My recent visit to Rpublic Eatery in Bandung left me with mixed feelings. While the ambiance exuded comfort and coolness, the culinary experience fell short of expectations, prompting a two or three-star rating. The aesthetic charm of the place and its inviting atmosphere make it an attractive spot for gatherings. The disappointment, however, lies in the culinary offerings. Despite the promising menu, the execution left much to be desired. Nasi Ayam Peru, a promising dish on the menu, fell short of expectations. The unconventional pairing with French fries muddled the flavors, and the chicken failed to provide the expected comfort. A culinary misstep that left a lingering disappointment. A notable observation: Melinjo cracker (Emping) is not fit as called "nachos". The taste needs of people who order these two things are certainly different. The distinction between the two is crucial in maintaining the integrity of the dish, and unfortunately, this detail seemed overlooked. Despite the culinary setbacks, the comfortable setting and cool ambiance added a silver lining to the dining experience. Rpublic Eatery Bandung remains a place with potential, but refinement in the culinary offerings is paramount to meet the expectations of discerning patrons. However, I appreciate the courage in exploring the creativity of the menu, at least need more RnD.

This cafe is located among other brand new cafes, but it has authenticity in Indonesian fusion with western, especially their gut to mix Balinese herbs with pasta,it tastes spicy and delicacy. Their beverages also have unique names and mixed,I ordered lake Toba,it's quite fresh but a bit sweet for me,the other one I forget the name tastes like cough syrup (I'm sorry). There are not many choices of desserts,but my choice of caramelized dark chocolate is really good.

A very cozy place. Spacious and clean. Recommended to take pictures here 😂 I like the klepon latte and they served it not too sweet! The staffs are helpful and friendly. Good for work from cafe. But the price is bit higher for the drinks, so it's more like a restaurant than just a cafe.

I got here when they first trial opening. First about the interior design and ambient it's very nice, bali like venues nice to chill. Second, about menu they have fusion western and local Indonesian food, it's nice and drink variety just okay. Nice to consider it's about the plates and drink glasses, well themed. Last, about the price it's consider fair enough imo.

Best service! Greeted on my way in with cheerful vibe and they lead me to the table. Love the drinks and overall vibes. Would love to come again. The parking spot is tight, so you have to valet your vehicle.

This cafe is very cozy to study and hangout with friends. The meals and drinks are so good.
