Wonderful food with an amazing selection of dishes. This is probably the best restaurant in Frederikshavn. They have a great selection of gourmet dishes and a wonderful selection of wines. We had the small sampler plate with associated wines. The "entrée" was a lobster bisque. We then had a shrimp and cucumber dish with kaviar sauce as the starter. The main dish was beef with marinated carrots, pureed onions and bordelaise sauce. Finally we had fromage of dairy with oats crumble and sorbet. The dishes were very well prepared and served with a great selection of matching wines. This is a must try place if you like good food and pass through Frederikshavn

Fresh and innovative food in a delightful atmosphere in the centre of Fredrikshavn. Impeccable service and moderate prices. We tried the three and four course menus with perfectly matched wines and we were delighted. Of course there were non alcoholic alternatives. Strongly recommended!

A great restaurant with a good variety of food and drink. Many different types of dishes with a fine taste. It is a bit costly though. Reserve a table in advance to get a full experience. A small but still cosy place to be with good service from the staff. I highly recommend this.

We had a great dinner here before taking the ferry to Oslo. What an excellent place! Very nice food, the right wine to match the different tastes, and very, very friendly people. Highly recommended.

Having dinner there felt less like getting food, and more like going to a museum with poetry reading and a laser show. It's more of an experience. You discover new taste you've never had before and learn more about your own palate. The recipes are very bold and intelligently designed. I love that they only use local ingredients and prepare a course of dishes that call back to one another. An ôde to the land of Denmark. The service is beyond outstanding. The chef will come to your table to talk about the dish (not at all in the pretentious semi-bored way you see waiters do; she seems genuinely excited and passionate about her craft and wants to share it with you) and her husband who runs the floor makes you feel right at home. Expensive, but not even that expensive given how amazing it is. This is the haut-de-game you actually want, awesome without the pretention. I will come again as soon as possible, bring out of town guests and drive however long is needed to have dinner there (we drove and hour back and forth). Cannot recommend more warmly.

Lovely ambience, music and candles - very Hygge. Service is top notch. Food is more interesting than many Michelin restaurants. Definitely my fav restaurant in Denmark. - Amuse bouche - liver on brioche with pickled onion and onion flowers 9.5/10 - Amuse bouche - Potato shell and mouse with fried capers - wow 10/10 - House smoked salmon with cucumber dill whey-sauce BabyGreens - superb 10/10 butter milk sauce is the star of the dish - Great bread and Indian style butter - they salt the butter aggressively in Denmark - 8/10 not a fault of the chef, just my preference - Læsø Norway lobster with asparagus coriander bisque 10/10 perfectly cooked everything. - Beets with smoked cheese and rye bread crumble and sage oil 9/10 - tasted so unique and fresh. The uncooked sliced beets may not be for everyone since they have astringent flavor but I liked them a lot. The cooked beets were fabulous. - Free range beef with onions carrot gastrique. 8/10, The flavors are so good. Especially the poached garlic. - Dessert: Rhubarb elderflower white chocolate 10/10 - Gin and tonic with touch of hibiscus & rose 10/10
