I mean there was no air-conditioning working in the waiting area due to load shedding. Now if you're such a luxury transportation company, can't even get a small generator to turn on atleast 1 AIRCON for your customers paying more than 2 times of a normal luxury bus. We pay for comfort right! Secondly the buses are too old now. The condition, all windows pasted with silicon, saw the guy fixing the engine pully as in the picture, even the windscreen for the driver wasn't cleaned. Went inside as the time was to departure but still was shocked to see people cleaning inside in a very laid back attitude. The normal bus terminal opposite has a roof for their passengers but not here. All passengers Stood in Broad day light Hot sun with families and kids for like 15 minutes as the bus wasn't cleaned and ready. Even no one seeing tickets and greeting the passengers. Feedback is to make the investors know what's happening on ground reality. Perhaps they're not getting the right news from the employees. Thanks.

It been a while since I was planning to travel on this bus based on all the hype about them. Prices are almost thrice the normal price. Bus that I travel seemed to be a backup vehicle or something as it was shaggy throughout the journey. Some mechanical issue occurred and we were on the road for almost one and half hours. Driver was clueless and kept struggling as there’s was no support of any sort for him. In fact I helped him reinstate the broken belt. Staff was polite and seats are comfortable. Temperature was average. Food is good but comes at an additional cost of Rs.600 While we took a short stay of 15 mins at bheera, it turned out to be a 40 minutes stop and there was no proper announcement and passengers didn’t come back on time. There is just so much lack of management. People deserve a lot better service and facilities as they are paying you three times more than a normal fare of this route. Not going to waste my money again with you!

One of the finest bus service you can get in Pakistan. They are not operating in many cities at the moment but they should definitely expand their business. Even though tickets are a little pricey but its worth it. You travel with peace of mind especially if you are with kids or elder people as they need to goto washroom every now and then. Staff is very friendly as well.

On a friend's suggestion i booked this service. Ride was nice and silent. Had a little Washroom inside. Overall buss was good, service was kinda okash, staff was good. Now the real deal. Seats were recliner sort with slim to none leg room. Recline tables were little uncomfortable but works fine. Ordered something to eat from kitchen qusien and they provide the food in bhera service stop by that time we get off the buss and get ourself something.Need the upgradation on android system plus other malfunctions really anoying. It was comfortable then deawo luxury but not then deawo gold.

After travelling on a dissapointing QConnect journey on the 31 March10AM service from ISB to LHR, I felt compelled to write this review. On the plus side, the Volvo busses are smooth and rattle free and seats were comfortable. Staff were also efficient. For the premium price QConnect charge and services that are published on their website, me and my family were actually left deeply disappointed. Me and my family had 4 tickets. 1. Poor internet/network meant onboard LCD screens were either not working at all or worked so slowly they were not usable. Some touchscreens, some mouse operated but both unreliable. 2. Poor temprature control. My wife and daughter were extremely cold to front of coach, we raised with hostess but saw very little improvement. We noted other passengers at the front also cold and a lady also complained in the LHR office after us about being hot in the back of the coach. 3. During the Covid pandemic where hygiene is extremely important, the levels of cleanliness and overall hygiene levels were poor, with unwashed exterior (to the point my cousin commented how bad it looked when he came to receive me) and inside where roof panels were dirty and storage areas also dirty. I actually gave the staff and Lahore manager an oppertunity to discuss before posting this review but my concerns were ignored. I need to go back to Islamabad with my family on Monday but unfortunately will book with a different company who charge a more reasonable amount for their published services.

The price mark is considerably high compared to the facilities provided at the bus station.Moreover there is near to no sign posting or lighting at night towards the way in and out of the Q connect bus stop,leaving a person almost abandoned in a chaos of three different bus stops and a bus / coastser repair facility. In terms of security point of view ,it is questionable except there is hotel Main gi Ki daal adjacent to it which is where one can stand or wait his car in.Else no gunman or security personals are employed anywhere at the three adjacent bus stops....

Best Terminal of Islamabad And Very expensive service

Its really nice but really depress on NOT HAVING ANYTHING SERVED WITHIN 3,150PKR RS!! Staff is friendly and traveling community is also high standard This is highly safe for ladies to travel Biggest draw back is -3,150PKR ticket is not worth it since nothing is given as eatery (except drinks) and you have to pay additional 500rs for that. I believe something should be added as eatery here

An absolutely disappointing experience. The bus was shaky, noisy, unclean, uncomfortable. The air conditioner vent above my seat was not in a working order. N all they offer on the bus is water tea coffee and drinks. No lunch box or refreshments. Highly overpriced with no value for money. It was basically an old bus in dire need of maintenance and service. Pathetic management by the bus service.

Not at all worth the price of 3150+ 500 for a meal that smelled and tasted so bad that I wanted to throw up. The leg space is amazing, toilet is fine, you get tea. That's it. Faisal Movers provides almost the same things minus toilet and tea with a little less seat space in almost 1700 pkr for business executive class. The only advantage is having a terminal close to where I live in Lahore for QConnect

The bus was good in space and seat but neither headphones were working and lot of noise and bus used to bump at speed beyond 100 km/hr. Asked driver and he said that this problem will soon be eliminated as has been reported to the head office.

Water was literally leaking from above the seats onto the passengers. And it was not AC water it was dirty brown water. Buss departures 10 minutes late and arrived Islamabad 30 minutes late. Parts of buss seats etc were giving noise like old equipment. Seats were hard and uncomfortable. Staff was overall friendly and good.

The bus is really old. The celing is broken. It looks more like skyways bus in old days. The charge is 5000 rupees and its should be a lot better then this condition. The front door being all closed makes you claustrophobic. Also people wandering off at behra made us all delay for 25min.

Writing this review while sitting in the bus. Pics attached. PLEASE DON'T GO ON THIS BUS! Journey started with them giving water and half cup juice. I thought well off to a good start but that was the end as well. After an hour or so the screens slowly started closing or flickering and after 30mins almost all the lights and screen were closed. My screen was broken so they gave me a broken mouse to operate it with. My chair controls buttons were shaking and the lunch/work table was not staying in upright position. The over head compartment were barely working and the condition of the bus is utterly... Bad Paying around 6,000 for a cup of juice and water bottle is a bit too much while the competitors giving better service at better rate with better busses. Update. My chair controls stopped working as well with the screen. Ac is not working and it's throwing hot and smelly air inside the cabin. 10/10 would not trust this company and they didn't even stop for prayers. Can't stop for NAMAZ in Islamic Republic? They asked me to pray on the seat 🤦🏻 Update 2. Bus stuck at bhera for last 30mins because why not. Something related to generator

Opted to take the most 'luxurious' bus service to Lahore, only to find that the AC wasn't working throughout. Horrible experience in 37C weather. Couldn't even open the windows. Lack of maintenance in other aspects as well. Broken compartments, half the buttons not working. Would expect them to at least work on providing the basics before charging so much. Horrendous experience.

Not impressed. The whole experience was no business class by any means. Only good thing about the bus was the extra leg room. The flaws were. 1. Everything was dirty and clearly not cleaned in the past week. There were fluid stains everwhere in the sitting area. 2. Bus was not maintained at all and everything was creaking and badly finished. There were broken ac fans and lights and the roof looked like a very old bus poorly refurbished. 3. Reclining buttons did not work. 4. Multimedia screens didnt work properly. 5. Overall Cleanliness was very poor. 6. There were mosquitoes inside the cabin. 7. Low quality water and refreshments on board. Will try my best not to use it in future.

The screens are malfunctioning as well as the malfunctioning head phones. The staff was well behaved. The quality over all didn’t match the fare. Unfortunately many people have same experience.

Quality of service has depreciated since 2019. Seems like owners are not investing further on the so expensive b7s service of Pakistan. Bus Air-conditioning not working. They have stopped giving meal. The mean on price they are charging is also expensive, meal card says 550 but they charge 850. They are not offering nestle instead some fake brand nest. Interior has been depreciated too. They need to get new buses.

Pathetic service... Worst experience of my life... I would have been more happier to travel through some local bus.. at least would have saved some money. 1. Overbooked then changed the bus from 18 seater to 21 seater to accommodate the passengers. 2. Again on 2nd bus gave the tickets of same seats to multiple passengers 3. Water was dripping from the AC vents. And I complained, the hostess said it would take 3 4 brakes and all water will come down. (Obviously on the passengers) 4. Worst of all, they are unapologetic and calm as nothing ever happened. A lady in the bus told me that this is a notorious bus as she had already heard of water dripping issue in one of the buses. And yet they didn't bother to fix the issue.

Having travelled in Faisal Premium as well, the lounge lacks the free refreshments Faisal movers offer. Friendly guy at the counter but really bad customer service over the phone. Lounge is neat and clean...seating comfort is average.

the most comfortable bus journey to Islamabad. travels non stop and the only drawback is that you get food after 2 hours but it's prepared fresh by kitchen cuisine at bhera. the bus only stops for 2 mins.

This terminal is a disgrace for the money you pay for the service! Besides the bus is already almost an hour late. Qconnect is 3500 PKR per passenger while Faisal Movers costs less than half (approx. 1500 PKR). Go figure!

If you need a comfortable travel between Lahore and Islamabad, and Q Connect is a very good choice. Luxury non stop bus with good food. It's a little on expensive side as compared to other services but ticket price include a meal. Terminal's waiting area is good and no hassle of multiple buses going and leaving.

Paid 3150 per person and paid extra for luggage. Never heard daewoo and faisal movers charging ridiculous amounts. I would rather travel on faisal movers than any other company. Overpriced and over marketed. Did not see hostess through the journey. Lounge was dirty and dark in lahore. Let's see what islamabad lounge awaits.

Extremely pathetic service, I had a journey from Islamabad to Lahore on 4th January 2021 and that was a horrible experience. Totally loss of money and teasing time over there sitting in the bus which makes loads of defeaning noises, bus needs and immediate maintenance. Overhead bins were making extremely irritating noises, it was like an airplane running on the roads. LED wasn't working I did complained about, the hostess said to reset the system even then it never worked till the journey has been ended. Strongly not recommended to travel in that pathetic service.

Wonderful service, has two buses to Lahore daily. Professional staff, not very crowded, spacious sitting area with seats at a distance due to Covid-19. Buses are one of this best in Pakistan.

Bus terminal was just ok, and if you are comparing with road master terminal its nothing. Service was just fine, our bus was 25 min delay, interior was good but not maintained as expected, internet wifi was not working properly, screens were useless it was not upto the mark. Charging slots was working properly, table and back seat making noise and other passengers was annoyed with that noice like this was our mistake. Food price was charged separately. This was most updated and genuine review. I like people are doing innovative thing in pakistan. But please try to maintain the quality. Buy some new busses or atleast hired electrical and mechanical engineers for your maintain services.

The fan belt of this luxurious bus has been broken. We are literally on 6kms away from rwp. And here we go. Wasted 1 hour already. Pathetic experience once again. Never will I ever take this bus again!!!!!!!! Fazool tareen experience.

Terminal was not as I expected it to be. There were only receipts not even tickets for bus. so yeah Terminal needs a lot of improvements but bus services were great. Really enjoyed.

Nice buses, expensive than others however their drivers are good. If you just want to relax and travel, I would recommend these. Although they need to start planning or more routes and New buses. They travel between ISB and LHE only at the moment.

The entrance is not from Kashmir Highway as suggested by Google, the outside of terminal is in descent shape but dated, similar applies to outside. Overall service is good and staff is helpful if you need anything.

There are two entrances to the terminal. When you turn on the Google guide, it will guide you to the longer route. However, it is suggested you remain on the the gt road, take the next U turn back and you will find and entrance to the terminal on your left just after a petrol station.

It's on the side and very silent place, but service is excellent and timely.

Overall the service is one of its kind in Pakistan but some busses need proper maintenance. Some LED's, headphones are not fully operational. Toilets are not hygiene or cleaned. Much more expansive than other competators. Atleast food must be inclided in that price.

The terminal was fine but the bus is in such a bad condition now. The washroom was dirty, Tvs were not working windows were continuously rattling which made the whole trip annoying. And even after paying 3300 per seat food is on further payment. There are much cheaper options with same spacious seats with tv in daewoo and faisal movers for 1800 with snacks. T

Service was not as per there fare even the condition of the bus was pathetic seats condition was bad and smell in the bus and even they don't provide any refreshments you have to pay extra for that, and entertainment system was also not working properly and don't talk about waiting area. I will not recommend any of my family and friends to use this service totally waste of money like I did, better to use Roadmaster or Faisal Movers services.

The seating is incredibly spacious. It's actually ridiculous how much space you have in this bus. The in-bus entertainment is also good. The screen is huge and the resolution is fantastic. The fact that it's android based gives you a lot of flexibility as well. Now for the bad (and sad) part. This bus has not been maintained properly. It was my first time riding but I could tell this service would've been significantly better when it started off initially. The bus shakes, the buttons are broken and generally there's a lot of wear and tear inside the bus. I still think it's a good service, however, it won't be for long if these buses aren't maintained soon. You can already see the effect of bad maintenance in the recent reviews. It's clear that user experience is very inconsistent due to unexpected breakdowns and delays. I think this is a great idea and has the potential to be an excellent long haul transport alternative within Pakistan, however, the execution is poor and I have a feeling the company probably isn't making enough money (if they were the buses would be maintained and they would be adding more routes) I'm only giving it 4 stars because my personal experience was good. Also, despite the decrepit state of the bus the ride was still better than any other bus ride I've ever experienced within Pakistan.

The worst bus to travel in. The only serve you water, juice and tea/coffee. However we were not able to have tea due to a broken microwave. You would expect them to serve a meal in the exorbitant ticket price of Rs 5,500, but they don't. Instead they give you a menu of Salt and Pepper from which you can order and pay as per selection. The condition of the bus has deteriorated quite a bit. The reclining seats did not function. The luggage compartment had a broken handle. The AC was barely effective. A waste of money. Pathetic service.

q connect is nice, better then the other bus services in pakistan, but it is loosing its touch, i suppose at one time it was a beautifull bus and seeing the busses i can see the vision, but now a days my visit today at 19july 2023 the buses are looking old, wifi dosen't work, cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the buses make a squeking noice every time there is a bump in the road. the bus keeps shaking contantly, the headphonea are broken and are not there any more, the onboard entertainment dosent work cause there is no internet. having said all this beleave it or not this is still the best bus service that you can have and you will be lucky to find a seat at the last moment.

This bus was supposed to be the best available in Pakistan. The bus itself was in very poor condition but the staff was friendly. It was supposed to depart from Lahore at 12pm and was delayed by 82 mins. The internet was very slow. The screen infront of my seat didn't even work. The website said the bus would reach Islamabad at 4:30pm and would be non-stop. It eventually reached at 6:30pm
