I was a solo traveler and I took the open trip Sunrise Mount Bromo from Malang city. The person that I was communicating was good in replying (occasionally slow) but get the job done, so that is good. The pick up from my hotel to the drop off near Bromo went smoothly, the car is pretty big and comfortable. The jeep taking us around the mountain is great too, slightly small and I wish it could be a bigger jeep. The view was incredible especially the viewing point that we were at. Overall, the service was great and would recommend this to other travelers.

It was a good experience afterall. We had friendly drivers with good English command and the pictures and videos are awesome! It would be nicer if there are some pictures or videos of the sunrise points that the travel agency covers, a clear trip itinerary, and some explanations about the routes to reach those points from the pickup location. So, the tourists can choose the one which suits their situation.

Really cool experience ! Must do thing in Malang ! The jeep driver and other people were super helpful :) After seeing the sunrise, they drove you around to lots of amazing points to see different parts of Bromo.

We had an amazing experience, Rizki picked us up at the station and told us a lot about Malang. The rafting was very nice, have extreme part but always feel safe thanks to the instructor. I recommend this package to everyone who wants a nice view combined with some fun.
