rooms and washrooms are good.

Just an average guest house to spend your time in Sukkur. There executive rooms are big in size that can manage 4 person easily with rent of Rs 3,500 per night.

Manager is discourteous, you have to carry your luggage to your rooms. Smelly beds and pillows and wash room are dirty. Nothing more than a one star cheap place. Generator doesn't support air conditioning.

Stayed here in Jan 2022 with family. Apart from the ease of location everything else was a disaster. The rooms were dirty with dirty bedsheets and smell of cigarettes. The place looked as if it hadn't been dusted for a long time. The amount of mosquitoes was unimaginable. I ended up having Corona Virus after staying here. I would stay away from this place at all cost. There were some other people staying on the same floor who were like animals, making loud noises and banging slamming doors. Just bad bad behaviour.

It was good experience, it was in the center of city so a safe place to stay while coming from Islamabad to karachi

Great guest house

It's the historical place as well as the main market of Sukkur. There are lot of shops around of almost everything. The main things to buy here are the dates, khoya and butter. There is lot of variety of dates available from both local and Irani. The prices are competitive. The khoya is also very famous and it's different varieties are also available.

The guest house is reasonable and is well maintained. The cost is also more affordable. Therefore, best place available in this price range. Free parking available for your car if you are driving to the place.

I had an OK experience .. served my purpose. Was on a day trip to sukkur .. room was OK. Washroom had issues .. food was ok .. general overall attitude of the staff was normal not very welcoming. May be because I reached early morning but my booking was made and time of arrival was also communicated to them. I would prefer not going here again.

Salaam to All; Few days back while traveling from Lahore to Karachi, I got the opportunity to stay in Step-Inn Guesthouse, Sukkur. It was a very pleasant experience. We had two rooms which were spacious, clean, and with very neat bedding. Dinner was nicely cooked and decently served. I had a very comfortable stay after a very long journey from Rawalpindi to Sukkur for a conference. The room was neat, clean and in perfect order. I felt very relaxed and safe and slept well. The bathroom was very clean and it had warm water. The AC worked perfectly and so did the mini-fridge. I had no problems whatsoever, everything was exceptional. The staff were very kind and helpful in finding me transport during my stay. I really appreciated that a lot! Bless them! Thank you!
